Silverwood finally did it! they now have vegan burgers! The best part is you can swap any of their signature burger patties for a Beyond patty, which is honestly amazing. We went at the end of our silverwood trip (around 7 pm) and we were seated quickly since it wasn't busy. We ordered a few drinks, Shirley temple and a huckleberry lemonade. Both come with one free refill. The Shirley tasted off and it wasn't that good, but the huckleberry lemonade was delicious and would get again. For food, I ordered the train burger and bowl of soup of the day (potato soup). The burger was pretty average and not my favorite. The fries were pretty good. Price wasn't bad considering theme park prices. Soup was yummy and creamy. The fish and chips only came with 2 pieces of fish, but it was good but a bit too greasy. And the chicken burger was delicious and crispy, I would recommend getting this out of all the dishes. Our server didn't check up on us, and a different waitress had to check back and get us drink refills. We also didn't get any water for the table unless we asked and I thought it should have been served right away. When asked to split the bill in two, the waiter acted like it was a big task and he had us tell him everything we got because he couldn't remember. A typical theme park restaurant, so don't except anything exceptional. The service was quick and our waitress was very nice and attentive. I got the pulled pork sandwich and my husband got the chicken sandwich. Kids got mac and cheese and spaghetti. Everything tasted fine and as expected. The portions were good sizes and very filling, which was nice. I ordered a couple blueberry moscow mules and they were good standard drinks, they tasted like a regular mule. My husband got the spicy margarita and said it tasted okay, but not very spicy. This place is okay. read more

Too many children working and not enough actual workers. Our server did her best, but we waited way too long for our drinks. The bartender served everyone who walked up, but she did not serve the restaurant diners. I walked up and asked what the holdup was. She told me a whole bunch of people had walked in wanting to-go drinks. I told her that we had been waiting for to-stay drinks and didn't appreciate the brush-off. She said her assistant was making them as we spoke. I used the restroom and went back to our table. Our drinks were still not there. I walked back to the bar and waited some more. Once the drinks were finally made, I sarcastically thanked her for her stellar service, and I took them back to our table myself. As for the food, I found the tomato gorgonzola soup tasty, but the caesar salad was wilted and lacked dressing, and my daughters macaroni was mushy. My family and I have been coming to Silverwood every year for too many years to count. It wasn't until this last visit that we decided to stop by Lindys. We are sorry that we didn't stop by sooner. First of all, we have to recognize our server, Darrell. It was Darrell's second day on the job. He was phenomenal! We almost never knew it was his second day - he described menu options well, was warm and kind, gave very prompt service, and was the kind of person you wish every server was. Darrell sold us on the burgers by telling us about the fresh baked buns, hand pressed burger, and fresh ingredients. He also recommended the Penne Alfredo. We took his word. The burger was to die for. My wife said "this is the best burger I've ever had". I had the pasta and it was well seasoned with light garlic cream sauce and Parmesan cheese. It was very tasty. Both dishes came out HOT which I love. Silverwood is an awesome place and Lindy's was a great pit stop to escape the heat and have a great meal. read more

Stopped by today for lunch. We have been here many times before we definitely don't expect much is definitely theme park food not high-quality but expensive which is typical. Kids got spaghetti but it's definitely not your traditional marinara so heads up. My kids did not like it. They do offer chicken and fries and they like that instead. I got the margarita chicken it has pesto sauce on there actually was pretty good! It honestly is a zero star not even a 1 We came here last year horrible over priced food. The bread for my husband and nieces chicken Alfredo was rock hard seriously not even kidding, my son and nephews burgers were dry and bland no flavor at all the fry's were cold, the Alfredo had absolutely no flavor at all and the chicken was just boiled. My sister got the salad and that was even disgusting she didn't even eat it. My daughter nuggets weren't even cooked all the way through. There was nothing but kids working and the service was horrible. Ambiance was okay but I think for a dine in restaurant it could use some major changes. We won't ever go back and we recommend no one does either. The little pizza place over by the corkscrew roller coaster is our go to in the park now. read more

We attempted to get a table on a Saturday but couldn't even get on the wait list because it was maxed out. We tried again on Sunday and were able to get on the wait list with about a 45 minute wait, which was fine because they send a text so you don't have to wait there. When we were seated, there were so many empty tables. Obviously part of the problem must be lack of employees, which I understand to a point. The servers were mainly teenagers and they were the highlight of the restaurant - kind, friendly, efficient, and attentive. There were several menu items not available, but we didn't find out until after we placed the order. Again, I understand to a point. I got the pulled pork sandwich with fries. Both were decently good. My daughter got the side Cesar salad and the portion was quite big but not enough dressing whatsoever. My other daughter got a burger and fries which was also decently good. My husband got the chicken alfredo but wasn't quite satisfied as the his first and second choices weren't available (along with no Coors Light too). He said the alfredo was just ok. It also seemed strange that we were given plastic flatware. The restaurant is made to look upscale but it's just your average family diner.... about what you should probably expect from an amusement park, I suppose. All in all, it's an ok place if you want to sit down and relax while you eat. I'd stick to burgers/sandwiches and fries. But I wouldn't go out of my way to try and get a table/reservation. read more

