As a paying customer, I should not feel uncomfortable asking for something related to my order. Another concern is the way some employees interact with customers. On several occasions, I have noticed staff staring at customers and then laughing among themselves. I have no way of knowing what they are talking about, but it creates an uncomfortable environment and can easily make customers feel judged, unwelcome, or insignificant. I am leaving this review because I know how great this business can be. The morning team demonstrates the level of customer service that keeps people coming back. I hope management takes a closer look at the customer experience during the afternoon and evening shifts because the difference is significant and is affecting what has otherwise been a positive experience as a long-time customer.

I went with a 6 inch whipped cream with fresh strawberries cake, which cost $70. I placed the order 5 days before my pickup day, but they can generally accommodate requests within 2-3 days. They offer pre-made cakes and a variety of pastries and sweets on display as well. The prices were reasonable from what I saw. The cake was cute. It was maybe a tiny bit off from my inspo picture, but they were able to deliver what I wanted. Everyone in my family enjoyed the cake, but we did find it a bit sweet, especially the frosting. To be fair, we're used to less sweet Asian cakes and desserts.
