    Pozole -- INCREDIBLE!

WOOWWW!!!! What an AMAZING dinner!! My husband, son and I were able to make reservations for 6:45p on a Friday and I'm just SO happy my husband decided to come HERE for dinner! I've been working so much, finally having a day off we just wanted to eat out and BOYYYY did Lindo Michoacán come through!!! Our server (I believe his name was Fernando!) was absolutely incredible! There was also an extra host/waitress that was on top of it when it came to getting our dirty dishes away, making sure our drinks were filled! We had an amazing night/dinner, we will absolutely come again!!! Everyone is SO kind and has excellent customer service - it was truly an incredible dinner! We will 100% be back soon! Definitely recommend this spot!

Sub par food and service. But I guess I'm spoiled having stayed in Mexico for extended visits. They advertise LARGE Mexican Gulf shrimp. False. And charge a high price for these little guys. On the Border was much better. Large menu. Won't be back

WOW! 20/10 would highly recommend. Incredible food, very generous portions, fast service. We were seated immediately, food arrived quickly, and the staff were incredibly responsive.

We came here on mother's day around 1:00. We had just finished running some errands and wanted to try something new. We were seated pretty quickly and served salsa and chips as an appetizer with refried beans and sopa de fideo, which I loved. I ordered a skinny margarita. I was really worried it was going to be too sweet, but it was just right. We ordered the queso fundido with chorizo and ate it so fast because it was too good. We had none leftover. For my meal, I ordered the camarones a la diabla with a side of rice and beans. Thats usually what I order when I see it on a Mexican menu. My boyfriend ordered the burrito. The food was good and it felt authentic. Ceasar H was our server and he was great. The restaurant itself was very clean and the decor was cute. I will definitely be back. It's a nice lunch spot or just a nice place to eat if you're in the area.

Cinco de mayo was rocking here. We arrive at the 4pm hour and there was a short wait. Mariachi band circulated throughout the restaurant. All hand were on deck as the staff was polite and efficient. I got the veggie fajitas. They were good with good char on the veggies but too oily for my taste. My husband got some enchiladas verde and they looked like a great choice. Chips and salsa were good but be warned that the salsa is hot.

I visit Las Vegas often and am always looking for new places to try. Lindo Michoacan was recommended to me and it did not disappoint. This is a family owned establishment with more than one location. The restaurant is nice; great decor, clean, roomy and inviting. They started us with chips, salsa and refried beans which I loved. I ordered the Steak Fajitas. What I really appreciated is that they had dinner sized entrees as well as lunch portions. I ordered the lunch portion as it was smaller. The fajitas were amazing! The meat was juicy and the sides were fresh. My dining partner ordered the tacos, which I tasted and they were also really good. They make most things from scratch and you can see in the back where they make their own tortillas. The service was great/friendly and the price was good as well. I will definitely visit when I'm back in town.

Two more visits here to try different offerings, and the rating remains high. Fresh tableside Guacamole was an excellent experience both times, and the last was probably the best-tasting tableside Guac I have experienced, prepared to my exact specifications regarding the quantity of individual ingredients. Cups of Fideo Soup were hot and stomach-warming. And, Queso Fundido was gooey and very good. Shredded Beef Tacos were small but excellent in taste, along with fine Refritos and exceptional Mexican Rice. A Bean & Guac Tostada was cool and crunchy. Diane liked the unusual Popcorn Shrimp, and French Fries were okay. But my reaction to Sizzling Shrimp & Chicken Fajitas was mixed. I liked the cooking of the Bell Peppers, Red and White Onions, and requested Tomatoes. But the shrimps and pieces of chicken were hard and not that juicy, and included sauce that was somewhat spicy and a bit bitter. Homemade Tortillas were thin and praiseworthy, and Tortilla Chips well made, as well. I found the Bean Dip to be smooth and addictive, but the Salsa more spicy and thin in texture than I prefer. Service was friendly, efficient, and responsive both times. Booth and table seating were both comfortable. And I enjoyed the colorful ambiance of Old Mexico found here. XXXX-1/2 stars overall on each outing!

Wonderful service tonight, came here after a bad experience at a different restaurant. We were greeted promptly and sat at the bar. Erika was awesome. She was polite and quickly took our drink order. Shortly after getting our drinks we ordered food and were playing some poker. She made sure on multiple occasions that we were doing fine. There were a few other people that came and went from the bar area, but she was quick with helping everyone. That you for being our third time is the charm tonight!

Been here a couple times now and it's been amazing each time. First time we had a larger party of 8 +1 toddler, and they got everything in our order right, food came out hot and fresh, drinks stayed filled, and to-go boxes were ready when we were. This past time was just half of us and we still were blown away by the quality of food and service. The video soup and chips and salsa they serve before the meal are so delicious it's hard not to fill up too soon and these are complimentary). We got the table side guacamole, which I highly recommend. They let you choose your spice level and there is enough to make sure you can enjoy the chips, their fresh tortillas, and your entire meal with that extra creamy goodness. The arrachera steak was nice and tender so I didn't have to tear at each bite. Got some Cadillac margaritas and the serve it with the cute mini Grand Marniers on top so you know it wasn't missed. I can see why we've had a wait each time here and I'll still be back again.

