Had lunch here on May 2nd.we arrived at 11:30 to a room 3/4 full. Here are the pros and cons: Pro. Food was overall tasty but was lacking in some of the entrees needing salt and spices, thin lo mein noodles were very bland for example. The food pans were kept full with the exception of the sushi bar and some of the seafood dishes, salmon was empty for quite sometime. Many chicken dishes were offered, some were grissly and hard. Our favorite was the pork ribs and the salt and pepper shrimp! con: very little seafood items at lunch. Fried fish, didn't say what kind, salt and pepper shrimp, salmon which I never saw as pan was empty, fried shrimp , baby octopus and artificial krab. No oysters, crab , clams etc. I was told that they only have oysters and crab legs on holidays! Service was a bit slow in refilling drinks, but being new it is expected. The cocktail sauce and tartar sauce were at the opposite end of the hot buffet. I was told that they are there as they need to be kept cold. Maybe they haven't heard of a bowl of ice put next to the fish items. We won't be running back soon as the usual items they offer are not much different than other buffets in the area! Ambiance is ok for being so crowded. It would be nice to have young crying kids seated in your glass covered room in the back area. read more

This place lowkey shocked me. Buffets can be a hit or miss, but Lin's is so clean it almost felt illegal. Plates stacked, floors spotless, everything fresh like they just made it for me personally. The food? Actually delicious like I went in expecting "meh" and walked out in a full-on food coma, no regrets. Definitely the kind of buffet you brag about finding. read more

There's a reason its $20 a person. Food taste like a buffet charging $20. Nothing stood out to me and most of the seafood was there just to make it seem like they have good food. Once you try the seafood you know you aren't getting quality. As for the sushi you can just look at it and see how low quality the items are. I guess this is a good Chinese buffet when you don't know any better. Maybe its good for the area and the cliental in the are things its amazing, but for someone who drove almost two hours to try this place its a hard pass for me. Although I will say the layout of the restaurant and the interior style is very up-to-date and clean, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place for their food if you are a very discerning eater and have high standards. I read the reviews before going today and although there was a lot of negative feedback, I decided to try & judge it myself. They were right. The food is poor quality and either too salty or very bland. It also tasted as if had been frozen for a while. I would not recommend this place. read more

Overall, this place was okay it's not better than Hibachi at Temecula or Asia seafood buffet. The service with Cassie was way better than the food. Service was great, very friendly and positive attitude. But the food needs to be cooked more fresh. Orange chicken tasted old. Need to some baked mussels. This buffet is the only buffet that did not have baked mussels. The ambiance was okay. The front people need to speak to customers about cash back because not a lot of people will read the fine print about gratuity. So please have cashier talk to customers and suggest for cash back because not a lot of people carry cash. It was an okay experience. read more

The food is great, the staff are amazing. You might have to wait for the Mongolian grill line but that's to be expected with as many customers there are. The vibe is bustling and makes you feel like a kid at hometown buffet in the 90s. It's quite lively. Say less. The food was really old and bad. Everything i tasted felt off and i was worried id get sick. Service was great and everyone was really nice but i genuinely don't understand what went wrong with the quality and taste of the food. The food here for lunch is very mediocre. The selection isn't that great and the food lacks a lot of flavor. The best thing they had was the crawdads. Tried the Mongolian grill and they don't add enough seasoning to it. The Chinese Seafood Buffet in the shopping center across the street is much better. The sushi is terrible and they dont offer any crab or shrimp cocktail during lunch. If it was more than $15.00 it definitely would be worth it. read more

