Chicken & Broccoli with brown sauce on white rice. A small amount of Chicken Chow Mein, also very delish.

I Chicken & Broccoli and it comes in a savory brown sauce. Really tasty! There are also shaved bits of carrots. My husband had the Orange Chicken combo. The orange chicken is chunks of fried chicken (dark meat). We said to go light on the spice and it was good. Just a hint of spice like that of Panda Express level. My mother had Hot & Sour soup spicy and it was too spicy. She also got fried wontons and they were very delish. The egg rolls are very tasty. Nice good crunch. All in all very good!! This will be our go to Chinese food now.

It's been a very long time since my last order from Lins Garden. Was coming home from work and did not want to cook and decided to give them another try. I'm was not disappointed at all. The food was fresh, veggies were crunchy and both meals were very tasty.

Ate here again recently and they have regained my trust. Finally they have met the standards I have always held them at.

My take on Young's Buffet as someone who has frequented buffets and Asian restaurants in the all…read moreover the west and east coast: I came on a Thursday afternoon right before dinner rush, about 4:30-5pm. The building and ambiance is pretty typical for a Chinese buffet. They had the Thursday special going, which was $14.99. They have about 5 hot food areas, a hibachi grill corner, a fruit/cold section, a sushi area, a chocolate fountain, and single serve ice cream. Overall, they had a decent amount of variety of food, as well. In terms of food, some items had two labels on them. I got what I thought was hibachi chicken but on the other side it was called bourbon chicken. The pork egg roll, had no pork at all. The cheese wonton had crab, so it was a crab rangoon and it was pretty decent. The sweet and sour chicken was old and cold. The orange chicken was overly preserved and was cold. The black pepper chicken was pretty decent. The char sui roast pork was VERY old, I had to spit it out. The fried rice was extremely yellowish orange??? So it's a bit of a hit or miss depending on what you get. For customer service, I thought it was okay. My waitress did give me the wrong drink but she fixed it quick. She was also pretty on top of clearing plates, which was nice. As a whole, I think it's decent. It's not too bad, but also don't expect really good Chinese food.

Oh my. So we went to Youngs for their $13.99 lunch deal. Well the old adage of you get what you…read morepay for, lives here. Bad bad bad. The service was great and the place is so clean, but we rate on food mostly. The food was frankly one of the worst Chinese buffets I have eaten at. I have eaten at these type of restaurants all over the country, so while not a Chinese buffet snob, I do have some expectations. The food for the most part wasn't very flavorful or tasty. Even I can make cheap ingredients taste good. It's like they didn't even try to hide low cost ingredients. Then, you cannot leave them sitting out to dry out. More I can't tell you. Try another Chinese buffet place or you will likely be wholly disappointed. Frankly, if you like this place, you don't know good Chinese food. Sorry fans, we hate giving bad reviews, but this is worthy of warning hungry folks to pass on by or be, as stated, likely disappointed.

After reading some of the reviews, I was hopeful that the food here would be better than most of…read morethe mediocre to bad Chinese restaurants in the area. (By the way, Tely's on N. Wickham is the best.) I thought I would get 2 different combo plates in hopes that I would at least like one of them. So, I ordered a small size wonton soup and the C4 bone in spare ribs combo with pork fried rice and an egg roll and the C14 shrimp with garlic sauce combo with vegetable fried rice and a spring roll instead of the egg roll that comes with it, for a .50 up charge. On the menu it denotes that C14 is spicy/hot, so I asked for it to be medium. And I asked for scallions to be added to the fried rice which, I think should be in any good fried rice dish, as well as some sesame oil and soy sauce or Bragg liquid aminos, which taste similar to soy sauce. The broth part of the wonton soup isn't bad, but the meat part of the dumpling has a nasty inedible flavor and the crispy fried noodles that come with the wonton soup, that you normally crunch up into the broth, were stale!...so I would not order this again. The egg roll filling consist of mushy cabbage and pork that's not very good; and the packaged duck sauce and Chinese mustard are horrible, making it worse; but they didn't have fresh house-made sauces. The spring roll wasn't much better. They both taste as if they were previously frozen and are perhaps commercially manufactured. The shrimp with garlic sauce dish does have large size shrimp and lots of vegetables that aren't overcooked, but the sauce doesn't taste at all like garlic, is too sweet and it was too mild in heat; so I wouldn't order this dish again either. The vegetable fried rice was lacking in vegetables, egg, scallions, soy sauce and sesame oil. The ribs have a nice 5 spice flavor, but were overcooked with no juiciness inside. And one of the ribs was so overcooked that it was actually crunchy and should have never been served; below is a pic of it. The pork fried rice is lacking in pork pieces, egg, scallion, soy sauce and sesame oil. They do put white onion in the fried rice though. But even after I added some Bragg's liquid aminos, coconut aminos and sesame oil, it was just ok, not good enough to ever crave it, which is how it should be. So, even though I ate much of this; overall, I was disappointed. I'm not sure if I would try a couple more dishes or just drive north to go to the Crystal buffet or even further north to go to Tely's, where you pay more, but get better quality gourmet dishes. Part of why I was hoping that Chopstick House would be good, was because they stay open until 10 pm and most other good restaurants close by 8:30 for orders, and I'm a late night person. Melbourne needs more high quality late night and authentic ethnic restaurants like Orlando has.

Inside the spring roll (L) and egg roll (R). Both aren't very good. Mushy cabbage/pork filling in the egg roll. Probably previously frozen.

The soups and salads were great....hot when they should be and cold and crispy when they should be. My entree was so shocking I forgot to take a picture....I got Dragon and Phoenix (shrimp and scallops)... the four shrimp were not large and all dried out while the U10 (called out on menu) scallops were the size of a quarter at most. It was cold....mine was the low light. The pupu platter was enjoyed by who ordered it and the Crispy Prawn with Honey Glazed walnuts was a hit with the birthday girl. Merry me prawns were coconutty and hot too. THe seaseme chicken was hot and actually very good value. Protip do not order water....it tasted like a hose...very bad. Lemon could not help it. This isn't usually the case since kids meals typically go uncared for. The two adult meals we had were both great and veggies again were really good. Service: the waiter was super great. He took care of us so well and was really great with the kids. They have a robot food cart that brings the food to the table. The kids absolutely loved it. The waiter even brought the "kitty cart" out three times so our kids could each press the buttons and make it talk. Ambiance: it was quiet and cozy. We loved the aquariums too. We even met the owners who sat at the front door. They were super kind and really seemed to care about our experience as a family. We will be back for sure.
