We put on our aprons, washed our hands, and quickly got seated to begin our group lesson on knife sharpening and vegetable chopping. She and Chef Adam even walked around to make sure we were doing everything properly and not cutting our fingers off. What I thought was really neat was that Chef Liz had a mirror on the ceiling to provide an aerial view of what she was doing at her station! The menu was great.
