I specifically said that I wanted the windows and window tracks cleaned because we just had construction done when I submitted my initial request with Dusty's online but this information wasn't relayed to the cleaners so I mentioned it again. The man cleaned the downstairs bathroom then had to go to the store for the woman. He was gone for about 45 minutes. After about two hours they started packing up. Since I was told it was a three hour minimum at $75/hour, I asked them to clean a few more areas. I felt like I had to micromanage and wondered what would have been left undone if I wasn't home to give direction. They did a good job but some things were done quickly. For example, the appliances on the kitchen counter weren't moved to be cleaned under or around. My daughter's room wasn't vacuumed, and some of the windows were left uncleaned. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I'll go with a personal referral in the future.

She literally did a top down clean of an entire 2 br unit, cleaned windows and sills, all drawers, appliances, wood floors, walls, closets everything interior to the apartment except ceilings. The last cleaning company I hired, came with a group of 3 cleaning persons, tackling a similar sized unit; the job was very good. The quality of Kelly's cleaning compared to theirs was far superior. Far. Kelly tells me she's had seven years of experience managing office and home cleaning operations for another company. She broke off on her own and is now running her own business. I'm totally into her entrepreneurial spirit, but more importantly her work product is the best cleaning job I've seen. I'm very happy. Kelly is amazing and I recommend her highly. I always love how sparkling clean the bathroom (tub and all) is and how the stovetop is spotless every time she has done a cleaning. Her rates are super competitive and I know that if I was ever dissatisfied with results, she would work to make things right. I've never had to ask her to redo anything though! :) I worked with other cleaning services in the past who would break things without owning up to it, "forget" to vacuum, or generally give results where it was hard to distinguish before vs after. Kelly does not do any of those things, delivers great results, and I'd recommend her to anyone!
