I reversed my bmw into the top of our garage door and was feeling stupid for doing it. The owner was really kind and reassured me it happens a lot.(true or not I do appreciate him making me feel better!). The pricing was really fair. They ordered the necessary part and scheduled the work promptly. They had us in and out same day and the car looks like new again. They even detailed our car before we picked it up! I left and he contacted me after a little over four hours. When I returned I was blown away by how great my 4Runner looked. I needed an engine-steam-clean and was able to pull right in (no-appointment). After a short 15 minutes the serviceman was done with the wash and air-drying my engine off and even put a sweet shine on it. Then someone left me a present in a parking lot of a small gouge dent type INSIDE of the original big dent. After talking to Ryan over at Spokane Dent Repair, I agreed to bring in my vehicle. Not only were their prices very fair, the quality of their work just seems unmatched. Their shop was clean enough to pass a military white glove inspection, no joke. The employees there were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The lobby chairs are comfortable enough to not mind waiting, none of those cheap plastic folders in this place. Bottom line, if you want a dent removed from your vehicle, without them breaking the factory paint, Spokane Dent Repair is THE place to go. They literally erased that HUGE softball sized dent, and they even got rid of the gouge dent/scratch that was inside it.
