They put a new screen on my wife's phone. It worked for 30 minutes. Then we took it back and they ended up putting the old screen back on it and now the phone won't even turn on. It had problems but at least she could make a call! They were very nice. But we are very disappointed with the outcome. read more

As if my situation wasn't stressful already, this place made it even worse. Took my son's iPad mini to get the shattered screen repaired early November which they initially quoted it would take 2 hours. I get a call from them on time stating that the iPad was ready. When I arrive to pick up and pay I noticed that the touch screen doesn't work. The manager immediately takes it to the back to inspect it and comes back about 10 minutes later saying that one of the pins on the connection broke off and has to be sent to Florida for repairs. This iPad has never been opened or repaired so obviously the worker was at fault. It would take about 5 days now before I get my iPad back. At this point, no worries...I'm ok and very patient. A week goes by, no phone call yet. I call to check for an update and no iPad yet. Long story short, I call every week and get the excuse saying the the mail carrier system is backed up because of the holidays. Getting closer to Christmas and still no iPad, still the excuse that the mail service delay because of the holidays. FINALLY!! it arrives 1 week before Christmas. And for all of the delays I get a "whopping" $10 discount. 5 days turned into 5 weeks. I've heard of mail delays but come on, a month delay?!?! Not doubting the customer service here but there is obviously no urgency or transparency at this location. I called several times and on several calls wouldn't get a call back after I left a message. Came initially for the reviews and convenience in location but I would've had the iPad faster if I would have just drove to Florida to get it repaired NEVER AGAIN and go at your discretion read more

Once they have your money they will treat you with no respect or professionalism. I took my phone in on a Saturday to have a cracked screen repaired. The screen was repaired; however, the color of the faceplate was off (black phone, white faceplate). I was expressly and unambiguously told to come back the next day to have it corrected. I asked what time the business opened and was advised that they open at noon. I arrived a little early as I moved an appointment back to 1:00p.m. so as to have plenty of time to get the correction done. I arrived early, but I saw the "open" sign illuminated. The door was unlocked, so, I walked in. An associate (different than the day before) greeted me with: "We don't open until noon, but what do you need?" I advised him of the situation. He told me that they do not get merchandise in on Sundays so I'd have to come back tomorrow. I stated that the only reason I came in on the day in question was because I was specifically told to do so. He very casually said: "That's the past and I can't do anything about that, so, let's just focus on the future." I told him that it was an inconvenience for me to come in today. He smugly responded by saying: "It really isn't that big of an inconvenience; just come back tomorrow." It was at that point that I realized that I'd already paid for the repair, so, he could be as dismissive and unprofessional as he wanted to be and it wouldn't cost them anything. My only recourse was to take the phone somewhere else where I'd have to pay full-price again. . .and he knew it. The professional thing would have been to tell me on Saturday that they did not have the parts to do the job properly and give me the option to take it somewhere else. Instead, they chose to take my money, do a temporary repair and screw me over for two days. The next morning after the repair I experienced the phone powering down on its own. I advised the associate of that, as well. He reiterated that I should come back tomorrow. My business may not be the type that they value at this location. But, that notwithstanding, I would not recommend patronizing this business as you, too, may be the type of customer that is expendable to this company. read more

Very poor customer service. Cracked the screen on my iPhone 5s. Brought to store. Fixed screen within an hour - good. Quickly discovered that they had broken the fingerprint recognition in the process - bad (but I recognized that stuff happens and don't expect perfection). Quickly agreed to replace my phone - good. Could bore you with the long saga of getting my phone replaced. Suffice it to say that it took approximately 20 phone calls, 7 in-person visits, and 2 months to have the phone replaced. I was told on several occasions that the phone had been ordered, only to find out that it hadn't happened. Explanation was that it was going to cost the store too much and they were waiting for prices to come down. Told me that it wasn't reasonable to expect them to pay the price and get the phone because my phone mostly worked. Not once did anyone apologize for the original error or long delay in getting me a phone. The only comment made by Sergio, the manager, was to complain to me how far he had to drive to get the replacement phone. Seemed to think I should be feeling sorry for his having to fix an error that wasn't mine. To top things off, the phone they finally got was the wrong color (despite having asked me on at least 3 occasions what color of phone I had), has very poor battery life, and horrible sound quality. Most reviews on here have been very good, so perhaps my experience is a real outlier. Just wanted to make sure it was on the record for others to see. read more

12-26-17. Worst customer service ever!!!! This is my first time trying this place. It's been 3 weeks I haven't relieves my computer. The staff is shit. They give wrong information and eta status on parts. My computer has been delayed of service. Worst first impression and the staff prove it. I recommend not getting service at this place. Please go elsewhere. And as we speak I'm actually picking up my computer right now. And nothing still haven't been fixed. I recommend go to ubreakifix in Pearland.
