Excellent food! We are ecstatic that they have a Sushi Chef again! Sean is the man when it comes to the artistry it takes to pull off the best sushi within 100 miles. We have been going to Asian Fusion forever, the family that runs it is lovely and we enjoy going there. Definitely recommend!

We are traveling and I just happened to see this in Yelp so we decided to give it a try! It's DELICIOUS! Full of flavor and you get a decent amount for your money! Service was fast and friendly! Don't be fooled by the appearance, it's a cute little place! Will definitely be back if we are ever in the area again We both had egg drop soup I had Cashew Chicken with fried rice Hubby had Broccoli chicken with fried rice and we shared an edamame

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and service found at a brand new Asian restaurant in the tiny town of Gypsum, Colorado. According to my aunt, this building has occupied several failed restaurants; however, I hope this one succeeds! Asian Fusion is a Chinese owned and operated restaurant that serves traditional Chinese, Thai, and sushi. We started with hot tea and a spicy tuna roll. I was very impressed. The sushi would have held up in comparison to some of the best places in Denver. I ordered the combination panang curry for my entree. It was between medium and hot, as indicated by the chili pepper icon on the menu. The flavor was excellent. The ingredients tasted very fresh. It really hit the spot. The prices were reasonable. The curry entree was $15. Glasses of house wine were only $5. I will definitely go back the next time I'm in the area.

Service is great, but food is 馬 馬 虎 虎 (so so) at best. Stick with simple beef broth noodle soup; avoid "Pad Thai" etc.

It looks creative in a way that they combine two different cuisines and cultures (Vietnamese and Japanese to say it exact) and yet what they came up with is nothing but a tourist trap place that lacks authenticity. It's on the second floor of a building. The restaurant is clean and spacious with ample tables and chairs. Since we were there well outside of the busy lunch hour, we got the employees' undue attention. And they were quite welcoming and friendly. The food? Meh. Everything we got lacked the true authenticity. -Lunch Nigiri: The four nigiris simply didn't look fresh. Fortunately however, they didn't taste bad. And yet the overall quality was mediocre at best. This combo plate came with a salad and a soup (called Japanese soup). The salad was the worst out of all where it looked and tasted old and stale. And the soup? It wasn't a miso soup. It's a clear broth soup. But my question was, "What's Japanese about it anyway?" -Agedashi tofu: They really need to work on the "presentation" more. This skimpy looking dish simply didn't look good. It surprisingly didn't taste bad but it failed to impress us. Another mediocre dish. -Thai tea with boba: My daughter didn't care for it at all. I took a sip of it. It tasted a bit too bitter where the tea appeared to have been over-brewed. Yikes! The three stars might be a bit too much of an inflated assessment. And yet I appreciated the friendliness of the employees so 1 additional star is the manifestation of my sincere gratitude to them.

The ramen itself was average. The broth lacked the deep, rich flavor you'd expect from a long-simmered stock, which may be due to their short service window. The egg also wasn't prepared in the traditional ramen style, which was a little disappointing as it was an additional cost. One highlight was the iPad ordering system, it was super easy to navigate and honestly one of the best parts of the experience. Being able to order and request the bill without waiting made everything feel simple and efficient. The mochi dessert showed a variety of flavors in the photo, but when it arrived they were all vanilla. I wish we'd been given a heads-up about that. That said, the staff were really welcoming and knowledgeable. They made sure we had an endless supply of wasabi and ginger, which was thoughtful, and we definitely felt well taken care of. Ryan was a standout bartender and made sitting at the bar more enjoyable.

Ming's looked promising as they had Chinese, Thai and Japanese food. So many options. We were probably the first customer of the day but glad to see more people pouring in as the day went on. Not sure what they specialize in, we got a chicken satay for app, a spicy tuna crunch roll and a sizzling beef with scallops entrée to share. The sushi tasted good but the presentation was a little lack luster - usually you can tell their sushi skills by the way their sushi roll is cut... not going to be super critical as we're in Glenwood Springs, I'm sure the talent is harder to get here. The satay chicken also had great flavor but was a little bit overcooked. The sizzling beef plate was as delicious as it was appealing... I think maybe their strong suit is their Chinese food. There wasn't as much protein as I'd like for a plate (scallops and beef) but the veggie were plentiful. The portion size was great for the satay and the entrée and the sushi seemed slightly skinnier than what I'm used to in town. All in all the service was great, food tasty and restaurant was very clean. Food came out pretty fast too after ordering so I'd highly recommend if you're craving Chinese food to give Ming's a try.