I had ordered a lindy burger,when the food arrived i had started to add toppings with my burger when i noticed there was a dead fly on my plate. The waitress apologized and said she will bring another one out. The second order was ok. The fact that there was a dead fly on my plate is completely disgusting and gross. Food quality seemed decent, prices weren't bad at all for a theme park, but we had flies that kept bothering us. The server just said it was out of her control and offered to close a side door. That did not help at all. We complained again because it was landing on our food and drinks. We asked for a manager finally. She tried to get a fly off the wall but it kept flying around the table. She was also fairly dismissive but offered to move us to another table. We agreed to move closer to the back but a fly still found their way back there. Again food not bad but service was terrible and with constant fly attacks the ambiance was horrendous. So much potential, didn't mind waiting over an hour honestly but with fly infested food and poor service would never go back. Probably the best restaurant in silverwood, prices are good, and everything on the menu sounded so good I didn't know what to pick! The waitress was very nice and was excellent with refills, and our food got here so fast! One of the fastest restaurants I've been to! The food was amazing, just the perfect amount to fill me up, and I enjoyed every bite. It is the perfect temperature to eat outdoors, and you get to see the train go by! So this place caught my eye when we first entered Silverwood. The menu outside was helpful. When we finally got hungry we decided to revisit this place. We walked in and were immediately helped by the hostess. They have an option of outside or inside seating. We had just been to the water park so the outside plastic chairs sounded like a better idea. We were seated by the wall where we could see people walking by. The waiter was over faily quickly and took our drink order. We ordered a couple of drinks off their cocktail menu. (Mysterium and The Aftershock) The Mysterium was very sweet. The Aftershock was sweet as well but still good. For lunch I decided to dare to try the Alfredo Pasta with chicken and my boyfriend ordered the pulled pork. I had asked the waiter what his preference was on the pastas and he said they were all good. You can take this anyway you want but the food was out really fast. After we ordered it was a couple of minutes before we got our food. That to me tells me that they have it all pre-ready and just heat it up. The pasta was FLAVORLESS. it was just a mesh of noodles and pasta that didn't have any flavor. I mean put some salt on that bad boy. I can say this though, they have very LARGE portions! If I had known how much food we each would've gotten I would've just ordered one plate. My boyfriend seemed to enjoy his sandwich enough but nothing spectacular. His absolutely favorite thing was the fries which I agreed with. They were pretty good. Our server was nice and the food was average. The only above average thing was their portion sizes. The food wasn't the cheapest either but it's an amusement park, right? In my personal opinion I would check out other options before settling on this one. The ribs were fall off the bone and juicy, finger licking good. The gingham salad had fresh fruit and was light and sweet. The chili was pretty bland and made of mostly beans, that was the only thing we felt was actually bad. Great service and the building itself was beautiful, antiqued and well kept. The family and I chose to eat here because it had vegetarian options and was better than eating the junk offered at the other places in the park. We had a short 10 minute wait for a table and the service from our waitress was great. We were completely pleased with our order and were happy that we didn't get two entrees, as the one we ordered was shared was more than enough for us both! We actually went home with leftovers which fed us all that night. We ordered the Garlic Fries, Mediterranean Pasta with a Mozzarella Cheese Stick, and a Grilled Cheese with fries for our son. I must say that those were THE BEST Garlic Fries we ever had! I'm sure they were to blame for gaining some weight while on vacation, but it was totally worth it! The Mediterranean Pasta was ample with vegetables and was very tasty. Our son's grilled cheese was also one of the better grilled cheeses we'd ever seen offered to kids. He loved it and my husband who sampled it said it tasted great. We had enough left over from all of our dishes that we were able to enjoy for dinner that night. The only item we didn't fancy was the Mozzarella Cheese Stick. It was dry and the mozzarella was non-existent. Perhaps those who commented that the prices were too high were used to even lower prices in their area, but we found the prices on the menu extremely reasonable for an amusement park. California parks would seem outrageous to out those visiting from other States. I would highly recommend eating at this establishment as they have many options at a reasonable price. Our group didn't experience some of the customer service issues others have commented about. We had about 14 people and so it was expected to take a little longer to seat is all together...it took maybe 25 minutes or so (actually pretty decent timing for a group this size. The restaurant is located in the Silverwood theme park and has the most options for food selection compared to the other restaurants on that side of the park. We sat out in the patio so it was quite nice. I did not give 5 stars because they definitely needs some work. The food: The Train Burger It was seasoned and cooked quite well...wasn't dry! I substituted the caramelized onions for raw red onions and I think that was a good choice as it added a layer of texture which I think the caramelized onions may have muddled the rest of the burger. The Gorgonzola cheese was not overpowering and balanced some of the flavored well. The service: The waiter that helped us was great and always made sure we were doing okay. For a larger group he got tipped well and was very accommodating with our orders and check. He does need more training...didn't know what a red onion was. Had to describe it to him that it was purple in color but that it's actually called a red onion...not a big deal as I imagine he's probably new. read more

We've eaten here several times over the years with no regrets. The wait staff has always been prompt & attentive. When we stopped in last week we noticed a price hike for the baby back ribs which has always been one of our favorite things to order but we realize that everything goes up.
