The office had already radio the loader. To load my 2 yards of topsoil. The loaders are well-trained and know what they're doing with loading mulch rock and topsoil. Out of the several times that I have had things loaded onto my trailer. There has been a accident. I came into the store and ordered a mattress a week ago. I was ASSURED multiple times that the…read moremattress would arrive in 4-7 days at most. However, online my tracking information says it will arrive in TWO MONTHS! I promptly called the manager and she said she would get back to me about when it will be delivered. It has been a WEEK and no call back, when I try to call the store no one answers. The manager kept telling me to wait for a tracking email but it's been a week and I still haven't gotten one. Worst experience I've ever had simply trying to buy a mattress.

Don't waste your money, buy from anywhere else!…read more 1) Staff at store do not know what is "available" to sell, items go on back order and the consumer isn't told until days or weeks later. 2) Delivery is handled by independent contractors out of their warehouse in Jacksonville. They only give you the delivery time frame the day before the delivery around 6pm. 3) This store and their warehouse are separate entities and do not communicate with each other. They cannot help customers appropriately and blame the issue on the other side. 4) Sale staff and Management at the store are unprofessional and unwilling to take responsibility for issues that arise. Everything is always someone else's fault. My story: I purchased 3 beds, one for each of my kids and one for myself and my wife. They scheduled the delivery for my kids beds 7 days from when I purchased them and 14 days for my bed. But they weren't able to give me a time frame until the day prior to delivery (at 6pm). My kids beds were scheduled to be delivered between 3-5pm but the truck didn't show up till almost 6:30pm. My bed ended up being on "indefinite" back order, but I wasn't told about it until a week after I made the purchase. I had to go back to the store and choose another one. The day before delivery, I get told the time is 11am. Both my wife and I work and we couldn't do 11am, we called the store and were assured that the time was changed to 3pm. The truck arrived at my house around 11am and when no one was home, they loaded the bed back up and left. I called the store to complain and was told that the warehouse are independent contractors and the store can't really do anything to fix it or have it delivered today. The manager claimed the issues weren't his fault or his employees and that the bed manufacturer was to blame for the back order and the warehouse was to blame for the delivery method/issues. He then stated I would have to wait to have the bed delivered whenever the warehouse was able to deliver it.
