I've been going to the St. Paul's square area more often lately and I really like this bar. The atmosphere is pretty casual with plenty of seating and extra tables outside on the patio too. (There are heaters when it gets cold.) After the Spurs game it was busier than usual but we still got a table and the service was just as attentive and quick. They have a full bar and can also recommend some fun drinks like their margaritas or unique infused cocktails. The DJ that plays here on the weekends is 10/10. read more

Damn this place is great! Great staff and great music! Same owners as other bars in town worth checking out. Great time have great conversation with the bar tenders who hook it up and know how to make a damn great drink. The concept of this place is dope and the vibe is p chill. We wanted to get a drink at the Cellar Mixology but it was unexpectedly close, so we headed to Lilly's next door and am glad we did. We went around 10 on a Friday night and was asked by the staff person checking people in at the door if we were there for ladies bingo, I said we just wanted a drink and he let us right in. Now I'm wondering if that was code for a private event lol. We found seats at the bar right away and we're served right away which we appreciated. There was music playing but not so loud we couldn't hear each other talk. I had a vodka tonic and my fiancé had a immigrant Song that was complex and delicious. The pricing is moderate for a downtown bar and it's in an area where there are several bars to choose from. Fun art painted on the walls too. I've heard great things about the St. Paul Square area but only set out to visit last night. I was curious about Lilly's Greenville so we thought to check it out for a drink before dinner at Toro.   Both indoor and outdoor spaces are roomy. I had called ahead of time because I wasn't sure if they had resumed after pausing for the pandemic. Found out that the happy hour times had changed to 9pm to midnight instead of 4pm to 8pm. But it is an all-day happy hour on Tuesdays.   I tried the Lilly's Martini and my husband tried the Prince-ipalities and we both enjoyed our drinks in the shade outdoors. Because they don't serve food, I can understand why the drinks were on the pricier side.    Hopefully, there's more traffic that comes by during the happy hour times. read more

Came out early on a Saturday evening and there was only another couple at the bar. Our party of 4 enjoyed some wine, Irish whiskey and Moscow mules. The bartender was friendly and the atmosphere in this place is great. They have a nice patio area to enjoy in the back, big bar area and some booths around the place. Great to see the Sunset Station area come back after years of decline (minus the faithful Alibi's across the street!). St. Paul Square has a handful of fun bars now between the new Francis Bogside, Anne's Wine Bar, Lilly's, Cellar... and out of all of them, Lilly's is my fav. It never disappoints. It's consistently great and is always the highlight of my night. Cozy vibe with fun lighting, chill DJ, comfy seating, and free - I repeat FREE- arcade games including pac man!!! I mean come on... it's a vibe. And the drinks and shots are actually delicious and the price is very reasonable! They have a spread of impressive drinks, more upscale than your typical bar on a late night out. I can not resist their spicy margarita. You must try!!! The bar is clean and never overly crowded. UPDATE: The manager called us and apologized and offered concessions. We appreciate that she followed up with us. An interesting first-time experience. Discovered by walking in the area. I was intrigued by the pinball machine and other games - a different looking bar concept. I walked in and after playing for less than one minute, the bartender told me to stop and that no noise was allowed because there was a 'watch party'. Upon walking further in, there was maybe 4 people watching a movie. I had inserted my card into the machine to play where I was charged $10 so when she asked us to stop we went to the bar to ask how to get refunded and she said it was free and didn't know what else to tell us. Bartender was rather rude and lacked proper customer service. I won't be returning. read more

There were only two other people at the bar when I came in. The bartender was outside the bar talking to two guys. I walked past her and sat at the bar. I was there a few minutes without being engaged. and she never once engaged me. It was obvious i wasn't going to be served. As I was walking out, she went to her only two customers and asked if they needed anything. Their drinks were visibly half full. If I had an establishment that only had two paying customers, I would greatly appreciate more patrons. I would not recommend this place. read more

This place is so lowkey, but their baristas (as advertised on their website) are VERY talented. Staff, service, and ambiance all get 5/5 stars from me, and I hope my review gives them more traffic that they deserve. They have a tremendously delicious happy hour menu, and their baristas (I remember Veronica specifically) made the best DIY fruity drink. I'm not very picky, but I love anything fruity without the overpowering taste of alcohol. Most of the time, it is a hit or miss, but I came here 2 different nights in the week, two different baristas, but ordered the same drink. Both baristas made it deliciously to the T just based on how I described it the first time Veronica had made it for me. I almost don't want to let people know about this place but I can't not rave about it. The place opens on Sundays for happy hour all day and they're so worth making the drive for because they are legit bomb drinks. For $5.50, you can get yourself a nice refreshing cocktail to enjoy for the afternoon. I have yet to come by again during dinner service to try their food but they have live music on Fridays which I love about. The atmosphere is pretty romantic to bring a date to during like a Friday or Saturday night but I came on a Sunday during the day with a group of friends and it was super casual but it looks like a fancy place though. This place has THE best infused vodka I've ever had. You must try a shot of the strawberry serrano vodka - fantastic. They use that to make a drink called the San Antonio Sunset, which is just as amazing. Great place! read more
