I grew up eating at Lillian's (Tony's in the 70's) and now live in San Francisco but come back every time I'm in town because it's still the best and I've tried the rest.

We ordered a large whole pie pizza with 2 toppings. It is not only cost us $35 for the whole pie as well as a whole BURNT pizza crust!

Ordered two slices with drinks at Lillian Pizzeria. Pizza hit the spot for an afternoon snack. Thin slice pizza just the way I like it with a crunchy crust. Patrons coming in for their pizzas before the concert at Forest Hills Stadium. Very short walk from the venue. Local pizzeria in the Forest Hills area. Corner of 69th Avenue and Harrow Street. Will be back again to try their other dishes.

Went for the classic New York slices and liked them enough to make it my toddlers first NYC slice! So now we have history so have to come back again. Ray Romano eats here too based on the pic on the wall. He's Italian too, I think...so it must be legit, right? But enough about Ray, you wanna know about the pizza. The slices are good says my wife, a new Yorker of 30 years. That's good enough for me. But hold up, we also got the grandma slice on a whim. Whoa! I liked the regular slices. But I LOVED the grandma slice! It was one of the best I have ever had. The owner was kind and friendly in the most new Yorker kinda way. Sounded like Jon Stewart but Italian. I dig it. The guys working the kitchen messed up on our order. Once they realized their mistake, they fixed it by giving us the correct slices, letting us keep the wrong ones on the house. I'll be back.

Nice neighborhood spot. They make very good sicilian slices here. Ray Romano says this is his favorite pizza

I dream about the meatball and garlic pie here! I live in Sunnyside and make it a point to drive over to eat a fresh slice. It's perfectly garlicky and super cheesy. Even if it's not on the menu, they will make it and I hope they never stop.

Pizza was pretty bland. There was very little cheese and sauce on it too. The person that answered was kind though.

Good for a quick pizza pick up. We usually get the family special. Love their chicken parm (catering menu) for parties.

Our favorite pizza joint in NYC, hands down. No frills just good ol' NYC plain slice will take you to pizza Heaven.

The restaurant was…read morepacked when we arrived on a Friday night, but thankfully did not have to wait as we didn't need a booth. We ordered a large pie with pepperoni and a calzone with sausage. Both items came out together like we asked and was far too much food for two. My first bite of the pizza was hot, crunchy, and delicious. I love fresh oven pizzas with a crispy bottom crust. The chefs did an amazing job cooking it just right. I also loved the fresh mozzarella cheese and fresh basil. It really elevated the pizza to another level. The crust was great all around with a slight oven char. Lastly the calzone took me by surprise as it had no sauce and was filled with ricotta cheese as opposed to mozzarella. It came with a small cup of hot marinara sauce for dipping/pouring. It was definitely an interesting calzone but don't think it was worth the price. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and Nick's and would highly recommend it. I do wish the pricing was a bit more fair when it came to full vs half pie toppings as well as the calzone.

My friend has a newborn and we were trying to find restaurants in the area that would be stroller-friendly (which actually isn't an easy task, to my surprise) and finally landed on Nick's because we had gone there together when it reopened. And it always seems very family and kid-friendly. We definitely went to the right place. I'm not a parent and I've never pushed a stroller without some bumps here and there, and I was so worried about helping get the stroller through the 2 doors. One of his staff saw us from the inside and immediately came out to help as soon as we reached for the door. Nick's paternal instincts definitely came into full effect because he looked out for us and wanted to give us the best seats so that we can have the stroller beside us. The pizza is excellent and I absolutely would come here over again and again, but the warm service from Nick himself and his staff is what truly makes this place so special in the community for so long. I didn't get a chance to come here during those formative years before the fire but when the restaurant finally reopened last year, it was incredibly sad to hear Nick explain how the fire and rebuilding devastated him and the business for over 2 years.

I felt slightly intimidated from the look of the place on the outside because it would seem like a middle class to upper class Restaurant but inside, it does look very nice but the setting is very much casual for its basically an upscale Pizzeria. However I didn't have pizza in mind, I went for something bigger and that would be the Chicken Parmigiana along with Root Beer which tallied up to $32 so not too bad. I contemplated about getting Dessert but I ultimately forgone it, which was a good decision in the long run because the chicken parm order was surprisingly hefty. I've gotten used to smaller portions being served in restaurants nowadays and I was expecting I'm gonna be hungry later eventually, but I sure was proven wrong. That meal filled me up proper, a little too proper because I felt absolutely stuffed after eating it all. I'm not one to complain about a good problem. Sure I felt uncomfortable, bloated and sluggish after eating that meal but I will take that any day in the week over feeling unsatisfied and unfulfilled because if you're gonna spend $30+ on a meal, you SHOULD get your money's worth and that was a meal I could very well split with two and felt very fine with that. So props to PC for a gut busting meal, for the price I paid for lunch, I should feel like I'm going to spontaneously combust, better that than still feeling empty. That was an amazing meal that I'm STILL feeling the effects of as I write this review going on 8 PM on the same day I ate there at 12:30 PM. The vibe is also solid too, the workers are friendly and service was pretty swift. Took less than 6 minutes for my meal to find my table.
