I was searching a while for a new snow blower and knew I wanted to get one of the heavier duty ones due to the amount of sidewalk we have. Having little luck with the big box stores I was happy to find a local business I could go to for questions. I met Daryl when I first went who was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to narrowing down my options. I went back about a week later and finished the transaction with Mike who was also great. Everyone I dealt with there was professional and courteous and the process was painless. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who delivered the snow blower (maybe Anthony) but he was also great and gave me a detailed rundown of the machine answering any questions I had and also making sure that I was fully satisfied with the delivery and machine. Well deserved five stars! We were looking for a snow thrower stopped into LIFFCO. I didn't know much about snow throwers and needed some guidance. I first met Phil who did a great job explaining the different brands and models. Had to think about it a bit, left and went back on a Saturday. Phil was out and we spoke with Adonis. He was super helpful as well. Came back a third time and dealt with Darryl who I believe is the owner. All these guys were so knowledgeable and helpful and super polite. This time I was happy to make my purchase. Rob delivered the Airens snow thrower a few days later and he thoroughly went over how to use it both for safety and operation. He was great. I gave them few machines to repairs till I figure the way they operate: at first very nice on the phone "bring the machine will take care of it sure it's our expertise" but when the machine is there now they give you the run around we got busy we can look we can't fix making you buy a new over priced machine..take my advise: unless you absolutely don't need this machine in the near future: don't try to fix it there they become rude the moment you bring it. read more

Just bought a Toro 1-stage model 721 with electric start and lever for the snow chute. Also looked at Home Depot and Snowblowersdirect, but I felt buying local from a center that is family owned that is also an authorized repair center might come in handy down the line. Darryl assisted me with the purchase, turns out he is the owner and very nice guy. He had the machine gassed and run and showed me how to add gas, oil, and tips for starting the machine as well as maintenance. You definitely dont get this from Home Depot or online. There is a large selection of blowers here. I highly recommend this place! read more

Not recommended. I bought a top of the line snowblower with a 3 year warranty. The price was OK, but follow up service was terrible. It took them two weeks in mid March to make a covered repair and do an oil change. Then they tried to charge over $100 for the oil change and a bushing, only reducing the price to $35 when reminded about the warranty. That was in addition to $70 for pickup and delivery, Their excuse for long repair time was the number of other blowers needing service. I guess they can't handle their own success. read more

I dropped off my snow blower On January 19, 2016 and was promised that I would have it by January 22, 2016. I understand it was busy that week and they were unable to repair my snow blower by the weekend. Today, its February 5, 2016 and I still do not have my snow blower. Also, I called them on January 29, 2016 and I was promised to have it back by February 1, 2016. Is this a place where you want your snow blower or products serviced. where do i begin first time I'm posting about a company. my equipment needed a tuneup and blade. they priced me out at 74.99 plus parts. never again after reviewing online the parts i need it comes out to be $35.00 including spark plug, filter, oil, blade etc. i was expecting a call explaining what parts i needed than they would give me a final price that is what i was expecting since the 74.99 was a diagnostic fee! i never received a call and was charged over $150.00 for equipment that is not worth that much to begin with never again. going elsewhere don't bother with this place there are other trustworthy businesses, ormondo landscaping read more

I wouldn't believe a word they say. During the worst time during of the year, they let us down !!! My husband ( 75 years old , that did work for them before) went to them on Thursday this week and told them that his snow blower was not starting. They told my husband to bring it in on Friday morning at 7 am that they would take a look at it. My husband walked the snow blower to their shop ( a mile) , pushing it there. They knew he did it because he was tired when he got there. They told him they would take a look and call him. We never got a call from them. My husband walked there at 3:30 PM to ask them what happened and to our surprise he said " ooohhh we never got a chance to look at it " what ??? they couldn't call us to let us know earlier that they couldn't look at it all day ? We could have tried to take it somewhere else and they didn't even had the courtesy to give us a call all day long.
