This place is worth a try. The cookies are soft baked and delicious. I thrived the white chocolate pistachio, because I had never had anything like that before. It was really good; but it's pretty sweet. The s'mores cheesecake was ok. The marshmallow was pretty tough on top, and the graham cracker crust wasn't sweet enough for me. The bagel was buttery and good. Definitely will be back to try other items on this menu. Everything is delicious. It's that simple. My wife and I have tried most items in the case and on the menu. We consider the cruffins to be their best pastry (when the cream is vanilla), but the almond croissant and morning bun are also favorites of mine and are wonderful with a cup of coffee. Speaking of coffee, it has a nutty, bold, delicious flavor and free refills. I'm a black coffee person, but my wife loves the other coffee drinks. There's something for everyone, and Arvin and his team provide excellent service with a smile, so be sure to tip generously. read more

It's fresh and you sometimes have to order it for the next day because they go so fast! People are friendly and this place sets off a good vibe. There was a slight glitch in service, which to my delight was quickly corrected and then addressed by management to ensure guest satisfaction. I've been in the business 50 years and compliments to the owner for owning the error and addressing it. His generosity was not required as the glitch was minor. This establishment is a GEM. Currently, one person is taking orders, putting pastries in boxes, making coffee, and bringing food out. Hire a second person and implement processes. How lucky are we? Our next door neighbor recently told us about this hidden gem in Mooresville in the shopping center on Morrison Plantation Parkway near Brawley. Located next to the Lake Norman Butchery @epicmeatmarket, @lindenbakerync serves breakfast and lunch in addition to their breads and pastries. All are available for dine in or takeaway. My husband and I said to each other:" Finally there's good bread in Mooresville!" Owner Arvin and his staff, including a pastry chef, turn out artisan sourdough, ciabatta, water bagels, danish, coffee cake, croissants and pastries, all baked daily in-house. Arvin opened his bakery and cafe just about a year ago in June and certainly has some bread making chops. He's been baking bread for 20+ years, first baking for Eataly in Manhattan followed by Charlotte before breaking out on his own last year. Today for lunch my husband had the Avocado Toast ( it's served with a fried egg) on Arvin's butter grilled sourdough. It's topped with micro greens, pickled onions, some feta and toasted pepitas. I went with Arvin's Greek Salad that's served with two slices of the grilled sourdough. I'm so glad I added the grilled chicken as well. The generous portion of chicken, which is marinated prior to grilling, was juicy and perfectly cooked. There are lots of kalamata olives, some stuffed grape leaves, tomatoes from @joshsfarmersmarket and of course feta. The salad is served with two dressings - a lemon vinaigrette and a whipped feta dressing. We shared a delicious almond croissant as a sweet bite. I'm kicking myself for not photographing our food! We were going to take home a lemon cheese danish and a sourdough boule but both sold out while we were having lunch. I also had an iced Americano and my husband had a half and half iced tea.
