I stopped by Sunday around 1 to pick up some pastries on my way to a friend's house. It's located in a plaza with a small parking lot. First thing you notice when you step in is that they have a lot of cakes on display. There's no seating either, it's strictly a grab and go place. Both times I came, someone was picking up a cake ahead of me, so that's definitely what to get here. I asked the cashier, and she said that you can either call or came in person to place a cake order. You can also come by and pick up one of their ready made cakes. Will keep this place in mind for the future. I picked up a number of pastries and tried some of them at my friend's place. Here's what I tried: Slice of vanilla roll cake ($2) - very moist but not much cream Almond croissant ($3.50) - loved the almond filling Sponge cake ($2.75) - delicious! Almond cookie ($0.35 each) - tastes exactly like the almond cookies I ate growing up Cream puff ($2) - this was the only thing I didn't like. Franz Adrian helped me with transaction and picking the cake. He was so nice and helpful. He provided an outstanding customer service. He even offered to write on the cake which was a very nice gesture. Most of the bakeries are not doing it anymore. He had a smile on his face when he was helping me which made the experience more pleasant. This bakery was very clean and shelves were full. They had a variety of bread, pastries. The only complaint I have is the parking. Sometimes it's hard to find a parking spot in this shopping center. Other than the parking everything was perfect and five stars.

And that's the part I find disappointing: great products do not excuse poor customer service. You can make the best ensaymada in town, but if the person behind the counter makes customers feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, or looked down upon, the quality of the food becomes almost beside the point.
