I am sorry to leave a negative review but I needed someone to call me back and I called 7×2×1st and seven times oops well what I mean to say is I called twice and got no response so I kept calling the number that I had the only number and it said Rocky. He called me back finally and was rude very very rude claimed I was rude which I don't think I was just called several times because I'm terrified of water and electricity it does not mix. We know what is wrong and I like I said no it's Sunday but the way he talk to me was horrible and I did not harass him I just kept calling and and telling him that I knew it was Sunday but I just needed for someone to call me as soon as possible. They need a new number for emergency phone calls etc. I'm sorry that this review is negative but that's the way it is when you treat people like dirt. He said it was Sunday and no one was gonna come out today it was family day I understand but it's also a very dangerous day for my family. This happened on 5/30/24. I have called the company 6 times since then with no response at all. I called on 6-3-24, 6-5-24, 6-27-24, 11-1-24, 12-3-24 and finally on 1-2-25. In addition to this review, I plan to email the HOA association and Community Management Association advising against ever using this company again.
