Clean, with nice staff but . . . 1. They can change the terms of your agreement with only a 10 days' notice - and they will. 2. The alarms go off constantly - we are talking about ear-splitting, migraine-inducing, louder-than-an-ambulance noise. And have you ever tried to sort through your junk to donate it or whatever, while having to listen to AWFUL and loud radio music constantly playing on the speakers?? 3. There is nowhere to toss trash. They've now locked their trash cans and threaten you with a $100 fine if you leave anything there. 4. Most people do not have their own carts to transport items upstairs or downstairs. They lock their carts up so you have to go to the office and hand over your id cards - if they are there -- to use one of the four carts - unless one or two is simply left unlocked. 5. There is no temperature control on the 2nd floor. It's wildly hot in the summertime. I've had plastic items melt. 6. They try to "milk" you with a Requirement to buy expensive rental insurance - at a time when you probably could afford it least. 7. I find that the area and the facility is very safe and clean, but not cheap. Relatively expensive, but probably not as bad as nearby Huntington Beach. You can do a lot better on all counts above at storages in Garden Grove, and maybe Orange. read more

Business hours say they open at 9:00am. I'm here right now and there's a storage associate inside the office who was unwilling to open the doors for me and said they open at 9:30, which is not true since the hours are stated on their door that they open at 9 everyday. read more

I want to tell you how excellent this place is, Clean is the word.The staff Barbara, Erika and Dan are so helpful if you need anything any questions any carts they are there to help you out. I have been there for 4years never had a problem they keep the place clean and the building is air-conditioned.So if you have nice things it's best to store inside a building versus outside storage. I love this place! I ended up renting a storage space for a fair price and the girl who helped me was very intuitive and knowledgeable about storage sheds. I had been going through a rough time at home, getting evicted, so I needed a space ASAP to store all of my toys (hobby collector), and this was literally right down the street from my spot. Anyway 5 effing stars because this place is an effing star. Will definitely recommend and rent space again. If you need some SPACE, this IS the PLACE! Great Storage facility!! Super nice - always! They even provide large flat bed carts to help haul (especially was great because my unit was on the second floor). I'm now paying double what I was paying when I first started renting there. On today's visit one of the gates aren't working. The place is clean and I've never had an issue with break-ins.
