Medium Frozen Lime Margarita

We frequent this place and there's good reason, it's always delicious!!! The service is always great and we love that they keep the place clean! Everything always tastes fresh. My husband loves the chicken and chorizo. The taquitos are on point; I've tried the chicken and love. My daughter's usual is the steak enchiladas, and my new favorite item is the chicken Sopes!! Round fried masa, topped with your choice of meat, beans, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream and avocado slices. YUM. Best frozen margaritas around!

Chiles Poblanos, $6.25

Visiting from out of town I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the restaurant, the quality of the menu, and the tastiness of the food. Very good start. Each ordered something different allowing us to grab a bite from one another's plate. My Camala Diablo shrimp was delicious and my wife's Chiles Poblano was excellent as well. Next time I will order the tamales that my brother-in-law chose. Wow, they were huge and stuffed to the gills with meat. Mmmmm. Tasty, too. Looking for some damn good Mexican food that kicks it up a notch? Has my "Give 'em a whirl" meter covered in salsa con queso with chips on the side. Go here.

Beef Taquitos Mexicanos

Mine and my husbands go-to Mexican restaurant was Mi Pueblo for years cause we live less than 5 min from their king restaurant. One day we decided to try Linda vista and we were very happy with the flavor, quality and price of the food. We have since been many times and have a weekly Wednesday date night here. I always order the beef taquitos Mexicanos and it is always on point! My husband had tried their street tacos and really likes the birria and pork that you can get as an option with those. If I could change anything about Linda vista, it would be to have a larger seating area and better parking but otherwise it is really good food with great friendly service!!

Great Food. Great people. Ask anyone who has been here, they will say the same. We have had several meals here and all have been great! The chicken tacos were great - ample, tasty, and tender. The tamales were excellent. Tonight we had fajitas and the were very well done. The flan was the bomb. A great new addition to our tiny little town, You must try it and I dare you to prove me wrong.

Doesn't look like much when you drive past, I was practically dying of hunger so I decided to stop by. The staff was nice, the food was good and affordable, I'm a happy camper! I'm glad there's a good place to go without going into town.

And spotted its iconic small red building (absolutely charming). Just one look and you're curious... we walk inside. We had a German Shepherd with us. I walked in and asked if we could sit with our dog in the outdoor seating. Greeted with an enthusiastic, "Hey Amigo!" I was caught off guard but just knew immediately it was going to be a GOATED local spot. Outdoor seating was exceptional! Nice, cozy and simple - nothing more, nothing less. I ordered the Birria Taco dish. Plated perfectly, cooked to order, taste? Phenomenal simply. The beef was so tender, the consomé soaked perfectly and complemented not only the tacos, but the rice and beans served with it. Pure cinema. Service was fast. The guy that greeted me earlier? Yeah, he was serving too and he had everything locked in. What a guy! I imagine the back of house staff are all stellar people too - complements to the chef and team. You guys are awesome. The thing that did it for us was the small free dessert. I don't exactly know the name of it but... FREE? Perfect for the two of us real quick before we left. If you see this little gem on your map. Go there expeditiously and enjoy the little things. Perfect everything.

The wait staff was readily available for us all the time, and friendly too. I ordered the steak nachos supreme, which I have to say were pretty good. The guac was tasty and the steak bits were plentiful. They used the typical queso, white cheese, very liquid on the hot plate. It covers things in a layer and tastes good. My friend ordered tacos al pastor. Tasty, says he. Overall, it is decent food, and I'd come back.

She was nice, professional, and available. She is really excellent! So, as far as the food goes, everything was good. We had a plain cheeseburger and fries for a kid. Another kid had the shrimp tacos which were really good. Three tacos with a side of rice and beans. The shrimp was super tasty and the portion was of a decent size. I had the pollo portosino, which consists of pieces of grilled chicken cooked with bacon and topped with cheese sauce. It also came with rice, refried beans and tortillas. The flavor of this was pretty great. Good salty bacon came with it, and I like dishes with tortillas on the side. The rice at this location is very good and has plenty of flavor. Another family member had the Mount Airy special, which is basically a chimichanga (chicken in this case). Chimis are always a good meal, and this was no exception. Overall, the whole table was pleased and we came away with our to-go boxes and a smile on our faces. I've been to a few of the Tlaquepaque locations and this one is up there with the Pilot Mountain NC location in terms of food for sure.

I know that's not a lot money, but over time it adds up. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager who stuttered trying to explain why the charge was there and hung up on me (rude). Just another way these people nickel and dime everyone. The food used to be good but was cold and not that good. Will never go back after supporting them for years, done with them.

We were waited on by Roberto, nice guy. The table Chios and salsa are average, very common. I got two carnita tacos and they were delicious. Good flavor and packed. I do wish they were dou me bagged. The single corn tortilla disintegrates when wet. I asked for more hot sauce and got a red and two greens. The red is medium hot and a more creamy green was the same. The third was a tomatillo. All good sauces. The rest of the flood was good. Overall, this is a decent place if a bit Americanized. Worth visiting.

We were greeted walking in and seated within the same moment. Good staff, all of the folks we encountered were friendly, kind and attentive. Our server was funny and polite, and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. The food was okay, even though the menu was the same im not sure that it was as good as the other location? After perusing the menu, I decided on the Enchiladas Verdes, three chicken filled enchiladas topped with green sauce and served with rice and pickled onions. It was a pretty good meal, the enchiladas were okay but the rice bland and kind of boring. The presentation also lackluster. Kind staff and the same menu as the other locations, but the food at this location was not as good as the other. 3 Stars it served its purpose 01255

Place was packed, yet we still got seated faster than you can say giddyup. Our waitress Alicia was an absolute saint, ridiculously attentive, friendly, and probably the only reason the rodeo crowd didn't start a stampede in the dining room. I went full health nut and ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad. Big mistake. Not because it was bad, but because I'm in a wings restaurant staring at lettuce like a traitor. The "croutons" were these adorable little pretzel bites, which is the most chaotic but genius move I've seen since someone put pineapple on pizza. They were legit tasty. The dressing? It showed up, did the bare minimum, and called it a day. Tangy enough to remind you it exists, but not memorable enough to write home about. Overall, solid experience. The salad was good, the service was great, and I didn't get trampled by any mechanical bulls. Would absolutely come back, next time probably just to order actual wings like a normal human.
