There is also a bar area with TVs, which felt a little different from the typical Italian vibe, but it did not take away from the experience. Service was friendly, but it was a busy Saturday night and you could definitely feel it. Everything moved a bit slower, and we had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for the check at the end because our server was not around. We started with the meatballs in red sauce and really enjoyed them. Simple, flavorful, and a great appetizer to share. One thing I was not expecting was being charged for the bread. It was fresh and good, but it is not something I usually associate with Italian restaurants. For the main course, we had the cacio e pepe. The flavor was there, but the sauce was a bit too liquid for my preference. It is a difficult dish to get right, and while it was good, I think it could have been a little better. The tiramisu was absolutely the highlight. The balance between the cream and the ladyfingers was spot on, and it ended up being my favorite thing we ordered. Overall, good location, nice atmosphere, and solid food. The tiramisu is the one thing I would absolutely come back for.

I have Italian parents and born and raised in NYC so I have a lot of experience with good quality Italian restaurants. I can't say enough about this restaurant or about the the owner Cosimo. Incredibly prepared Italian food by his Chef Mateo. Newly renovated so it has become the nicest Italian restaurant in Naples in my opinion. Not only is what is on the menu authentic and appetizing, but if there is a dish not on the menu, Cosimo and Mateo will surely try to accommodate. Cosimo is very attentive and is always going around each table making sure the customers have what they need. Ricardo is one of the nicest men you will ever get to meet. Fernanda and Daniella are always attentive and have amazing personalities. If you sit at the bar, Patty will make you great drinks and will keep you laughing and smiling. My husband and I had gone on a Saturday not realizing you should have a reservation. Luckily we were given the last open table. We waited about 7 minutes before someone came over. We were getting a little annoyed. But when the waitress came over, she couldn't apologize enough. She said everyone had all come at the same time. It was all up hill after that. We placed our order. She immediately came out with our drinks and rolls with a delicious spread. Quickly, followed our appetizer and then in a timely fashion came our entrees. The food was amazing! Good portions and all the food was very flavorful. To top it off, they had live entertainment. The owners were going around to all the tables to make sure everyone was satisfied. We had the pleasure of dining at Limoncello a few weeks ago with an organization, which was our first visit to this restaurant and we were so pleasantly surprised that we returned last night and brought 2 friends. The food was excellent, especially the eggplant parm, which is a favorite of mine. The portions are very generous. the ambiance is very pleasing and staff is wonderful. We had Larry as our waiter both times and impressed with his professionalism, friendliness and accommodation. Dominic, the manager, is welcoming and treated these elderly customers with old world charm, friendly teasing and respect. We all left happy with the whole experience. Enjoyed a great meal for the second time at this great establishment. The ambience and decor is as welcoming at the gracious and professional staff. The great service was only overshadowed by the fabulous cuisine. Eggplant is an art - especially when the eggplant parmigiana is not breaded and fried. This is a cozy atmosphere where the teamwork is evident. While we had the attentive service of Nico- all were there to be certain our experience was perfect. It's in a strip mall spot. We were greeted with much love by a pleasant hostess. My parents have been here before. Once we were seated service came very fast to make sure we had water. Then our wine waiter came to take a drink order. Cosismo came by to say hello to my mother and welcome her again as well as all at the table . He made sure our wine was coming and gave us the specials of the night. We had a wine tasting at his advise. My wife had Bronzino, which was a special for the night and maybe the best Bronzino and very fresh that we've had in over a year. I wish him well it's a great place good staff we had Troy this night. One of our favorite places whenever we are in the Naples area. The soup salad and whatever you decide for the main course is always excellent. If you've ever been to college and remember what a cheap, watered-down beer tasted like, that's exactly what my beer reminded me of. My regular Coke was also completely flat, which wasn't exactly a great start to the evening. For an appetizer, we ordered the broccolini and sausage with garlic bread. It was incredibly bland--no salt, very little seasoning, and almost no flavor. We followed that with a Caesar salad, and I'll give credit where it's due: the Caesar was actually pretty good. Easily one of the better parts of the meal. Then came dinner. I ordered the pistachio and sausage pasta, which sounded fantastic on the menu. What arrived was honestly hard to understand. I received about seven noodles that were severely undercooked, sitting in what felt like an entire swimming pool of pesto. There was so much pesto that I'm fairly certain every available basil plant in Collier County was sacrificed for my plate. Somewhere underneath it all was a small dollop of pistachio. The frustrating part is that I can actually see this being a delicious dish if the pasta were cooked properly and the ingredients were balanced. Unfortunately, what I received wasn't close. My wife ordered the beet salad, which arrived essentially "salad-less." She was disappointed as well. We spent approximately $140 for dinner, and at that price point, expectations are understandably higher. Beautiful décor and friendly service can only carry an experience so far when the food and beverages miss this badly. I genuinely wanted to like Casa Cotzelli, especially because the restaurant itself has a great atmosphere and the menu sounds promising. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we will not be returning.

The pappardelle tasted sweet to me which i am not a fan of but our attentive waiter Julian brought a red pepper flake grinder that added the perfect amount of flavor to it. The lasagna and chicken parm were both good and the perfect portions. Overall this place was a favorite by all of us! Our waiter Julian was very attentive and friendly. We would highly recommend him! Everything here was for the most part elevated and the restaurant itself was beautifully decorated like you are in Europe. I would recommend their happy hour as food is half off which made this a really good deal.
