I went here for hair cut and highlights. Ended up with much disappointment. Hair cut seems ok. However, the highlights are utterly ridiculous. She couldn't complete the highlights fast enough which ended up in a lighter shade than I wanted. I had requested for thin highlights, but some were small and some were medium size. She ended up toning it but since she was busy with other clients, she left it for too long. It turned into this weird color and so messed up. She took 2.5 hours and charged me extra for her 'toning' which is not even in their price list. This was a very uncomfortable, difficult and disappointing experience. I don't recommend this place except for simple haircuts. read more

I went in on Christmas Eve originally just for a haircut for my son. Sara did a fantastic job on my nearly 2 year old. She listened to detail and the result was fantastic, not only that they had one of those fantastic car barber seats for young children which makes the experience easier for them. I walked around the shop and noticed they did Brazilian blowouts, I inquired about pricing and with my shoulder length hair I was quoted at 150.00 and might I say it was so worth the investment. I have curly frizzy hair (yay for me) and the stray always and upkeep is a bit challenging. After immediate service and the 2 hour process my hair looks smooth, healthy, and frizz free. Also, during the Christmas rush both Lily and Sara still catered to other customers and provided quality service and work at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place. read more

Got my haircut completely botched! I do not recommend men come in for haircuts here. I asked her for a simple fade and trim the top. She left obvious lines in my fade and patches of hair that were neglected. She mentioned that certain types of hairs are more difficult to do than other types. It is your job to know how to handle all types of hair! I had to go to the barber shop in the same mall and have my cut saved! Paid twice! Honestly, save the headache and go to 3 Kings barber shop. I have before and after pics..... It is just amazing on how messed up my hair was. Burn rubber at the barber shop saved my haircut, ask for him. read more

If you are with your family, they can just walk around the mall while your hair is being taken care of by Lily. She is an expert with hair so always look for her. I am so glad I tried this place. I usually have a regular place for my hair but now that I have tried this place, I will be coming back again. She did such an amazing job. I only showed her the model picture and she did exactly what I wanted my hair to look like. She is very pleasant friendly and caring to her clients. She even stayed late just to make sure I am happy with my hair. Pricing depends on what type of hair services you need. The lady who did my eyebrows did a great job and took her time cleaning and shaping my brows. This second half of the review is on behalf of my sister. We both walked in, she asked how much a haircut was going to be, the lady gave a price, and sat down to get her haircut. When she went to pay, the total came out to be $10 more than what my sister expected to pay. When she asked why the price had jumped, the lady informed my sister that it was because she used a blow drier on her hair. First off, if something is going to cost extra, you should warn the customer. The haircut wasn't great either. The layers were way too short. read more

Eventhough there are several salons near my place, I still choose Lily's to have my hair colored, eyebrows done or just have my haircut. Why? Because their service is great. Both Lily and Sarah make sure that their customers not only get what they want but evenmore, exceed their expectations. My friend and I once had our hair color together, the process began 6:30 pm and finished at 12 am. Rude and unprofessional. Can't even do a simple men's haircut. Seriously, I wanted a 3 on sides, 5 on top and a rounded neck. She was on the phone most of the time speaking in Darī (Afghanistan).... asked me 1/2 through and what sizes my hair was supposed to be. Didn't think it was that difficult to show a little bit of professionalism, respect or common courtesy. If it wasn't for the fact that I absolutely needed a haircut today for an interview tomorrow, I would have just waited to go to Supercuts or pretty much anywhere else. If it was between this place and a random person on the street with scissors, I would choose the random person on the street to cut my hair. My friend the angel was there to make sure that she wasn't cutting more off. Charity only needs at least 9 and the lady was going to take off 14. She got away with 11-12 because I stopped her from turning me into a boy. After taking my hair, she cut even more off to apparently style my hair. The only good thing she gave me was a little plastic bag for the braid and charged me $20 to do a more than a crappy job. I'll still have to go back and fix my hair so I look like a woman since the layers don't even look right, but hey... that's what I got when I was looking for a deal right? Giving a star didn't feel so good. Went to get a hair cut, the lady (Homa) was so in a rush to get me in and out just because someone dropped in that she knows. The lady who did my hair completely chopped of 6inches though I specifically asked she only take off 2 inches. I was so upset I would let her style it. She had dyed it and highlighted it and missed big chunks as well as make it perfectly clear she was in a rush and wanted to go home. She should have said that from the beginning. Very bad experience.Got appointment one day before for highlights and hair cut and lady told me that they have nice color available. On the day of appointment another old lady showed me colors and then started to dye my hairs and not highlight . When I asked her that I want highlights then she started arguing and asked me to talk to another lady who made my appointment on phone. She was very rude initially but then asked me to wait until they get color. I waited for another 15 minutes and then said we don't have that color. I asked her to complete my haircut . Be careful with who you get. My first time was with Zee and she was good, however my second time - BAD. My bangs got screwed up and my layers weren't even. My sister got a straight cut and you can see the un-eveness. I was too afraid to ask her to fix both our cuts cause she might screw it up even more.
