I thought I'd try Kelly's Pro Cleaning because my usual company in San Diego that was very good, was not available. Kelly came through for me and for our contracted hours, she did a fantastic job. She literally did a top down clean of an entire 2 br unit, cleaned windows and sills, all drawers, appliances, wood floors, walls, closets everything interior to the apartment except ceilings. The last cleaning company I hired, came with a group of 3 cleaning persons, tackling a similar sized unit; the job was very good. The quality of Kelly's cleaning compared to theirs was far superior. Far. Kelly tells me she's had seven years of experience managing office and home cleaning operations for another company. She broke off on her own and is now running her own business. I'm totally into her entrepreneurial spirit, but more importantly her work product is the best cleaning job I've seen. I'm very happy. Kelly is amazing and I recommend her highly. I needed someone who could show up right away because it's been very difficult to find reliable, cleaning people who will actually show up when they're supposed to. She is a very hard worker. Kelly is really awesome, dependable, and easy to communicate with. We typically have her come clean our 2 BR house once every two months or so to help us keep up with all the cat hair we get from our two furries and just generally deep clean where we don't do a good job ourselves. I always love how sparkling clean the bathroom (tub and all) is and how the stovetop is spotless every time she has done a cleaning. Her rates are super competitive and I know that if I was ever dissatisfied with results, she would work to make things right. I've never had to ask her to redo anything though! :) I worked with other cleaning services in the past who would break things without owning up to it, "forget" to vacuum, or generally give results where it was hard to distinguish before vs after. I don't often write reviews but I felt compelled to in this instance. As I'm going through my normal activities through the house I'm continuously finding little details that she paid extra attention to that I didn't really expect. Having 2 kids under the age of 3 has made it difficult to keep up with the housekeeping myself and she did such an amazing job cleaning the house and making it all sparkly again. Impressed with the attention to detail. She responded well via the yelp messenger function and was easy to communicate with in person as well. We plan on having her come every month to keep our home clean and I immediately forwarded her information to my cousin who expressed interest in using her services. read more

I usuallly don't write bad reviews because I understand this can hurt a business, but this was the worst cleaning service we ever used. We hired her to meet at 3 pm and she showed up late at 3:30 pm. She said the job would take 3 hours and it took 4 hours. She had to call another cleaning lady and then increased the price. Kelly was very communicative and friendly! I had her clean up after my previous cleaners failed to deep clean my house for a move-out. She was incredibly thorough and even cleaned up areas that were supposed to have been cleaned by my previous cleaners. She had great knowledge of how to go about cleaning my plastic blinds. We hire Kelly to clean our 2 bedroom 2 bath while we were just moving to another place. I was looking for some help in keeping my place clean. Tried one service who did a great job but charged too way too much and was too hard to schedule. Then I tried Kelly. She worked really hard, did an amazing job, and even got the hard to reach places (like under my bed) clean. I know there are not many reviews yet, but don't let that fool you. Kelly plenty of experience and she a true pro! I hired Kelly to clean my son's condo in La Jolla. I live in Northern CA and had to choose a service from afar. This service was a gift to my 21 year old as he started his last semester of Jr. College. He lives with 2 roommates and I am certain there has been no dusting happening there in past 12 months.
