Palmi was amazing! She was quick and attentive to my needs and the patrons around me. She was extremely patient as well. She was efficient with the pick up people too. Really held her on. I was super hungry so I already ate a lot of the wings before taking the picture but the chicken is good. The sweet Korean sauce was hot enough. I got that and honey garlic. Both were good. The sweet Korean sauce was my favorite of the two. This is a nice place that I'd bring a date too. Or have a business meeting. It's not a fast food place at all. I saw many businessmen coming in and out during my wait for my order to go. I ordered the 10 piece wings.

Wow! My boyfriend and I came here around 10pm on a cold Saturday night and were amazed by how amazing everything was! The space is extremely clean and nice with lots of open space. The food was incredible! Great authentic Korean street food with so much flavor and freshness, we couldn't stop talking about how pleasantly surprised we were! Our waitress was so sweet and even wrote a handwritten note at the end of the meal with some free chocopie for dessert :). Will 100% be back and recommend it to everyone.

I'm leaving a review because i feel that they had treated me with more courtesy and respect then most restaurants would. They had food that reminded me of when traveled to south korea and had fried chicken there. They had a big prop from squid game, that you can take photos with and looks just like it was in the movie and had good lighting and good cool ambiance

Maybe I went here on an off day (it was 15°F), but this place is somehow a hidden gem in LIC! The food was delicious with a very satisfying array of options. The ordering interface, while quick and efficient, did not interfere with their EXCELLENT customer service! The prices are fair and the BOGO drink deal is a steal! I enjoyed 2 Korean Pilsners for the price of one and some SUCCULENT bulgogi in fried yam noodles. So so good! In addition to the great food and service, the restaurant itself is beautiful. Chic, modern, and clean with lively neon lights and music videos playing various screens. Definitely fun for a light date or a few rounds with the boys. Again, I'd like to reiterate how welcoming and attentive the staff here is. Ultimately, I wish I took a photo of my food. It was so good, it was gone by the time I could think of taking one. So here's a photo of my crisp beer lol. I'll be back!!

On a recent trip to Queens to pick up some artwork and visit the Louis Armstrong Museum (yes it really is in Corona Queens and amazing) we stopped at Lims. It wasn't very busy so service was fine. You actually order from an iPad on table, the waitress confirms and next thing you know you have delicious food. I had pork GimBap and kimchi. Both well made and tasty. My wife had a vegetable rice noodle dish that was truly phenomenal. My Japanese Kagua Rouge Belgian Strong Dark ale was a perfect malty foil to the Korean food. On the way out our waitress thanked us for coming and gave us whoopee pies with thank you notes attached.....a nice touch

Incredible service & ambiance. The Kimchi Stew was delicious and hit the spot in a rainy day. Grateful for this little gem in the neighborhood. Definitely will come back to try more stuff on the menu.

Amazing meal for a late night food delivery post flight. Super hearty soups and comes with good radish kimchi, white rice, and comes super quickly! Also packaged super nicely! If you have any late night cravings for Korean food, this is the go to

Honestly, it was pretty disappointing. The potatoes were sour and didn't taste fresh. The shak trak had a weird taste and was partly cold, like it had just been reheated. The gyuma was okay, but nothing special. The Chong Ching was also disappointing, and the portion size seemed smaller than before. The customer service wasn't great either, no one checked on us during the meal, and our water wasn't refilled unless we asked. Overall, the experience just didn't live up to how it used to be.

My friend & I ordered the Dan Dan noodles, Chong Qing chili chicken, spicy fish fillet with tofu, & tingmo. Dan Dan noodles- definitely pass on this, I am not sure why my friend got it to be honest. It lacked flavor. Chong Qing chili chicken- this, however, was absolutely fantastic. Do you know that it is a dry dish so it doesn't need noodles/rice/bread with it. Spicy fish fillet with tofu- this was also really good and they gave a very generous amount, especially for the price. Tingmo- I definitely understand the hype with this item as it is quite unique. Do note that it does need dipping sauce so if you get a curry/soup (like the spicy fish fillet with tofu), dip it in that, and it is quite delectable. However, I feel that the texture of it changes quickly, so eat it while it's fresh and hot. All in all, Nangma is a very spacious restaurant with some solid food & great service. I'd come back!

I ordered the nasi bungkus with fried chicken. This dish comes wrapped in a banana leaf and then wax paper and it's exciting to be able to unwrap it when it arrives at the table. It has a complex heat, tempered with bitterness but is not overly spicy. The fried chicken was incredibly tender- when I attempted to separate the drumstick from the thigh, the bones just pulled right out. The meat is also deeply seasoned throughout. A really fantastic piece of fried chicken. There is ample sauce to season the soft, fluffy rice and the green beans provided a welcome vegetal bite. I loved the hidden hard boiled egg buried in there. I also got a very interesting dessert, Ice doger. It has a base of pink shaved ice and coconut milk and is topped with avocado, black glutenous rice, basil seeds, coconut and cubed white bread. The flavor combination was unique and fascinating. The creamyness of the avocado lends itself perfectly to a dessert, and the grassy vegetal after taste adds complexity. The herbal, sour notes from the basil seeds and the richness of the coconut complement the sweet base, seasoned with condensed milk and the cubes of white bread soak up all the liquid as the ice melts. I loved this dessert. My food took quite a long time to come, but the service was very friendly and helpful and my water was refilled often. The restaurant seemed to be filled with regulars who knew each other and the environment felt warm and homey. Very pleased with my experience and already planning my next trip.

Look out Katz's! I was looking for it up on the menu board, but all I saw was pastrami baos & pastrami rice box. I asked if it was still available and my man hooked me up by popping 2 thick slices of whole grain bread into the toaster and started to hand carve a big hunk of pastrami. I thought I was getting about half of what he pulled out, but he proceeded to pile it all on the bread after squirting on a slew of grainy deli mustard. He apologized for running out of pickles, but all I could think was "Take my money and gimme my sammich!" Even as I cradled the closed plastic container, the smell of hot pastrami permeated my whole bus ride home and I couldn't wait to dig into that salty, peppery crusted, fall apart tender meat sandwich. I'm sure the other people on the bus were jealous. Next time I might even try out some of the other rice & noodle dishes, but that smoky pastrami smell still lingers on in my mind.
