    Vegan street tacos!!!
    Katie G.

We were so pleasantly surprised by our experience at Lime! It wasn't too crowded at 12:30 for lunch and we were easily seated for a table. They have vegan options!!!! I had the street tacos- 2 vegan impossible and 1 portobello (no cheese). They were so tasty and the perfect portion. The only downside was very slow service, but honestly what you expect on the mountain and they were kind. Highly recommend checking out when at Winter Park!

Fantastic margaritas thanks Taylor and Shmuel great service by Jenn!!!!!!!!!!! Great stop at Winter Park

The nachos are FIRE! We devoured them after a full day of skiing. The margs are delicious too.

The food is consistently GREAT. We come to Winter Park every year for our Spring Break with the family and it's always our go-to spot. The service is amazing - everyone is always kind, helpful, and on top of it. Love the music and ambiance too! Try the modern marg or the jalapeño marg. Can't go wrong with either.

Lime is one of the several food options located at the Village in the Winter Park Resort. I ordered the Lime Tacos. They are 3 tacos with your choice of meat and topped with guacamole, sour cream, cheese, and pico de gallo and a side of rice and beans. It is a very filling dish. I was between the chicken tinga and beef barbacoa tacos. I ultimately decided to go with the chicken tinga. It appears the cook read my mind because I received two chicken tingas and one beef barbacoa. They were both good. The rice and beans were average. My wife's beef fajitas were also good. The best thing, though, were the scorpions. They are shrimp with jalapeños and cream cheese in a fried wonton. Excellent. Very spicy too. Whatever you decided to eat make sure you try the scorpions, unless your heat tolerance is low. To top things off, service was great. The guy who greeted us was very friendly and our waitress was the best. I feel bad for not remembering their names.

Winter park- Didn't acyually order food. We stopped for a drink and a quick snack. The server was nice enough. We ordered 2 margaritas. One on the rocks 21 oz was $20 and one frozen mini mighty margarita$9. Nachos were $14. Not worth the price at all. There was plenty of cheese but not enough chips. They do offer military discount of 10%. Taxes in Winter Park are 12.86% All in all,it was relaxing atmosphere. Prices were a little high for what you get. But that was all around the resort.

This place feels like a home. The atmosphere presented is warm and cozy, which was only enhanced by the personal attention given to us by our server, asking us questions about ourselves and our trip. Overall the food was pretty delightful. I got the nachos which we fantastic, and all around almost every flavor of the street tacos ordered by my party was LOVED. Only complaint was the Margarita Chicken Platter was a little too thin and dry, but other than that I absolutely adored this place.

Oh man I loved this spot! Located in the cute hallmark-ish winter park resort. We were able to get a table for 10 relatively easy! Our server was also the bartender and he did a fantastic job. We did a couple of pitchers of the spicy margs and chips and queso. Both were delicious. We all tried different dishes. I went for the three tacos knowing I'd be taking some bites from my kids sides. Otherwise I'd opt for a dish that came with more food. The tacos were smaller than I expected even knowing they're street size - I wish it came with beans and rice. All in all, great for a family dinner, or just a few after a day skiing or sledding.

Good food and even better service. I loved our waitress. She was very friendly and attentive. She definitely earned her tip. The fajitas were well seasoned and appropriate portion wise for me. My husband's tacos were also tasty. My favorite item were the scorpions. Loved them. You can get them as an appetizer or an add on to any dish. That is what we did. I would say the weakest thing were the margaritas. Too sweet for me. Still, it was happy hour so I kept ordering them lol. They have daily happy hour from 2-5pm.

2 of out of the 3 mini carne asada tacos. The tortilla is small but they give a lot of steak and they're so delicious.

Amazing!! Didn't think much of it when I first entered, just wanted a quick bite to eat. But the food was so authentic and delicious; I was blown away by the taste and quality!! The steak tacos are some of the best I've ever had.

We were able to sample the wine before getting a bottle which I appreciate. The wine we had was delicious. Now food was a little bit of a miss. We got a charcuterie board which was good. The cheese and salami selection was good and it came with crackers, marcona amonds, fig spread and olives. I mean honestly nothing fancy or unique about it. But it pairs well with wine. We also got the focaccia bread which I felt was kind of greasy. I didn't even dip it in the oil cause it had enough oil in its own. We also got the margherita flatbread, but that didn't feel like a flatbread at all. The bread was thick and made it feel more like a pizza. The taste was good so I won't knock it completely, but I wouldn't be calling that a flatbread. Service was great, just a shame the food doesn't live up to expectations. I'd probably stick to the wine and charcuterie which were the best things I had.

Price: Expect standard Vail pricing for high-end cocktails, with most drinks ranging between $16-$20. Customer Service: The service was fantastic. The staff was incredibly kind and efficient; even though we stayed for quite a while to catch up, we felt welcomed and well-attended to the entire night. Atmosphere This spot has a cool, welcoming vibe that feels very safe. It's the kind of environment where you can really settle in and enjoy the company you're with. The Drinks I ordered the Sangre del Sol. The flavor was amazing, though be warned it is very strong! It's an excellent choice if you enjoy a cocktail with a serious kick, but I ended up letting my friend finish mine after a few sips. Overall Experience I highly recommend Root & Flower for a beautiful setting and top-tier service. Pro Tip: A huge bonus for this location is the parking! You can park for free after 3 PM at the S. Frontage Rd. East garage right nearby. I'll definitely be back!
