I stopped in around 5:30 a.m., and it's refreshing to find a place that's not only open that early but also staffed by someone who genuinely enjoys being there. The barista greeted me with a smile, was friendly and welcoming, and made an outstanding Americano. It was incredibly smooth and one of the better Americanos I've had in a long time. I also appreciated that my drink was served in a real ceramic mug for a dine-in order--a small touch that made the experience feel warm and inviting. As someone who likes to get an early start, I was also happy to find plenty of outlets and reliable Wi-Fi, making it an ideal spot to get some work done before the day begins. Great coffee, genuine hospitality, and a cozy atmosphere made for the perfect start to my morning. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

Bu the time I waited 5 minutes after the order, the same people were still waiting for their drink. A couple that came in after me got there's before I did. 9:40 by the time a left with no coffee. No,"Someone will be right with you" No apology for the wait time. She offered me a coffee instead of the Americano I paid for, then I thought I paid via card, but I paid cash. The cashier couldn't tell on his end that I paid cash. $6.50. No customer awareness. I won't be back. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this crew was awful... Really bad look for those people.
