We visit here frequently! The hot and sour soup is excellent! We are always greeted with a smile. It is a family run business in our small town and really the only place we can get Asian food for miles and miles. My wife and daughter were very excited once the sushi chef returned and they could get their rolls and sashimi!! read more

I went on Google to see what they had to offer. On there was their menu with "prices". There was no website. When we got there to do pick up, it was not the same prices!! We paid $74 when the "menu prices" we were gonna pay about $40. Each item was actually about $17 each!! This is a complete rip off. I would have been fine paying this is I knew from the start how much it was going to be and not be tricked. I felt like this service is very misleading and not okay. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and service found at a brand new Asian restaurant in the tiny town of Gypsum, Colorado. According to my aunt, this building has occupied several failed restaurants; however, I hope this one succeeds! Asian Fusion is a Chinese owned and operated restaurant that serves traditional Chinese, Thai, and sushi. We started with hot tea and a spicy tuna roll. I was very impressed. The sushi would have held up in comparison to some of the best places in Denver. I ordered the combination panang curry for my entree. It was between medium and hot, as indicated by the chili pepper icon on the menu. The flavor was excellent. The ingredients tasted very fresh. It really hit the spot. The prices were reasonable. The curry entree was $15. Glasses of house wine were only $5. I will definitely go back the next time I'm in the area. read more

Over all the heat level is really mild even when we asked for the pad thai extra spicy; even the hot and sour soup had no spice. A few drops of sriracha made these dishes super tasty. So the flavors were up to the standard of a typical Asian restaurant and the cook on how shrimp was excellent. The prices were reasonable as well. I love Asian Fusion! It's the best Chinese food for the Gypsum/Eagle area. The girl that works the front normally (Amy?) is very sweet and cheerful. Good fried rice, yummy shrimp lo mein, pretty good sushi, great general tso/orange chicken options. The chicken is battered and fried perfectly with good sauce. They have great pot stickers and good crab rangoon also. A solid Chinese joint! Better than Gourmet China in Eagle in my opinion, and the restaurant is very clean. read more
