As other reviews have stated this company is unresponsive and fraud. I hired them to repair dishwasher which had a failed heating element. They put in a new one (or atleast I thought so). Within days the element failed again. I claim to back their work with a 3 month warranty. I have texted them, called them at the advertised number many times. To no avail. They do not respond. They are only interested in signing new customers. They clearly do not honor the wordings of their contract. Fraud! read more

Their warranty is 90 days so because it was past that I had to call someone else. That person showed me that the ignitor was old and it was not locked into place. Unfortunately the technicians they sent did not do the installation properly as there were a few key parts that were not installed (one part was even thrown away by mistake). Also, the oven outer glassdoor had shattered as they were working on the range which took several weeks to replace. It seems they use third party contractors for their work so communication between me and their techs was a bit finnicky. There were other issues I had with the experience which I could list, but at the end of the day I went with a different company to complete the installation. Would NOT recommend. read more

Limebricks helped us install an over the range microwave. They did a below average job but they got the job done and they were the cheapest price quoted out of four vendors. They were very prompt and responsive. However, the quality and experience is not ideal. The managers answering the phones were not very knowledgeable and communication with their technicians was poor -- didn't even know that LG and Samsung microwaves have different configurations for top screws. First technician came and told us they wanted to remove my cabinets, which is incorrect. He left and next day they brought a team of two with a person who was actually experienced. The team of two repairing were very nice but they did a rush job, didn't clean up, and got my microwave configuration wrong -- put microwave in recirculate configuration when clearly I have a top vent. And when I told him it was wrong, he denied it, telling me that's how it is. Not true. I brought out the instructions manual and showed them the configuration was incorrect and they were ok to change it. They then told me they had to rush to another job and left with a mess. But they got the job done and I left them a tip. In conclusion if you hire them, be careful and check their work closely. read more
