If you need a truck come see these guys. The recent interaction with Lifted Trucks has been awesome. Both Blake and Key from the Arrowhead store have constantly communicated with me while the truck was being looked at for an electrical issue. The issue is a known problem with some of the 2015 models. I had to take it back twice to the Bell Road store, where Kerry coordinated the maintenance with the Ford dealership. The first time they fixed some stuff but the problem being intermittent came back, after I picked it up. Ford techs didn't see it until the second time I took it back. Electrical gremlins are a real pain. Kerry called me, so excited to tell me it duplicated the problem at the Ford dealership. I got the truck back yesterday and so far so good. Kerry is a jewel and frankly just a super cool lady. Blake has offered to pay for the cost of my rental and make the whole thing "right". From my interactions with Blake and what I have heard he is a stand up guy, willing to go above and beyond to ensure customers get the best truck and service, better than any other dealership. Key has also been tremendously helpful in coordinating and communicating and strikes me as a real up front guy, no BS. I appreciate that coming from the military. Again, I can't restate it strongly enough. If you want an awesome truck, with low pressure sales (theres always some haggling), and incredible after purchase support/follow up you have to stop in and see these guys. read more

Asks me to drive up again to sign new paperwork after i was clear on what the details of my loan would be from the previous day. After writing my initial review, apparetly the 1 star pushed the company to respond and react, which is unfortunate. BUT - Lance stepped up and insured that everything was taken care of. The details of the issue is irrelevant but the fact that we had a couple issues for months with little customer service was the most frustrating part. I had to call/email many times with little to no responses. When i was able to speak with somome, the result was little to no answers. Months later, Lance stepped into the picture and helped see that our issue wasn't ignored any further. At the end of the day, I changed my review from 1 start to 3 stars and here is why. My expierence was very frustrating and costly. After many months it was finally resolved and i spent about $200 out of my own pocket to get my second issue resolved. Lance was kind enough to reimburse us for the repair that i had to make out of my own pocket but I still spend a lot of time and effort between phone calls and emails that fell to waist side. I was compensated for my out of pocket but expenses which i appreciated :) and felt the company made good effort to make things right. Thank You lifted trucks. read more

I found a truck on a car site that led me to this shop. I have always stayed away from small places like this, and I'm just not sure why after this great experence. I called to ask about the height of a vehicle and the owner answered, and personally ran out to measure for me. When I arrived a few hours later, Russ took me on a quick test drive then pretty much threw me the keys for the night. With the fam exited and on board, I came back the next day to close out the deal. They gave me a fair price for the trade, a fair price for the truck I bought - which I should note had an awesome lift/wheel/tire setup added by their in-house shop. The negotiation wasn't a 6 hour fight, the time signing the docs and hearing warranty pitches wasn't high pressure, and I drove away happy. I probably spent a total of 3 hours over 2 visits, which is much less than I expected. I observed a few customers who appeared to be "back for more" which was good to see. Many other reviews here and on other sites talk about this place sticking to their word, trying to make things right when issues a... I haven't experienced any issues yet so no comments there, but the reviews seem accurate given my experience. I absolutely would recommend this shop. **update. So when you buy a lifted vehicle, they have you come back in 500 miles for a re-torque of... the lift parts, i guess. It is free, you just have to get the truck back to their shop at 20th and Bell. When i scheduled this appointment, i mentioned on the phone that the alignment was a little off. The scheduler was surprised, but added an alignment check after the re-torque. I just drove away from the dealership, one month post-sale, with a freshly aligned vehicle at no cost to me. No upsells, uncovered costs, etc. I am quite pleased that they backed their product like this. read more

My boyfriend and I are new to the area, we've been looking around for a jeep. We've passed this lot a few times and decided to take a look for a jeep here. Within mins of checking out cars, a salesman greeted us. He didn't introduce himself so we never got his name. They didn't have the jeep we were looking for on this lot. He suggested a lot up the street, their inventory said there were 10 of the jeeps we were looking for. He offered to take us in their rentals, he stepped away for a second and came back to tell us the rental wasn't available (wasn't a problem for us because of covid). He told us he would meet us at the location. My boyfriend said he'd seen him get into the car and walk out after we started backing out. We showed up to the other location & waited about 30 mins or so until we figured he'd never show up. Another salesman from that lot came over to help us. Brody was amazing! They didn't have the jeep we wanted but we exchanged information and said he'd keep a look out for us. After I posted this review I was contacted by James the owner to rectify the situation. I was given a full refund of the warranty cost and $500 for my time dealing with the mess. I appreciate that they attempted to make it right with the $500 credit, but I'm still out an additional $1,300 for the strut/shock repairs on the truck I owned for less than 2 weeks that had a a new lift. We looked online and found a truck that was listed as being at the Glendale location. We called and spoke with a "Darrell" a few times about this truck and asked if we could test drive the truck. He said yes and we told him that we would be there in 20-30 minutes. We get there and asked for Darrell and it seemed that there was some confusion about who we were talking about but someone said he was currently helping someone, so we were then thrown to Russ, who had no idea what was going on. He looked up the truck we were there for and confirmed that it was supposed to be at the Glendale location. He looked and did not see it. He then tells us that it was at another lot and some techs move them. So we get into a car with Russ and start driving, to what I thought was an overflow lot. After being in the car for about 15 minutes and heading towards Phoenix, I asked where exactly are we going and how long it would take. They aren't sure where the truck is and we are going to look 2-3 places. Nope. We asked that he return to the Glendale location and he did. We get back and Russ speaks to his manager, Matt, who comes out and looks online and says we have something similar to what you are looking for here at this location. He then shows us online the truck that we originally came there to see (with it listed in Glendale) and Russ tells him it's not there and they aren't sure where it is. By this point I am annoyed that they wasted our time and walk out. When we get home, we get a text from Darrell wanting to let us know that the truck is at their Phoenix location and he will see us soon. By this point, it's has been over 2 hours since we told Darrell that we wanted to test drive the truck. I don't blame Russ for this but the rest of the staff and the way they track vehicles is garbage. read more

Dont get your Hope's up!!!!! Recently went to look at a certain vehicle, ended up getting a different vehicle than I wanted. Once I was approved and put my money down, two and a half weeks later they told me to come in to finish paperwork when really I wasn't approved by the bank. WHY WOULD THEY LIE TO A LOYAL CUSTOMER THEY SHOULDVE TOLD ME THIS BEFORE I SOLD MY CAR AND BEFORE I EVEN DROVE THE NEW VEHICLE OFF THE LOT. Very strange place. Responded to an advertised truck on their website requesting the price. They responded right away but refused to give a price. Instead they gave me some nonsense about the wrong truck with the right price blah blah blah. They apparently work very hard to get you into their place to pressure you and close the deal. I remember these tactics from the 80s. I guess no one told them about the internet. Asked about the price again and was told "best of luck finding a vehicle". Thanks Nico.
