Buyer beware. This dealer had me sign paperwork on a truck I wanted. Shook my hand and sent me out the door with it. Then a week later they called telling me that there was a problem getting me financed at the 5.9% that we had agreed on, but not to worry.. we can still sell you the truck, it's just going to be 15% instead. Basically they were going to get a kickback on the interest rate, and wanted to bump up their profit. Even more disheartening, I've heard from multiple people since then that this is Lifted Trucks M.O., and there was evidence of it in the glove box of the truck that I purchased... someone else's sales paperwork from just a month before. They'll try and claim that it's a problem with your credit, but magically another dealer had no problem getting me financed for more money at 5.5%. I'm not a review writer normally, but this dealer is shady front to back. Stay away. read more

I was working with someone else in the Mesa store the sales person from paradise valley called and I explained I was already in the process I was waiting on Jake from Mesa location to call and was told they can review the status of the application. He calls me back and ask for all my info and I questioned him why he was asking if they had it already. I mentioned to him several times I did not want my credit to be pull again and he mentioned he wouldn't pull credit but he lied because it was pulled again ...when I communicated with both locations both locations failed to return my calls and text msgs. We bought a tacoma from them. The buying process was as painless and as quick as could be and all of the staff was very friendly. We ended up having a mechanical issue with the truck due to a maintenance thing and although it took some time to resolve the issue in the end I was impressed with the effort they put it to resolve it. read more

I purchased a vehicle this year at Lifted Trucks Tucson. Dealer was very eager to get financial information first in the deal so they could tell you if you could afford the vehicle. When the deal was made the salesman moved on to the next person immediately with no further contact. They also did not fill the gas tank upon purchase. As far as trade-in they did not give anywhere near fair market value, but expected higher than fair market value for the vehicle they were selling. Lifted Trucks will also expect you to pay for their add-ons, but do not give you credit for the add-ons on your vehicle. Overall, I would definitely shop around before purchasing from Lifted Trucks. read more

They do not honor the advertised price. Instead, they put the final price of the truck in the small print section of a photograph online. I flew out from Los Angeles to buy my truck. At the end of the paperwork, my truck was over $10k higher than the agreed-on sticker from the website. At first they tried to make me feel like I was dumb and must have missed it, but then the manager admitted that most people wouldn't come in if they new what the real cost would be. It's a total scam. The salesman was friendly and he even picked me up from the airport... in hindsight it's probably because they had so much margin to work with. His service is the only reason I'm not completely trashing this business. When I tried to walk from the deal, I had already given them my cash for the down payment. When I asked for it back, they told me it was in the safe and couldn't be accessed until the next day, so I would need to get a hotel and buy a ticket home... I nearly lost it. What they're doing with the prices is criminal, false advertising. The sad part is, they sell great products, so they will probably stay in business and trick more people like me. read more

There were no high pressure sales pitches and everyone there was super cool. Customer service seemed great until now that they sold the truck they don't want to honor what was on the contract. Like fixing the broken tail gate and selling the truck extremely dirty inside and out (still had trash inside from previous owner, including a lot of broke glass in the back of the cab). I also told the sales guy a few other things that were wrong like Alignment was off and tire pressure like on probably because it does have sensors, and he told me it was normal for lifted trucks and refused to have the dealer fix it. I've tried calling and they give me the run around and that they'll call me, it's been over a month now. Just beware of the things they say to get you to buy. They also said that I was approved for one rate and then 2 weeks later said they couldn't do it and needed more money down to make the deal happen with another bank. read more

I bought a truck from Joe at the Phoenix location. He was nice and not push, place was clean and everyone was pleasant. The first truck I looked at puffed smoke when started then check engine light came on. He said not this truck and drove it back to the service department. He then drove me to a lot down the street to show me a newer version with less miles. I loved it and didn't mined paying more for it. SCAM:they use of a $895 DrivePur cleaning fee they use to trick you into thinking they are lowering the price. BE AWARE OF THE DP . It is a abbreviated so you don't catch it on hand written on the paper. It is not mentioned in any other paper work just grouped as a discount. THis a fake fee used to trick you into either paying for them to clean the car or used as a fake price decrease. I called another dealership and they charge $100 for DrivePur. I did buy the warranty not sure if that was a good deal or not,( bad reviews online) time will tell. Also, I priced out the lift and tires and as a normal consumer I don't think I could have done it any cheaper than they sold it to me. In conclusion, I probably over paid but got what I wanted I JUST HATE BEING DECEIVED!!!! Minus 2 stars for shady number tricks. I should have caught it but was in a hurry. Ok classic they post an add price on all vehicles, that seems too good to be true, then after you read the better part of about a page of fine print, they call out the fact that dealer add ons are not in the price, which is about a 10K swing in their favor. When I called to confirm the reason for this was better search results when people sort by price. First time I have ran into this, but just think its a bit deceptive. To be fair when I called staff was helpful and did not hide any of this. Just not the way I would prefer to do business. read more

Be WARY! These guys are pretty typical slime when it comes to giving you the highest price they can til you stay there a whole day as they hold your car keys hostage and you widdle them down to get a price that works for you. They take all your personal info to force you into their financing even when you've told them you have a loan already. That didn't matter, they'll just refuse to work with your current bank so you can't get the better rate. They screwed me out of 2.25 to 2.99...the best their lenders could do. That's a lot of money on a 99k truck but they minimize that to your face as if they are doing you a favor. Then the TRX I bought has transmission shifting issues and they say "that's normal". Seriously, be very cautious as these guys are sharks. They are not out for your best interest. It's a used truck dealer and they are no different. I'd enjoy speaking to an owner if you could find one. Again, just be wary, go in with your cr*p together or else they'll screw you. Service is not a top goal. May be on the list but it's under getting the most money out of the customer they can. read more

He apologized for the experience with MARIO the tint guy and is sending us a check to get the tint done by somebody who can. We traveled from Southern California because we were told they had exactly what we wanted on the lot. However, when we arrived the guy helping us showed us trucks that weren't what we saw on their site/inventory and one was sold! So he drives us to their other lot, we wait around and look around for what we drove all that way for and nothing. He shows us some dusty trucks in the back and couldn't relay any specifications on any of the vehicles he was showing us. Then he takes us to another lot. Nothing but still not able to relay specifications on what he showed us. 2 hours later we arrive back to the initial lot and this guy brings his manager to speak to my husband and the manager asked if he liked the 2017, my husband said well it has some rust and then asked how much the truck is, the managers answer "I don't know off the top of my head." My husband then asked how many miles does it have "I don't know" was the answer. So my husband gets up and leaves, I'm trailing behind because I went to the restroom and the manager calls my husband a jerk. So we wasted an entire day of driving and for the stereotypical car salesman treatment.
