So the wife and love this coffee shop don't go as much as we should. This morning we walked down and grabbed coffee. The staff were nice and friendly we sat and enjoyed our coffee. Place has a cool relaxing vibe. We love the drive through there is nice too.

I always ask for my Caramilla to be as sugar free as possible... And there is a gentleman that works that that makes it delicious EVERY TIME. Sometimes, other employees say they can't... Opted to pop in during a 5 mile walk this morning. Very nice coffee spot atmosphere. Really kind staff and great coffee. The Gibraltor is 2 shots espresso with steamed milk topping. Fire! This place is thriving from the looks of it. Lots of patrons today. I also noticed alot of macro type donuts and healthy smoothies on the menu.

They have a wide variety of drinks to choose from and also offer some baked goods from Beloved. Their menu is easy to read. The service was friendly and very efficient. I had my drink in my hand within five minutes of ordering. My coffee was delicious The employees give good vibes.

First time here and came in on a Saturday around 1230pm. Not busy at all. The place is cute and clean, plenty of seats for friends or studying. I ordered a sausage and egg quiche and wife ordered a vegan burrito as well as a Caramel coffee and chai. Upon waiting, barista told me they didn't have the quiche I ordered, but only 1 out of the 5 or 6 options of quiche was available. Kinda bummed and weird how they don't know their own inventory. If I would've known, I wouldn't have ordered anything to eat. But I ended up just trying the veggie quiche. Now don't get me wrong, the service is nice and the place is pretty chill, I liked it. But what I didn't like was the food and coffee. My veggie quiche was scorching hot in parts of it and once you got into it, it was pretty cold in the middle and throughout, so the potatoes in it were off putting because of the cold temp. The salsa that comes with it tastes like the salsa from the store, nothing special. My wife's burrito was pretty spotty with the temp as well, parts scorching and parts not just warm, but cold. The chai was iced but tasted room temperature if not warm, and the caramel coffee I had was nice and cold, BUT had a sourness to it. Overall the place and people were nice, but what they offered and how we received it took me by surprise, mainly due to the good reviews they have. I think due to the products received, we will think twice before coming back.

Solid coffee shop with decent offerings and excellent customer service. My wife loves the coffee, I got an energizing seltzer and buttered bagel. I thought the bagel was good, but I didn't like the butter - though there's a possibility it may have been mistakenly cream cheese or a mix. The seltzer was good and hit the spot, but could stand a little more flavor. The real standout was the customer service which was prompt, great communication and problem solving, and very courteous. Will definitely be back to try some more options.

It was our first time here, and we absolutely loved it! We ordered two cappuccinos with half and half--one with sugar-free hazelnut syrup and the other with sugar-free Irish crème. Both were delicious, but the Irish crème stood out as the clear favorite. The ambiance was wonderful, and the baristas were incredibly sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend this place--10/10!

Great Vibes & Smoothies Cool spot with a stylish interior and a welcoming vibe. The staff was friendly, and the service was great. I tried the 4 Berry Smoothie--perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. Excited to come back and try more from the menu. Definitely worth a visit!

Absolutely loved this experience! We decided to go through the drive-thru and it was quick even with a line. The staff had such a bright and lovely demeanor and was very helpful while we tried to figure out what flavors we wanted our lattes to be. We ordered 4 lattes, a cold brew and a hot coffee and everyone enjoyed their drinks.

I've been back twice in one week. I love their coffee! I got their seasonal special, honey lavender white mocha with almond milk and it's delicious! They also sell pasteries from Beloved Bakery. The service is always friendly. They have a drive thru that wraps around the back side of the plaza buildings. Just keep an eye out for the "drive thru" sign. The inside of the coffee shop is very cute with so many tables to either study/work or just to hangout. I think I've found my favorite coffee spot!

Stopped by Lighthouse Coffee and tried the Caramilla with their house-made syrups, and it was delicious! The caramel flavor was perfectly balanced--sweet but not overwhelming--and you could really taste the difference with the homemade touch. The espresso was smooth and strong, making for a great combination. The atmosphere is super cozy and a great place to get some work done. It can get a bit busy, but that's a good sign of how popular this place is. Friendly staff and a welcoming vibe. I'll definitely be back!

This is one of the cutest coffee houses I have found in a strip mall! When you walk in you would never know that you were in a strip mall and that you were in Sparks, NV! I walk in and instantly feel like I am in a small town, on main street in an old historical building. The staff is friendly and always smiling! The aroma of coffee, and fresh baked pastries just hit you as if you walked into your grandparents house on a holiday. The espresso was rich and flavorful, I also had the breakfast scone. The scone was fluffy and so flavorful! I went back for a 2nd one. This is the coffee place that you want to visit if you are in Sparks! I made it my routine to come to this quaint place every time I am in town. Thank you again for being there. read more

Friendly service and pretty good coffee. I always have to ask for more ice because their iced drinks are never cold enough but I take a big sip and add some more and it's great. Last time they forgot the burrito I ordered and then sold out so they refunded me. I was shocked about the price but whatever. So today I paid thinking it must be great for the size and price and it was the worst burrito I've ever had. Wish they would have forgot it again. Barely any egg, bacon bits that weren't the best flavor and a ridiculous amount of potatoes and they were raw had potatoes. It was inedible. They food and snack selection is lacking to say the least. Sandwiches look terrible. Thank goodness the drinks are ok. Nice crew but awful food. read more

I have never had a bad experience at Lighthouse Coffee, in fact, the friendly, outgoing and competent staff can make even the gloomiest of days better! I love their Dirty Chai Lattes, Blended Carmilla, and have never had a slice of quiche that was not delicious. Lighthouse coffee is the perfect neighborhood shop and I would highly recommend stopping in anytime you're passing by! read more

