Big chunks of meat, plenty of food! This was taken after we ate!

I grabbed some take-out from here, the service was quick! It seems like they do more takeout than sit down business. But it is beautiful inside. I got the pork fried rice, chicken chow mein, broccoli beef and moo shu pork. The moo shu was the standout, with the delicious plum sauce! Yum! Everything was good, the portions were plentiful, and good ratios of protein to veggies.

Foil wrapped chicken is my favorite here. Not a lot of Chinese restaurants offer that. Fried calamari, bbq pork fried rice and chow mein was all spot on. Seafood pan fried noodle was ok. Instead of the clear broth sauce I'm use to, it was the dark soy sauce based. Solid place for Chinese stir fried food.

What a great place! Food is so good. GREAT portions and super tasty. Friendly service and clean interiors. Bathrooms were very clean! If you are hankering for some good Chinese food in the Petaluma area, Lily Kai is where's it at!

Great food and service! I only took one photo but we had the pot stickers, sampler, vegetable chow mein, pork fried rice, honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken, and sweet and sour pork. We had our family of four and had plenty of left overs for the following night!

You want Chinese food when you are in in Petaluma? This is the place to go! We shared the green onion pancakes (excellent!) and the crab wontons (not crispy enough). I would order the pancakes again. I had the wor wonton soup and the dumplings were obviously fresh made and not overcooked as often times they are! The BBQ pork in the soup was theeeee best I have ever had and when I go back I will order the BBQ on its own if that is an option! My partner had the seafood noodle soup and said it was the best he has ever had and he tries it whenever it is on a menu so that says a lot!!! I tasted my friends orange chicken and was disappointed. Once again, it was not crispy (like the crab wontons) and the sauce was very sweet. Our other friend had the Singapore noodles and loved them! I did not try but as you can see in the pic, they look divine! Can't wait to go back!

The food is great, but the dining experience in the restaurant needs improving. Take-out is preferred.

There is a reason there is a long line at the door. Hint: It's the food! The even accommodated our party for Christmas.

UPDATE mid-May 2026…read more They've reopened a few days a week due to popular demand! They were focused on their catering for a bit. No hot pot until the winter. Only open on weekends. Lunch is takeout only. Yay! Their bbq pork is their specialty along with other roasted meats.

I totally was that weird kid who ate strange food growing up. I would rather eat lobster or…read moreartichokes than chicken or green beans, and given the choice I'd gladly eat my body weight in dim sum over basically any other food. That hasn't changed at all for me as an adult! In Sonoma county there was really just one place with dim sum, and lots of people wanted more options. I tried other restaurants with their dim sum adjacent menus, but they were pretty mediocre and mostly focused on fried pot stickers or the occasional steamed siu mai. Once I heard fantasy was starting a true dim sum menu, I knew we had to try it. The day we arrived I was solidly in my third trimester of pregnancy and getting around was a chore, but that wasn't going to keep me from dim sum. We were the only guests the whole time on the day we went there, which was weird to me given how good the food ended up being! Service was great, super friendly and just lovely folks. The restaurant was clean and we'll organized, and the menu was a good mix of traditional favorites and some trendy BAO for the insta. We ordered a little of everything , which to me is why dim sum is so fun. Food came out super fast, and we tucked right in. Surprisingly to me, my favorite dish is one hubs picked on a whim, the spicy won tons. The flavors and textures were on point, and even with pregnancy heartburn, the spice on these things was well worth it. Super delicious. I felt the pandan and black sesame bao were overly trendy for my taste, but I'm sure those who are new to dim sum could see these options as easy introduction into the food. Really good experience here with very tasty food, nice people and quality dishes. I'm still getting over the idea of expensive dim sum because of growing up eating it in SF with low costs in a humble setting, but for this overall experience I felt the prices were fine. I will definitely be back, and eager to try the rest of the items on their menu.

Finally got to Petaluma to visit this place! It's like Korean chicken fast food but it's very good!…read moreIt has a decent amount of seatin, and the workers are nice and friendly! Sweet Potato Waffle Fries (5/5 stars) - You know what's wrong with sweet potato fries? They get soggy. These solve the soggy problem! They have that delicious sweet potato flavor and are very crunchy! Veggie Postickers (5/5) - They do not skimp on seasoning! The inside is super flavorful, and there's edamame! My partner really enjoyed the chicken saying they were juicy and flavorful. However I do agree that even the spicy has a bit of sweet to it. I got the garlic flavor chicken and got a bit of the spicy sauce on the side, but it had a sweet taste to it. I'm more a spicy person v spicy/ sweet flavor. The chicken Sandwhich also was a bit sweet. However the fries are really good. I just wish the spicy sauce was actually spicy with no sweet. I will say I am looking to come back to try their bulgogi fries. They looked pretty good. Service was quick, staff were friendly. There is an option to basically order on a screen but i choose to order with the worker. He was nice and let us browse before ordering. The place is clean, and has a few tables.
