Hector is a mess. First, he schedules me between 1:30 and 2:30. I messaged him at 3 letting him know no one had arrived. Then he tells me they didn't have my email so they could not schedule me. He could have called or texted me (given he had my phone number) or messaged me on Yelp that they could not put me on the schedule without my email. So, I gave him my email, and he messaged me that they will arrive between 4 and 4:30. I get a call at 4:45 from one of their technicians letting me know their day ends a 5 so they won't be able to do the job that day. Why would Hector even schedule at 4:30 when the technician's day ends at 5? I'll be hiring some other company that honors their appointments or at least communicates better that there's a change in schedule. I'd give a zero star if it were available. read more

I had a wonderful experience with Lighting and Electrical. When I contacted this company, Hector was able to promptly provide me with a quote for 2 chandelier installations based on the images of the chandeliers from the manufacturer website and scheduled the installation that same week. The electricians arrived on time and were very courteous. They started off by laying blankets on my floor to ensure the scaffold does not damage my flooring. The first chandelier was straightforward to install and they asked for my input on how I wished to have it cascaded down from the ceiling. The second chandelier was difficult as they essentially had to build the chandelier from scratch, and based on the reviews from the manufacturer's website, the instruction manual was bogus. However, the team was very patient and meticulous with details in getting the work done. It did end up taking them longer to complete than the first install. They cleaned up the workspace nicely afterwards. I am very pleased with the stunning results and continue to receive many compliments on my chandeliers. Their work is good, I think, unfortunately communication just isn't a priority of the company. We've hired them twice, and it always takes multiple modes (message through website, voicemail, text, and calling during office hours) to finally get a response. Even then, they didn't give me an arrival window until I followed up myself. If you work from home and can wait around all day, maybe their format can work for you, but unfortunately it's really hard for me to operate like that. read more

Alexis, Victor and Alex came out and did an amazing job. They took down track lighting, installed recessed lights, and a ceiling fan. They took their time prepping the area and put down plastic and moved some furniture carefully before they started working. While measuring, they explained how the lights are and helped me choose a good temperature ( I don't remember the terms used) but I knew I didn't want the yellow color. After, they took their time patching the holes, texturing and even filled in the holes from the old track. Then they cleaned very thoroughly and showed me how the lights and fan worked.
