He asked about my goals and truly sought to understand exactly what I wanted before giving his suggestions. I asked tons of questions which he answered thoroughly and patiently. The best part about the experience was he could instantly tell I was shaken up from a previous incident and was so compassionate while still being direct. He talked to me about how to keep myself safe in case of another break-in given the layout of the new house and improve overall house safety in other ways. He even noticed the doors weren't installed correctly and missing tiny parts that make a door super easy to kick in. You don't always get more bang for your buck and it's definitely much more expensive than a DIY Google Nest self install, but I will sleep better at night knowing I got the true expert advice I needed to keep myself and my home safe. Due to the permitting system in the area and the issues with the owner of the house I lease there may be issues with getting one feature but I am going very out of my way to find a way to get what he thinks I need. I was stupid enough to be lured into thinking it is the same as Cosumers Report and filled in all the the information.including my cell phone nt tumbers. That's when tourouble starts. ADT Services call me as early ougas 8 in the morning bhut they did not stop there I receive at least an average of 5 calls a day. I finally decided to answer one of the calls and told the ADT personnel I am not interested in using their service but that did not stop them from calling. ADT Security Service has a ONE STAR rating and it's definitely NOT the company you want to do business with. They require you to sign up a contract once they install the security system and it's hard to get out even if you are not happy with their service.

The alarm goes off for no reason, being fair they call immediately and email and we have no problem with that, however we've been trying to get their help to fix the issue for at least 3 months and no action has been made and they have been giving us the runaround. I hope this message gets to them. We are generally happy with contacting us but something wrong with our system and they dont fix it and we constantly get false alarms and it is really annoying. I hope they can fix it. Otherwise we have to find a new provider.
