So, the 2 year service required a 20,000 mile service inspite of having my car having only 5,510 total miles on it. (Garage kept). I ask, is this a dealership mandate, or Porsche Corporate mandate from Porsche America? Other service shops look to be half that. They did spot a fresh nail in the center of my in my rear tire, they refused to repair, (policy). the leak was 1 psi loss, I took it to my favorite America's Tire on Rosedale Rd. they did it no charge. It was an inconvience to go to additional shop and wait couple hours. Coffee lounge was good, WiFi, etc. The labor was listed as $1708 dollars in a short morning,(under 4 hrs.). I did not ask the shop rate. (Tech # 1278). In summary, I think the labor rate is high, and the policy to not patch a nail hole in center tread of the tire a poor policy. As well a 20,000 mile service on a 5,510 mile OD poor application of prudence.

If they list CPO but you negotiate well they won't certify your car, you'll sign for it and they will deliver the car uncertified Go somewhere else you'll have less stress than talking to the sales team here They will play every game in the book to try and milk your deal Long story short I bought a car sight unseen and it came with damages on the hood, the wing, interior etc

Half way from SF to LA near Buttonwillow, our car started making a strange scratching noise. Turned out that bottom cover had fallen out and was dragging on the road. We found this shop in the next exit, about a mile or two in. Jose has the kindest smile that immediately put us at ease. He assured us that our car problem was quite common, and promptly removed the dragging part for us (putting himself under a very hot car!) so that we could be on our way. We're incredibly grateful for his quick work and helpfulness. We were able to make it to LA with ample time for the sunset, and I thank our lucky stars that Jose was there to save the day for us!
