Terrible food. I order a lo mein for my five year old and they bring a FULL adult lunch. Being that this was my first time, I did not realize until the end there is a kids meal! A decent place would suggest as such. The Pad Thai was extremely lacking in flavor and freshness. The food came out cold and so quickly that I doubt it was cooked fresh. My boyfriend and I went here the other night. We absolutely love Thai food, but have been continuously disappointed with what is offered in the Midlothian area. We recently received a valpack advertisement for Lins and decided to give it a try since it offers Thai, Chines, and Sushi. The place is rather small, but very nicely decorated and we were seated immediately. We noticed that they have a request in for a liquor license which will be nice so you can sit at the sushi bar and have your fix of saki. When we were seated, the waitress brought over the Chinese version of chips and salsa: Crispy noodles with some sweet and sour sauce. It was nice to have something to much on and just added a little extra hospitality. We started off our dinner with steamed dumplings that were absolutely amazing. Their dumpling sauce had a good flavor and was a tad thicker that your typical dumpling sauce so it actually stuck to the dumpling when you dipped it it. Also, the dumpling wasn't as doughy as many other places have. For an entree, I ordered drunken noodles with chicken and my boyfriend ordered the singapore style noodles with shrimp. Although both had a "pepper' beside them allocating them as spicy, mine had more of a kick than his. It wasn't too hot though and created just a sufficiant enough heat to feel it, but was extinguished with a drink. Both meals were very fresh, and I could tell from the taste and texture of the chicken that it had not been pre-cooked. His shrimp were large, cooked well and were already de-tailed for his enjoyment. I didn't give this 5 stars because if you are going to hit 3 asian countries, why not offer some vietnamese as well? From a Thai perspective, I would rate this higher than Beauregard's Tea room and Tera Thai, but second to Pad Thai in Mechanicsville. All and All it was an absolutely splendid experience and I hope that it stays a success, I will certainly recommend this to anyone. read more

I had takeout from Lin's Asian Bistro and had food poisoning. I have never been so sick or puked so much in my life. It took about 3 days to recover. We all had different meals from Lin's. One of my kids didn't eat Lin's, and they are the only one that didn't get sick. Even after you have gotten over an illness, you are still contagious for a few days. If you work in the food industry, please do not come to work as you will make several others very sick. We have always enjoyed Lin's and have had great experiences with this place. read more

Everything was average, (egg rolls above average) but the fact that you can order entirely online, choose a pick up time, and even pay online is a huge plus. They also deliver within a 7-mile radius. The appetizer beef on a stick had a rancid taste, so I took 1 star off, the shrimp egg roll was crispy delicious and fresh, the wonton soup was very good and comparable to many other good restaurants, the beef with chinese vegetables entree was very good, great flavor, the veggies were fresh and crunchy. read more

This is my go to lunch spot in the area! Super nice husband and wife owners with great service and attention to detail. They offer Chinese, Thai, and Japanese cuisine. In my opinion its the best Thai food in Midlothian. Ordering online is fast and convenient. I have had various dishes off the Chinese and Japanese menus. All are great but I keep returning to their Thai menu. My favorites are the Panang Curry, Red Curry, Pad See Ew, Pad Thai, Kani Salad, Tiger Roll, and Bento Boxes. The Miso or Hot & Sour soups are delicious but try their Tom Yum Soup for something different. read more

The food is great love the dumplings, love the miso soup, and sushi. We love that we can get Chinese Japanese and Thai food all in one place and it currently has a lunchbox which is a mixture of everything. Lins marked my receipt paid by card when I chose to pay by cash and didnt charge me. I called in to try to pay them and they ignored me for 3 hours. Then they called yelp complaining and calling me a deadbeat (I ordered through the yelp app). I gave Yelp my address so Lin's could show up to be paid and on my porch Lin's blamed Yelp for the mixup. I took the family here last week and we really enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. It was very quiet, clean, and quick. I had the Philadelphia roll sushi and thai mussels/scallops/shrimp and all was cooked well and tasted very good. The rest of the family had typical american-chinese style shrimp lo mein, sweet and sour chicken, and sesame chicken. Again, all very good and made well.. In the area, it's the best place around to get a variety of asian food styles. Also, in my limited experience with sit-down asian food restaurants, it's at the top of my all-time list. My family and I have been going to this restaurant for years. It's the best place in midlothian for amazing quality sushi. Don't let the small facility fool you into thinking that the food isn't that good. It's AMAZING! Our food was wonderful! We got the red curry with shrimp, Mongolian beef, egg flower soup, and pork dumplings. The veggies were so green and crisp and fresh and the food was fresh and delicious! This is my favorite Pan-Asian restaurant in the Midlothian area; I am a regular at Lin's. They serve Thai, Chinese and Japanese fare. When I visit, I mainly go for a lunch/dinner special that includes either two or three rolls of sushi (my regulars are tuna and salmon maki) and a bowl of miso soup. They are always kind enough to let me switch out the miso soup for hot and sour soup, which is my preference, without an upcharge. Their pad thai is also pretty good, but I have heard from others that it tends to be a little dry. I always ask for extra sauce when I order it, so I never seem to have that problem. As far as a more Chinese dish is concerned, their chicken and asparagus is so delicious. It is served with a brown, garlicky sauce and the portion size is decent. The wait staff is so kind and accommodating, and the service is quick. The prices are very reasonable and they also deliver. Definitely recommend if you are in the area! read more

Went for the first time yesterday and thought everything was delicious, and the service was great. They brought out a basket of crunchy noodles and a sweet & sour type of dip (reminded me of chips snd salsa at a mexican restaurant ), which i've never gotten at a sushi place or chinese restaurant before. My husband got one of their new items, a sushi burrito- you pick a protein, veges and sauce. He got the salmon and said it was excellent. I'm a vegetarian and they have a lot of great meatless options. I got the lunch combo, mixed veges (in brown sauce) with rice and a salad with ginger dressing. Best I've had in a long time!!
