They had their children taking orders. I told the kid I wanted a vegetable soup. I got home and e gave me a tofu soup. When I went back the next day, I complained (nicely) and asked for something in return. They were nasty and told me that I should've been specific. This is the first time( and last) that we tried this place. We got the Pu Pu Platter which was over cooked and dried out, general tso's chicken, again, way over done, tiny pieces of chicken and dry, as was the egg roll that came with it. Next we had seafood delight which was passable at best. Last meal was moo goo gai pan, and it had to have been canned chicken they used, as I've never seen chicken like that. Although we got at least a dozen packets of duck sauce, there were NO noodles, and lastly there were NO fortune cookies! At a cost of $50 I certainly expected the food to be better that what we received. My husband was a bit upset that I didn't order soup, but I sure am glad we didn't throw more money away. read more

First time here and to be honest, it was/is pretty dang good. Sure children are in there but that is expected with a family run/owned business. All of those complaining about it should probably take a lesson from them and teach their own juvenile delinquents a thing or two about responsibility. I had the General Tso Chicken and it was good, could have been a bit spicier but I didn't ask for it so that is on me. The rice was run of the mill Chinese fried rice but good nonetheless. Literally the worst Chinese food I've had from coast to coast. There's was almost no difference between the two syrupy red sauces covering the orange chicken and the bourbon chicken..The Lo Mein was a congealed square mush.. and the pot stickers were brown on the inside.. in like a gravy. o k never done this before ,but this was the worst I have had in a long time. Not only was food bad but service was terrible. First off they don't delver so you have to pickup your own. We didn't get any gravey,over cooked egg rolls and you are suppose to get something free after you spend so much. So I spend over $40 got nothing free plus no gravy. Now its pouring outside and got to go back out for the gravy and fight for a two 2 liter of soda. Been going here since they opened will be looking for a new Chinese Restaurant. So my family ordered dinner form here tonight as we do about twice a month. Our typical bill is $55-$60. Tonight was no exception, it was a little over $60. To be honest I don't know if they would deliver to us since we are about six miles away but we pick up when we order out from anywhere. I pick up the food up and the young girl offers me a free bottle of soda since we spent so much but since we don't drink soda I said no thanks. I get home and as we go through the food we realize there was no gravy for our egg foo young. Well that's my dads favorite dish and since he is the one that pays I don't hesitate to go back. Another 12 miles round trip. As I'm leaving my mom is calling to let them know what they forgot. I also bring back some sort of red sauce that I didn't know what it was for. I get back and walk in and tell them I don't know what the sauce was for and the older woman says it's for sweet and sour chicken. That's great but we didn't get sweet and sour sauce. They give me the gravy and just stare at me with no apology. So I said hey since I had to drive back again next time we order would you give us the egg foo young for free for the inconvenience. Without hesitation the woman says No... you get nothing for free. I walk out absolutely pissed off knowing I will never come back. I get home and my mom tells me that when she called back the young girl says well we will review the video and see if we packed it. Like we ordered $60 worth of food and are trying to steal gravy. What a joke. So now I'm one visit they accuse us of lying, don't apologize for their mistake, and don't offer to make it right. Based on other reviews it's apparent they don't care if they mess up. Horrible Mean nasty owners! to start, they care nothing about customer service and only want your money any means possible. Place the combo order which was to include soup or soda. Picked up and realized when I got home I didn't have either. Called and they told me it was too late it was my fault because I did not order it. If it comes with it, it comes with it and they should offer you the option. went into the store and all the employees including their children were screaming at me saying I didn't order it too bad. what makes it worse when I got home I found a fly in my food. Aren't the cooks supposed to be wearing hats and gloves? How do you like the Flavor of sweat dripping in your food as they prepare it in the hot kitchen. Delicious food and great price. Usually get enough to make two meals out of the serving. My family has tried most things on the menu and have not found anything we wouldn't recommend. Only complaint, during busy times you may not get everything you order. Check your bag before leaving. read more
