I love that you have the ability to request a certain tech when you check in on the iPad. Ava did my nails tonight and I will absolutely be requesting her again! She listened to my requests, was definitely a perfectionist (in a good way!), and gave me perfect nails. I also thought the prices were reasonable; I was able to tip a pretty good percentage and still not exceed my budget.

I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes, and not a single employee acknowledged my presence or attempted to assist me. However, they did all see me walk through the door. .Shortly after, two Caucasian women entered the salon and were immediately greeted. A man even came out from the back, walked directly past me without saying a word, and went straight to help them--even though I was standing in front of them and they arrived 10 minutes after I did. Please note, I am a Black American. At that point, I calmly asked him why I was being ignored as if I were invisible. He had no explanation. The way I was treated was deeply disrespectful and felt like racial discrimination. No customer should be made to feel overlooked or less important. Based on this experience, I will not be supporting this establishment and I will not recommend to others. I will also be contacting the BBB to share my experience.

Hand sanitizer and masks were readily available and all three women wore masks. The space is bright, beautiful, and clean. I was very impressed by their vast selection of nail polish colors, including gel and dip powder. I was the only customer the entire time I was there. I didn't catch the tech's name who worked on me, but she was nice and helpful. She didn't indulge in small talk, which was fine with me. I like to listen to audible while getting my nails done anyway. I think she might have been a new tech, and she did a fairly good job. Almost a month later and my dip nails haven't chipped!
