We had to ask them to vacuum to couch, as they were wiping it with a wet cloth, which is weird since the couch is made of cloth. They didn't put the cushions back correctly. The bathroom floors were still dirty after they "washed" them. We just a paper towel and wiped it ourselves right after. They didn't take out the trash, nor emptied the bins in the bathrooms. There were still some trash on the floor, which obviously prove they didn't even look. The toilets still had dust on the canister lid. Linen was only changed on the master bedroom, but in our kids room. They just made the bed. I called and complained to the office and sent the pictures, but no response after sending the pictures and they went ahead and charged my credit card the full price. Don't use them! They will charge your credit card no matter what service they deliver. You always get a different cleaning crew, so you never know what to expect. $260 for 4 bedroom house, using 3 cleaners for 1.5 hour....

So immediately I scheduled a service and she was able to fit my house in that same week. The deep clean service was for 3 hours with two cleaners for my four bedroom home. The ladies came through and cleaned my home while my husband was home and I was at work. They cleaned my kitchen, my 2 bathrooms, floors and living room. The kids rooms nor my master bedroom were serviced. To be fair, my husband did ask them not to service my children's room because he felt bad that it was too messy. The communication got a bit lost between the cleaners and my husband. After reaching out to Gracie to get clarification on what is included in a deep clean, we realized that some things were missed (baseboards, shelves in restrooms, window tracks, light fixtures, master bedroom, vents and kitchen sink). After that realization, Gracie was quick to send a cleaning lady back the following morning to ensure the master bedroom and missed spaces got cleaned. I appreciated her prompt response to remedy the situation. Ericka, the lady who cleaned my home went above and beyond the next day. She even cleaned my kids' floors. The four star review is based on lack of clarification on the invoice. I was originally quoted 250 plus a 25 dollar discount. When I received the invoice, it said 300 dollars for a deep clean minus a 50 dollar "company comp". When I inquired about this, I was left on read. I proceeded to pay the 250 with a tip. Again, I did like her original prompt response to remedy the situation when some areas were not cleaned and that is driving my decision to give them another try for a regular cleaning. In practice, this meant that surfaces such as my bathroom counter and office desk were skipped entirely. I understand not moving or organizing personal belongings, but there were crumbs and visible spots that we had to clean ourselves before guests arrived the following day. Additionally, things like trash bins and appliances were left out of place, as if the team left in a hurry. Ultimately, I did not feel I received the full value of the service. Second, while avoiding those "cluttered" surfaces, the team nevertheless moved several art prints and canvases that I had set aside for framing. They placed a heavy plastic office chair mat directly on top of them, leaving several pieces crumpled. Fortunately, I was able to flatten most of the wrinkles, but I was surprised by the lack of care shown toward personal items. To the company's credit, Ellen promptly offered a discount on a future cleaning with a different team, which I genuinely appreciated. Ellen also offered to have a team return and address the remaining areas, but we had already taken care of it ourselves. Given this experience, I don't think we'll be using the company again, sadly.