My favorite coffee shop in Sparks. The staff are always super nice and you can usually find the owners hanging around one of the shops. The coffee always tastes fresh and delicious. I love the variety of food and that they offer gluten free options for my friends who can't eat it. It's a great place to meet a friend for a coffee and some down time. read more

Very cool coffee house! I'm not a coffee connoisseur. I enjoy it on occasion, but don't need it daily. No worries, they have excellent fruity smoothies. I had a guava smoothie. It was delicious and light. The atmosphere is chill, but can be a bit loud if full. There are a couple of outdoor tables, which we chose. read more

I had a wonderful experience at Lighthouse, and will try to come here instead of Starbucks as much as possible. As a mom with 3 kids, I LOVE that they have a drive thru, as this is often why I don't try a non-Starbucks coffee shop. On this occasion, I met a friend and we sat a while with our coffee and talked. Quiet environment and excellent customer service. They asked if I wanted water before I even asked just because it was a hot day, I came in close to closing time but didn't feel rushed by the professional staff and the dirty chai latte I had was very good, definitely top on my list for taste and I'll be back! read more

It was my first time here at Lighthouse Coffee and it was a great experience! They have lots of options for coffee and even shakes. I told the baristas, Tommy and Annette that I love chocolate and they were great with giving out various drink options. I ended up going with the Tuxedo which was a delicious and thick chocolate drink, I think maybe similar to a mocha? Anyway, I absolutely loved the atmosphere of it. It reminded me of a genuine coffee shop compared to the non stop busy rush of Starbucks. Very calm and hip place! And the two baristas I had contact with were so friendly and funny which is always a plus. 10/10 would recommend and come back for more yummy coffee and great customer service. read more

While I normally enjoy coming here with my family, today was an unfortunate exception. The team was working hard but seemed to be disorganized on who was working in what area to help customers. It was slow and the team was stressed out. Take a page from Starbucks and consider having roles defined to help your team and not have a negative customer experience with long waits and people walking away from the register to do someone else's role. read more

The coffee is pretty good.. the banana bread is the worst I've ever tasted. It was moist on the border and dry as hell in the middle. It has a weird grainy taste so I don't know if it was old or maybe some kind of vegan/fat free ... I'll go for coffee again but I'll pass on the foodies! read more

We here at Light House Coffee specialize in, well, coffee! We do coffee and we do it well. We roast our own coffee at our very own Roasting Facility in Reno, NV. We only import Grade A, Third Wave, Fair Trade coffee beans for use in our shops. But we don't stop at just coffee, we have all natural smoothies, chai tea, kombucha, and all kinds of blended drinks. We also serve baked goods from multiple local bakers. Our staff is always friendly and personable, and we always do our best to make sure every customer walks away happy . But don't just take my word for it, come see for yourself! At Lighthouse its just a cup of coffee, its YOUR cup of coffee.

The blonde girl working seemed bothered that I was waiting on my order in store after my I got a notification that it was ready. There were no other patrons in store, but a younger teenage boy sitting at the counter. I'm going to assume he was her boyfriend by their conversation. As I sat waiting, she made my two smothies, mind you was the same just two different sizes, a pretzel and a frozen waffle. That took over 10 minutes, the whole time still talking to the boy. Yes I said it a frozen waffle. If I wanted to pay for a frozen waffle, I'd go to the store and buy one. I haven't been back in since and was so disappointed that I had to wait over 10 minutes after I got a notification that my online order was ready. On top of her crappy service, she gave me a frozen waffle in my bag. I over tipped online and I'll never do that again. She didn't even deserve a peso. The store started filling up while I was waiting and everyone lined up seemed to be bothering her for wanting a smoothie. You had one young girl working, if you could even call that working. I have steered away from my kids ordering from here after their dental visits and after their weekly sports. Just a message to management: Please train the kids that work for you. That you pay them to take care of your customers not to treat everyone like we are a nuisance to her and her boyfriend.

This shop offers everything I have been looking for in Sparks, but have not come across until now. Aside from creating a rich, comfortable and friendly environment, here are some other perks they offer: Competitive pricing: for the quality product they produce, I find their prices fair and very reasonable, often falling below competitors prices. With that said, I would pay more for their product any day! Organic/high quality ingredients: whether it is the organically farmed and roasted Peruvian espresso, or the flour they use in their cookies, I find that the owners go out of their way to provide me with the healthiest and finest ingredients in their products they can offer. This allows my health conscious to be at peace, while enjoying their fine treats. They do offer almond or soy for alternative milk options to their organic whole milk. Wide array of choices: another thing I love about Lighthouse is that they cater to many types of coffee drinkers. They offer great americanos, reverse siphons, and lattes that speak to us coffee snobs, but also have a great selection for those who enjoy sweeter options. Whether it be a mocha or their signature Caramilla, their recipes are perfectly balanced and leave the palate satisfied, yet wanting more. Their chai is PHENOMENAL. Customer service: WOW! Each member of their team is friendly and knowledgeable. They are able to guide customers to exactly what they want and put in so much care and effort while doing it. The baristas know their stuff and don't sacrifice quality for time. Rest assured, each drink is handed to me with the finest craftsmanship whether there are 10 people in line or just me. They make me feel like I am their only customer no matter how busy they get. Lighthouse Coffee is a true gem to the Sparks area and must be checked out by all. Terrible. Full of trump loving people who choose not to wear a mask and are rude to their workers. Owners don't do anything besides support "their locals". I've been going for years but after trump was elected the business went down. The owners basically support not wearing a mask, everyone wears trump going in, the environment is no longer fun to be around. Coffee is good but not worth the terrible environment surrounding the coffee. I'd rather go to starbucks and that's saying a lot. read more
