Took a chance on Lily's and I wasn't disappointed! The price was great for what they had to offer. I loved the variety of designs they were able to offer and color choice they had. There isn't a parking lot, but street parking is available. Also bring cash or you will have to pay an additional fee. As it was my first time I felt a little lost with the process. I didn't know who or where to check in and things were slightly chaotic. Other than that, I was super happy with the service. I was not going to write a review for this place because I was trying to be nice, I got my nails done a few weeks ago and they are already lifting and basically are almost coming off. I was beyond disappointed with my experience at this place. I came to my appointment with it under a sculpture which is where they free build it insread of a tip, he was trying to convince me that that option is bad and I should do a tip he quite literally would not take no for a reason. I wanted what I wanted and he was very irritated with that fact which was annoying because you are getting paid. The whole time he was complaining during the service and complaining about every step and how hard it was. He was ripping my fingers and squeezing my fingers as hard as he could. When my fingers weren't where he wanted them to be he would look at me with this annoyed expression like I was ruining his day and he was huffing and puffing like doing my nails was the bane of his existence. He also made them look terrible he kept making them shorter and shortwr even tho I said I didn't want that. He made the base color of my nails so light that you can clearly see my nails growing in underneath and it looks terrible. The man who did my nails was the owner of the place and he was extremely rude and disrespectfu. I am never going to this salon again because of how uncomfortable I was while getting my nails done. Not to mention I payed 86 dollars for a service that looked terrible. Never go to this salon and especially never get your nails done by the male owner. He is a asshole. read more

I had the pleasure of visiting Lily's Nail Spa. My co-worker recommended them. Their greeting was exceptional and my manicure was great. I had decided to get my lashes done also. After being escorted to the room, I had to ask the young lady to change the paper on the table, after she asked me to lay down. It is a must that the table be wiped down and new paper is laid across the table after each and every client. (sanitation & sterilization). I had to returned the next day to get my lashes fixed being that they fell off on each eye. As for myself I don't think that I will be getting my lashes done there. on a scale of 1 to 10 for the lashes I will have to give them a 4. I got gel + tips the other day and wasn't happy with the result, the lady was very nice and the length was great but the shape and texture were not what I wanted at all. The owner Alex was extremely kind and offered to redo them for no charge and did an absolutely excellent job, I have no complaints at all! Everyone has their off days and he understood that as well and just wanted to make me happy with the nails and he definitely did!! I went here for my 2018 ball nails and I loved it. Even though the salon was busy, Helen took her took. I recommend Helen or Denny. They have a Instagram account where they post their photos, I forgot the name but you can look it up in the places section. I showed Helen a picture and I feel like it was close enough, I loved the shape, the color, and the flower. Will definitely be coming back for Ball 2019. This nail salon has a few women in there that can do nails, but if you are new to their salon they will stick you with someone who is not very good. Got lucky, I thought and the owner did my nails. A week later they were chipped, and had dip powder as I was told to say instead of powder which I do not know what the difference is, powder is powder. Anyway, went to find the color I originally have on nails and could not find it to save a life ! So he picked out and swore to me this is the color, and I knew it was not but it was close. As he dipping and I tell him not the color, but he assured me it was it and that I will be fine and continued. I was so upset that I walked out of there with two shades of color on my nails ! You pay enough money to get nails, feet done and wanted my same color ! But at least I did not pay for it but not the point. I won't "come back next week". Okay ! Absolutely horrible. Traveling from out of town and really needed everything- pedicure, mani and eyebrows. Received a pedicure that was stated 47 minutes on the menu, in about 30 minutes- short changed on the best part, massage! Was rushed along to then go sit at table station to do nails. They do not do both at the same time. I am used to that in every salon I have been to across many states. I was there about an hour and a half before closing and granted it was busy when I got there and everyone seemed tied up but halfway through my pedicure there were about 4 giddy ladies just frolicking about the salon on their cell phones and chatting amongst themselves. Can someone help with other things? Granted I don't know if they were due a break, so not really my place to judge, but really all at once doing prime time with customers waiting? And even if so, leave the floor and don't make such an obvious display to the customers waiting. Btw, there were also 3 sitting in the front waiting for a tech. The owner literally walked up to my technician and pointed to something on my foot and laughed. She then went over to a nail station and did the same. And walked away. Do they think we haven't seen Seinfeld? Soooooo rude. Don't talk smack in front of your customers in a different language and also make it obvious you are doing so. I like Seinfeld, I couldn't translate what she said and couldn't talk back. 101 business owner...greet and talk to your customers and especially don't talk crap about them... LOSER business owner! So now to my gel manicure...this is the peak of the horrible. Such a bad paint job- so thick! I had to ask Kim to not add a third coat. She was so checked out that she said it was only the second; nope lady, I paid attention. Not shaped correctly and granted they are super short, but she didn't even try. All sorts of cotton hairs painted into my nail beds as well as edges. I give it 4 days before this gel peels. Why do nail techs think by calling someone "honey" and saying that the nail color is so pretty makes up for crap work and service? And don't get me stated in the nail color... :-) I am not trying to bitch and I seldom leave reviews, but that is how passionate I feel... Lastly, this owner seems to have no idea about yelp. I don't blame her for not knowing social media nor participating, but as a biz owner, at least know enough to claim your page. This is yelp! I made an appt but was waiting for 20 minutes. Not sure my tech's name but she did a decent job. She paid care to detail when shaping and fixing my cuticles. She did mess up my pinky, attempted to fix it, and just left it when it didn't fix the first time. I had a good experience here, but it was not amazing. I will say the staff WERE very friendly and easy to communicate with. I got dip powder over tips by Mary as well as a pedicure with regular polish. She seemed to be attentive to detail, but later I found small errors like extra chunks of glue under the nail. She also didn't soak, push back, or remove my cuticles even though I mentioned it to her and she said she would. I did them when I got home and as a result, I only got 9 days out of them before the gap was looking trashy and I needed to have them redone. She did get the shape right though and her hand massage was very nice. She seemed a bit unenthused about the pedicure and didn't clean thoroughly under the nail or file much. I also wasn't thrilled by the hygiene of the salon. I watched one tech just rinse off her metal tools with no real cleansing or soap and put them back in the clean tray. It cost $65 total which wasn't bad. I decided to try Spring Nails this round. Will leave next review there. read more

Worst experience ever. I wanted a gel polish and the woman who goes by the name of Kim seemed mad that I only wanted a gel polish. She didn't remove all of my old nail polish, didn't correctly file my nails (I had to!), the nail polish was every where but on my nail, you can see where she missed the gel coating on at least 6 nails, and paid more attention to who was coming and leaving. Absolutely TERRIBLE service and she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I will NEVER return. read more

I've been looking for a salon where the tech can create my favorite shape, the coffin nail, and Danny got fairly close. I was a first time customer, I asked questions and showed a picture before sitting down so we were on the same page. He took direction well and was aiming to please; no rude comments in their own language (thumbs up). Made suggestions and left it alone when I said "no, thank you".