Gross . Food is not good. I really wanted it to be...but it's not. Service consisted of bringing drinks to the table. The girl we had was very sweet and she was always quick to refill our drinks and take any dirty plates. Again, the food was not good. The ambience was similar to like a Hometown Buffet. Never again. Giving this a 1 star because there was a funny taste with the meat. I felt like it could have been almost expiring meat and they tried to disguise it with the sauces. Zero stars if possible. Such a great concept but poorly executed. The food has seemingly been rotated for days and sits under the heat lamps all day resulting in brittle, overcooked, old, everything. The orange & sesame chicken is so hard, you can't bite, chew or cut through it. The ribs are dry and brittle. The hot, seafood items taste old and like they are starting to turn bad. You have to peel the shrimp for a shrimp cocktail. The dessert section was disappointing. Nothing but cheap cookies, etc. The sushi was just ok. Ice cream machine had a selection of dirty plastic spoons and stale cones available. The Silverware they provide is the cheapest, thinnest possible. We both had stomach aches after eating here. It was very packed when we came , we couldn't really experience much because there was either a line to get something or it was out or someone was cutting in line. What ever we did get which was noodles , some orange chicken and what ever sushi was left , it was good. Hopefully next time we come it's not overly crowded. We tried to go here over the past weekend that Sunday April 4th and it was SO PACKED and the wait was an hour!!! So we figured we'd try it on on a weekday instead which was yesterday Tuesday we arrived about 5:45pm and gave our name and paid for the 5 of us and they called us in less then 5 minutes . We were seated in a nice clean booth the server arrived immediately and took our drink orders and we were off to the races ! Your typical Asian spread , fresh salmon, crayfish gumbo, butterfly shrimp, spring rolls, egg rolls, hot wings, pizza for the kiddos , fries, steamed clams, low mein, various different other noodles dishes , orange chicken , Cajun chicken, sesame chicken, teriyaki chicken, freind rice, won tons, a raw bar with various meats from fresh shrimp, pork, beef, chicken and all the various noodles to aff along your soon to be cooked dish. Once you put you plate together the chef will the take it and put it on the hot grill and cook it to your preference. They even have cooked to order steaks. They cut the raw steaks fresh from the slab of meat and you tell them chef how you like your steak and you just wait a few minutes and before you know you have a fresh cooked to order steak to your liking . This is not advertised you just have to go where the grill station is and that's where you place your steak order. So much more to add but definitely give it a try we will definitely be back just not on a weekend. I was recommended this place but nooo never coming back. It looked nice but once we got to the buffet there were flies everywhere and everything looked stale. Our waiter was very kind but our water had floating particles and we had to leave and get a refund. When we asked for a refund and addressed the issue the cashier rolled their eyes. **Attn: to those with Allergies** I never want to write bad reviews but I feel like it is my moral obligation to share my story for the sake of public safety and to prevent what happened to me, happening to someone else. My friends and I visited this buffet Thursday evening 7/3/25. I have a peanut allergy so I was appreciative to see the clear signage above about 80% of the items. Not only did they mention what the dish was, they also listed allergens such as peanuts, wheat, soy etc. I have known of my allergy for years and am always mindful when visiting restaurants. I grabbed a couple of plates of dishes such as the sushi and fried dishes. All went well. For my last plate, I went up to the Mongolian grill to select my custom plate to be cooked- beef, noodles, mushrooms and zucchini. The female chef then took my plate to cook it. The instructions say that you can choose the sauces but she did not ask me which sauces that I'd like. I did not mind this very much as none of the sauces listed had any disclaimers about peanuts. I got back to my table and enjoyed a few bites but noticed right away that I was feeling a reaction and suspected I somehow got in contact with peanuts. From that moment on, everything started to escalate very fast. I started showing mild symptoms of a reaction-stuffy nose, itchy throat, but when my friends started to notice it getting more severe, we decided to leave right then and there and go to the ER across the freeway at Rancho Springs. I was taken care of right away as my breathing was so labored by that point. The doctors had to administer EpiPen and other medications to get my system regulated. They said I had suffered severe anaphylaxis and it was lifesaving that I got to the hospital when I did. I am very grateful that I am still alive today. Again, I have dealt with this allergy for years and successfully avoided any hospital visits. I applaud the buffet for taking the time with the signage but it is evident that some cross contamination occurred. My theory is it had something to do with the Mongolian grill section. Everything happened so fast that I did not alert staff of my situation at the time. The following day, I called to speak with management and Andy, the manager, listened to my story but did not offer any remedy such as a refund, which surprised me. I didn't bother asking as that wasn't my intent with the call but I would have appreciated more empathy to the trauma I experienced due to their restaurant. My goal in posting my story is so this restaurant can learn from my story and change practices to avoid any potentially fatal outcomes for other patrons as that's where mine could have ended. read more
