She is not a dermatologist but is a pediatrician licensed in Canada. I've uploaded pics of her certificates. She claimed my results were "ideal" and what she wants to see. When I told her that I had blistering on my chin with liquid that was coming out she said that she "didn't see evidence of this." Basically calling me a liar. They took no accountability for what they did to my face and claimed that everything looked normal. A good deal is not worth looking like this. Lesson learned. STAY AWAY My dermatologist was appalled and said that this is NOT normal for IPL!

I did not know they had a spa until my mother-in-law informed me. I was looking to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure and I wanted more of a spa experience than just your average nail salon. I also didn't feel like traveling too far. I was able to make an appointment easily over the phone and by putting down my credit card and securing my appointment. The girls operating the phone system are so sweet and helpful. They were very patient with me as I asked many questions about the facilities. They were also very great at contacting me letting me know exactly where to go when I pulled in, and I already felt like I was having the spa experience without even being there because they were offering me such great customer service. They did explain to me that the spa facility is currently under construction and the sauna/steam room as well as all of the showers are not in operation. I was a little bummed about that because I really wanted to enjoy additional spa amenities. What I did like is, as someone who is getting their nails and toes done you're still able to use the amenities, if they were available. Some spas do not allow for you to use the amenities when you're only getting a manicure and pedicure so I did respect that. They do have a small, quiet relaxation room with spa water. You can order from the Palma kitchen, which I did because I was starving by the time my manicure and pedicure was over and I ordered a steak bowl with a fried egg which my nail technician, Shelby recommended. It was absolutely delicious and I would order it again in a heartbeat. I didn't ask about the pricing, but it was about $30 so maybe I wouldn't order it again! There was a girl named Kellie, who worked at the spa who is so sweet. She came up to me, took my order, and also brought it to me at the pool. I told her I would be at the pool after. Unfortunately, it was a cooler day so it wasn't that enjoyable and it's only a lap pool. They have a beautiful pool behind that but I don't think spa members can use that. Overall, my manicure and pedicure were amazing. The salon is very clean. Shelby was great. What I loved, is the nail polish she used which is called dazzle dry. She told me she uses two coats for base, two-three coats for color, and two coats for the finish, and it will last a long time. As someone who doesn't often get their nails done and never gets gel, dip, or anything special, this lasted me almost 3 weeks, and I'm a mother who always has her hands in water, so that was really amazing. That manicure and pedicure, although pricier than your average nail salon visit, was almost worth it for how long it stayed on. The nail polish also made my nails feel very strong. She did a great job and an under two hours. I was in and out. It was relaxing and enjoyable, also very necessary. I will definitely be returning. Shout out to Shelby, Kelly, and the entire team for making this experience is so special.

We arrived a little early for our appointment but unfortunately some guests arrived late for their appointments (scheduled before ours) resulting in our appointment to be pushed back a tiny bit.. This wasn't a big deal because the front desk promptly communicated this with us as soon as they found out. The communication here is top notch and very much appreciated. My stylist, Jamie, was so bubbly, educated, experienced, talented, trendy, and knew exactly how I styled my hair before she got to work without me even telling her! First timer here to get power dip and a pedicure…read more Nice location and the day I came in (Wednesday) around 1PM was perfect. Ended up getting Viv who is the manager of the shop. She did a wonderful job on my nails. Had Cindy for my Pedicure and probably one of the best treatments I've had in a really long time. Can tend to be a little pricey, especially if they request (or they suggest) to do "extras". For example; it was an additional fee for callus removal that was $7 more added on top to the price of the pedicure service. My nails to shorten were an extra charge and sometime the polishes (like gel) can be more money as well. Just make sure to ask questions regarding cost etc. I was quoted one price when I called, but walked away spending more. I was happy with the overall results and the quality of time they took to make my experience worthwhile. NOTE- They do have a rewards program which by checking in to your appointment you earn points. Also, if you pay cash, they have a punch card to earn a percentage off after so much spent. They also offer waxing services as well.
