This location is just down the street from her other location in the Pinkberry plaza, super close Formosa Cleaners (jeans alteration!). Now that its super hard to fit an appointment in at Serenity on the weekend, its nice that there's a second location to book appointments. I came in on Sunday with my boyfriend and we both had a facial, loved the new place. It's located in a quiet plaza with plenty of parking in front. The outside is very understated, but the inside its beautiful a complete 180 from her other location. They also added some classical music to the overhead speakers, that made my facial very relaxing. The service here and quality is still just as great. Love that the prices are still very affordable and still the best prices I've found for a facial. My friends and I have been going to Carol's for four years now, because where else can you get a deep cleaning hour long facial for $55? They've also improved her eyelash extensions with thinner and less cumbersome eyelashes, same prices as before! They also have a first timer special for $45, of course different prices for lash quality. Carol has now added a few more treatments. For some reason I've had several awkward experiences with other lash techs being rude, or just not warm and personable. For someone I need to have all up in my face every 2 weeks, finding a lash artist who is nice to be around is wonderful! My classic wispy lashes are unbelievably beautiful, every time. Julie obviously loves what she does, and it shows in her work. When i first switched to Nordik I was shy about asking for 2 different types of curls to get the effect I wanted, because other lash techs have been weird about requests in the past or really just didn't get it right. Julie brought it up without me having to ask! Perfect length and curl everytime! She also takes her time and lays on a ton of lashes!! I can get 3 weeks or more out of my fill if I wanted to, easily. Lora is amazing, booking with her was simple. The service was amazing she made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed from the moment she greeted me at the door. The space is beautiful and cozy. Lora is extremely thorough in explaining the process, we discuss what I should do to prep before each treatment and after, also what to expect as my final results.
