I also wanted to do it with redwood since it would be more resistant to rot and termites. Reached out to a few people and the quotes were all similar at around $1000 for the gate and little bit of fencing next to it. I went with Nam since he seemed to understand what I needed best and he said he could get it done in less than a day. They got it done in two hours and overall the fence and gate looked good. It doesn't exactly match the style of my neighbors when looking at it from inside the property, but that's my fault for not being specific about what I expected. I had to call them back a week later to make some adjustments unrelated to the style and they came back to fix things I mentioned without any hassle. I would recommend them for work that's similar in scope to this as they were overall easy and pleasant to work with.
