We have been searching for a new truck to add to the family for months and had our eye on a few at Lifted Trucks, once we finally took the leap and went in, we could not have had a better experience. We normally dread salesmen and the whole process, but we will no longer do that thanks to the team here. First of all, Ian was the friendliest guy and actually listened to our specifications on what we needed out of our new baby, he took the time to connect with us and helped us look at many of the trucks we saw online as well as showed us some that were in the range of what we wanted, we test drove our (soon to be) new baby to the other store where he escorted us around to look at other vehicles and we ultimately decided that the first one we fell for was the one. Once it got down to the time to figure out all the scary financials we were dreading the back and forth and once again we were shocked that it wasn't so scary after all. Key (the sales manager) seriously took it above and beyond to put us at ease. I am a tight wad to the max at times or get the label of "that one guy is here to look at a vehicle" and making big purchases seriously puts a cramp in every little thing I do, he went out of his way to talk me through everything and put my mind at ease and made me feel extremely comfortable about this decision. I left that day with a different perspective on dealerships and recommend Lifted Trucks and their team to all going forth. I also left that day with the new addition to the family and am still smiling as I'm writing this review. *Also I need to add in here about the finance team. Sophie and Kim are an all star team in that back office ready for the final step. They bring out all the forms and documents that people usually cringe at because it's endless signatures and accepting this or that, but with them taking care of you , it's really a painless process. I had questions and discrepancies throughout signing and every little part was taken care of. Every question I had was answered and explained in normal human language and not in a way that blows over your head. All in all, it's a place that I wouldn't dread going back to. I have previously purchased a truck from the sister company (Truck Masters) of Lifted Trucks and had a great experience with their Sales Rep JR. When in the market recently for another truck, I had found that JR is located at the Glendale location for Lifted Trucks. We had spoke back and forth about me coming in to look at their inventory and today I decided to take the plunge and meet JR for some test drives. My experience today was nothing but comfortable, relaxing, no pressure, and almost as if I was hanging out with a friend all day test driving some trucks. I have looked around the valley for a truck, but continue to go through JR because of his experience, honesty, laid back vibe. Although I did not purchase a truck today, I will be back to buy one from Lifted Trucks and through JR soon. He took most of his afternoon trying to find the right truck for me and knew I could possibly not make a purchase today. We test drove multiple trucks, went over my options, and talked about what the best route for myself would be, then he sent me on my way. Even though I could have made a purchase today, most car salesmen pressure and want to make a sale no matter what your situation is. JR is genuine and honest and I know I am in good hands with him. Our initial experience in obtaining a truck was extremely easy. My son-in-law and I signed paperwork, paid our down payment and left with the truck. However, the following week, we were supposed to email our financial docs, but got a call saying they needed us to come in personally because of security problems with the email. We were not able to come in until a week later. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a manager that took us into an office and told us they could not give us financing for the truck and wanted to put us in a car. The manager lied and told my son-in-law that he knew the truck was for him and they would not allow it because he was a first time cosigner. Problem was it was for ME, it was to be a family vehicle. We were left stranded at the dealership with a toddler waiting for a ride. Their communication was the absolute worst and the fact they let us leave with a 30k truck without proper financing put us in a bad spot, then when I pushed back he cited a nonsense AZ law that allows them to do it. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone serious about buying a truck. They lie and allow you to leave with property that is not actually yours. If they had been up front with me from the start, all of this could have been avoided. read more

Was able to finally get up to Lifted Trucks on Thursday. It is a 3 and half hour drive for my wife and I and only chance we have gotten. Up on arriving to the lot I was impressed by how big the inventory was.We were greeted by a nice man who took us in and called Maggie for us. She is who i have been dealing with through emails and text, try to set a time and day we could be there. Maggie greeted us with a warm smile and a friendly hello and hand shake. She took us out to the lot and started showing us around the trucks and asking me what I was looking for in a truck. We walked around the lot and she made note of the trucks my wife and I were interested in. After we looked at all the truck there were 3 i really liked. She made sureI got a good feel for the trucks on our test drive and not just around the block. Maggie really made us feel more at home, she did not pressure us at any moment or make us feel uneasy. With every they said and done and after the test drives, my wife and I both decided on a gorgeous lifted F150 Lariat. Everyone at Lifted Trucks were so nice and freindly. I just purchased a new truck from Lifted Trucks and I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Bruce Weiss, the absolute MVP of the sales team. From the moment I walked onto the lot, Bruce was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuine. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want. Bruce is not just a sales guy, he's a trusted advisor. He walked me through the entire process, explaining the pros and cons of each truck, and even introduced me to the mechanic who inspected the vehicle. I was amazed at how thorough and detailed he was. What really impressed me, though, was Bruce's follow-up. After the sale, he checked in to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle and to answer any questions I had. I drive semis for work, and don't have a lot of time to spend shopping at dealerships. Mike and Charlie worked with me via phone and email to get me in to the truck I wanted; no other dealer would do that for me. Once I narrowed it down to the trucks I wanted and had the time to get into the dealership, Charlie provided a great experience; conversation, reasonable trade in inspection and value, as well as making my time comfortable and getting me in and out, knowing my 3 yr old waa getting antsy. Once the transaction was done, Charlie helped me transfer all my belongings; including my toolbox to my new truck. I have custom plates, he also explained the process of getting them switched over, due to the fact the trade in was registered in my wife's name. The only addition I wish I could have had, was an interstate test ride instead of just around a few blocks. Otherwise it was the perfect deal! After making a deal over the phone with Cameron I drove over 500 miles from SoCal, and as soon as I arrived I was greeted by staff and not in the sly salesman kind of way either.