Mexican restaurant located on the north west side of town. We came here for lunch on a Wednesday and we were seated right away. We were immediately greeted with chips and salsa as well as bean dip. It was delicious. I had a spicy margarita, which was excellent. The menu is very large and they also offer à la cart items. I had a cheese enchilada and a tamale. Both were very good. Overall, it was a great experience.

This is my favorite spot for Mexican. Everything is authentic. I've been searching for the past four years for the perfect mexican food place, and this is it. I also order them for takeout for my customers as well. And they love it.

Do you still have your brunch buffet?

NO - ALL STATION CASINOS CLOSED THEIR BUFFETS DURING THE COVID OUTBREAK. VERY DISAPPOINTING AS THEY ARE JUST IN IT FOR THE HIGHER PRICED RESTAURANTS INSTEAD OF THE AFFORDABLE…

Does this restaurant charge a fee for using a credit card? If so, how much is it?

Yes they do, I think it is 3.5 percent

What kind of fish is used for the fish tacos?

Is there any entree that is gluten free here? Does this restaurant use a shared fryer for things like flour taquitos that would cross contaminate gluten free corn tortilla chips? I have Celiac disease and have to eat gluten free.

    Hello, do you serve breakfast?

Thank you for reaching out, Grisel! Yes, we do serve breakfast - ALL Day Every Day! We can't wait to see you!

Do they use any delivery services?

Downloaded the Michoacan app. They use ChowNow

    Do they cook with lard?

They do not. All veggie oil.

It feels intimate, moody, and completely different from your typical Vegas bar. The atmosphere is definitely what makes this spot stand out. It has that hidden, exclusive speakeasy feel, and it's a fun place to bring someone who has never been before. The cocktails are creative and the whole experience feels unique, especially for a night out without having to go to the Strip. My only complaint is that the space is pretty small, so it can get crowded very quickly. When it's busy, it can feel a little cramped, so I definitely prefer going when it's not quite as packed. Overall, Wax Rabbit is a really fun spot at Durango and somewhere I've enjoyed coming back to. We were seated at the bar and had a nice time interacting with the cocktail craftsman/man in charge, Davey. The menu is his creative brainchild and changes a few times a year, with the current one based on the movie Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. There's a 90 minute limit and 2 drink minimum per guest. Because of the craft and attention to detail that goes into each cocktail, we finished our 2 drinks just about right at the 90 minute mark. I really enjoyed both of my cocktails but the one that stood out to me the most was Strange Medicine. It was reminiscent of a martini but with Brie-washed Old Bison vodka, Cocchi Americano, and herb oil. It was so good that I wasn't sure what drink to choose next, but Davey was helpful with a great recommendation for another cocktail served with a chunk of parmesan cheese on top. Keep in mind that you're paying for the experience and the level of craft. So with a 2 drink minimum it won't be a cheap experience but it's definitely something worth checking out for the unique, creative cocktails.

Pro: Fear and Loathing menu, updated furniture, yummy drinks…read more Con: Not the previous Laundry Room you remembered, glorified tourist trap, lack of atmosphere control. Slow drink service. The Laundry Room is dead, long live the Laundry Room. The remodel that took place during Jan to May 2026 saw a wide amount of change from Corner Management, the mother company of LR. They got rid of the absolute corner stone of the lead bartender, Anthony, and redecorated the place to look more like the sister bar, Doberman Drawing Room (5 Stars). The remodel was absolutely needed, as the regulars and Dean's List could point out, the place was kind of falling apart. From water warped bar top, uncomfortable chairs, and chipped paint/worned carpet, you would think this place WAS left over from the Prohibition era. What sets this establishment apart from any of the pretend speakeasy on the strip is the atmosphere. At any given time, you could cram 16 people there at a time, even with the reduced drinking time cut from 2 hours to 90 minutes, this place could only cycle thru 50 to 60 people from the reduced nightly opening of 4 hours from 6 hours previously. This make LR special, not some faux speakeasy in Cosmo or Resort World that could jam in 80 people per hour with room to spare. Gone is the rugged identity of the old laundry room for El Cortez, this is spiced up, every square inch of the wall is covered with some art piece, very much different from the Depression era decor. Some art selection are just straight up chaos from the management, the main cherub piece behind the bar is just insanity. The new master of house, Davey, showed skills with his new 14 drink menu, but fell short of what made LR great in the past 14 years. Now, the man had just two months to create his drink list and per himself, had to start from the scratch from when he took over.. So, with that said, let's focus on the drinks. Hemingway Dalguiri, Dust + Ether, and High Noon Static - all great in taste, presentation, and talent, abet we can see the hesitation when making his own drinks, thus slowing down service by quite a bit. My party saw him struggle making 6 drinks at once, 4 of them the same drinks. Recommendation from someone else, maybe record the drink making process and try to eliminate non productive habits and motions via video viewing. Since Davey is a visionary, looking in the past is a deal breaker for him. If you are trying to finish up a previous menu for the Dean's List, the joke is on you, that is a no. Where the hostess (the only person that survived the purge from the remodel) explained to him that exception needs to happen to keep the Dean's List going, the answer was a no since no one at management told him about this. When asked about what will the new requirements will be for the future, it's simple, finish the menu before it's replaced with no chance of catching up. Once a menu is done, it's done. I guess it's easier to keep the drinks under control with less ingrediencies needed behind the bar, but wait a minute... drink number 15, Research and Development, that should give Davey some leeway to non menu drinks right? Turns out, not so much. Sidecar- cognac, orange liqueur, lemon juice. Simple right? He leaves the room to get something from Commonwealth... didn't management installed a new fridge to hold the larger ice cubes, where previous bar keep have to venture out all the time? Turns out, there was no Cognac or any Brandy in the Laundry Room. I can see how things are shaped, strict bottle control is for the benefit of the bar, not for the customer. There is now Vodka, foam, and milk wash but lost Cognac or Brandy, but besides the freedom of choices were also compounded with complete lack of rules. For the last 14 years, the hostess and bar staff on rotation were friendly yet firm about house rules. First given upon entering the secret or window doors, then by the bartender after an aperitif is given (now eliminated). No photo, religion, politic, standing at the bar, name dropping, brawling, telephone calls, PDA, and smoking, plus don't be creepy, be patient, and know your limit. Most of these were not enforced the first 2 times my party of regulars have visited since the remodel. The cardinal sin of allowing one single 4 top to seat 2 people at a time is just wild. But hey, no rules are listed on the new simple menu and none giving at the door or at the seats. So what is this place now? 20 to 23 dollars for a drink plus more for popcorn. All for the experience of being in a noise warfare between Commonwealth and La Mona Rosa's speaker systems, with LR's own music turned up high, and the piano only used one night of the week. I would recommend Doberman Drawing Room as of now for better drinks options, less noise, and vibe. The new menu to replace Fear and Laundry will come out this Fall, will be bring some regulars with me to check on LR again and hopefully give more than 2 stars on the next review.

Our check came in a DVD plastic too, super nostalgic. I have not seen one of these in forever. Lol My friend and I ordered our first cocktail off this card and they were both incredible. I ordered the Crimes of Passion and she ordered the Dreamsicle. I like my cocktails sweet and these were both great. We ordered truffle fries off their small bites menu, which was enough to hold us over. For the second cocktail, my friend ordered the Nocturno Espresso. She liked it a lot, but it wasn't my preference since it was just a little bitter. I ordered what my bartender recommended me. I will say on weekend nights, I had always seen this place crowded and lively. I was for sure curious. On a weekday evening, I strolled into this venue. It had great chill music and had some customers, but not busy at all. The weather had been a little more humid than usual and with the full opened walls/doors to the outside patio, it was a bit warm, little muggy sitting at the bar. The decor is really nice though, a really good tiki vibe. The bartender addressed us right away and we were first looking for an espresso martini but they had a Carajillo, which was explained to be a Spanish version of an espresso martini. The bartender said it was really good. We got it - and you have to expect something that is the same as the espresso martini. The flavor was alright, but the knock for me was that it was all ice. There was very little drink in it. The agua fresca was a winner - the Sundown Sipper. It was refreshing and a great blend of juices. Not tart, perfect amount of sweet tropical flavor. I feel like this place can be easily missed since the building is all black, but definitely worth stopping in for. Vibes are very dark and intimate, yet lively. I am not sure how to explain it, but I liked it. Lol Somehow you can make a reservation, but I haven't looked into it. There were a bunch of seating against the wall on the couches but they were all reserved. My friend and I ended up at the bar in the "standing room" which was fine! Their seasonal menu is Conspiracy Theory based. I from that menu and my drink was called the Moon Landing Hoax, which was recommended to me but pretty strong in my opinion. I will say that the aesthetic of the drink was super cool with the astronaut. My friend ordered from their regular menu. She enjoyed her Repo Espresso Martini and she would order that again! All in all, I still like this bar a lot! I would come back again.

We were sat at a super cute table (there were 4 of us) and looked through the menu. The decor was super cute! Sort of old vintage looking couches around some tables, dim lighting, I loved the vibe. We each ordered something different from their cocktail menu from our very nice server. While waiting for those, our friend went to close out the tab and ordered shots, but asked for something that would be good. They proceeded to give us something with muddled strawberries, I was blown away at how good it was! Best shot I have ever had, so fresh. I love when you give bartenders freedom to play and create something so good! Our cocktails were so interesting and very tasty. I'd love to come back when we have some more time and try some of the other drinks. Everything about this place was amazing to me! Vibe, staff, the drinks, I had a great time!
