I was staying at the Four Points and my travel group wanted to grab dinner. It made sense to go to Linx since it's in the hotel. I did see the low ratings on Yelp, so my expectations weren't high. We sat down, and noticed it wasn't too busy. I only tried two things: the daily feature meatlover burger and the flatbread. Both were fine. They were decently made, and tasted just like anything you would get at a chain restaurant. Service was average. Our server was nice enough and did what she needed to do. Nothing more, nothing less. I recently hosted a week long event for about 40 people at Four Points hotel and Linx catered 12 of our meals. Every meal was absolutely fantastic. My guests were very happy with every meal and our banquet dinner was just perfect! And the manager, Jim, helped me every step of the way and I don't know what I would have done without his experience and kindness. The porker sandwich was very tasty, the chicken quesadilla left something to be desired. Margaritas weren't the best we've had, but they were strong. There was a heavily inebriated older gentleman at the bar who told my boyfriend that he shouldn't leave me alone around him but that "she's like a Ferrari, it's hot but I couldn't drive it." We stayed at the hotel (4 Points by Sheraton) attached to the restaurant and based on the yelp rating we almost decided to look into other options in the area, but I'm glad we decided to stick with eating at Linx. We were very happy with the food and the quick and friendly service. I also enjoyed sampling several of the IPAs they had available on tap. Service is slower than slow. There's no direction as to whether choose your own table or wait for a server. There were 4 of us in our party, and the only tables unoccupied at 9pm, we 2 tables that sat 2 people each. The atmosphere is very loud, and the bartenders seem overly-stressed. It took about 10-15 minutes for us to get a drink order, and after we got our drinks, they still forgot my friend's beer. 30 minutes after that, we made a food order. Appetizers came out with the entrees, and we were never offered refills at this time. My friends at the other table, didnt get their appetizers until 45 minutes after my sister and I. At this point, a table opened up. The four of us never were asked about refills. 75 minutes pass and we just ask for the bill. Pretzels were good, pierogies okay. They forgot half of our food order. The food was great! The service was horrible! It was 4th of July and I don't know how this place would have survived if it had a full house. There was one employee who was acting as bartender and server and another employee who was a food runner (he may have been doing the cooking as well). My daughter waited for 20 minutes for her drink. I was just recently here as I was staying at the Comfort Suites hotel over Valentine's Day weekend with my boyfriend. It's definitely more like a hole in the wall, frequented by locals type of a place. At least, that's what I got from the feel of it. I do see quite a few negative reviews on here and that's disappointing. I mean, it's definitely not a stand out as far as bars or food goes but the bartenders were very nice and QUICK to refill your drinks. It's more of a relaxed feel than anything. No hostess so you seat yourself. Just a very nice, laid-back kind of feel. So again, nothing exceptional but it was my cup of tea so I enjoyed it. read more

Note: this review is about 11 months old. I came here last year and the service was terrible. The waitress took like 15 minutes before getting to our table. The fact there was no one else there and they still took 15 minutes is inexcusable. I ordered the roast beef and my girlfriend ordered pasta. The roast beef was really tough and the vegetables on the side were canned. My girlfriend's pasta was really dry and gave way too much. A convenient location for visitors staying at the Comfort Suites across from Dorney Park. Linx has more of a pub feel than a restaurant feel. It's focus is definitely a sports bar. It reminds me of a Buffalo Wild Wings. Half off apps till 10pm?! That's amazing! Interior: The furniture is simple with plenty of space and walking room. It has a nicely elevated bar section with numerous flat screen TVs for your viewing pleasure. The location is a bit unusual since its attached to the hotel. The crowd is small but I'm here in January and maybe during the busier season it's different. There is an outdoor patio which seems inaccessible in the winter but there is a fireplace that looks like it would make good smores. The Food: Half off Apps till 10pm is a solid deal but the food isnt worth it. I ordered the Mozzarella Sticks and BBQ Chicken Sandwich. Meh... the food was subpar. The Sticks were barely seasoned and came out of a frozen bag. They tasted over cooked, rubbery and lacked flavor. Occasional some salt and cheese would stick out but it was over powered by the grease. The BBQ Chicken Sandwich was over cooked, dry and bland. The BBQ sauce was watery and was too sweet. The sandwich came with potato chips that were 'homemade' but were overcooked and bland. Overall the food was lacking. The service: the people are friendly and laid back. Easy to talk to and seem to enjoy the pace of their work. The bar tender knows how to make drinks and makes them well. There is a small selection of drinks on tap but they are great choice which make up for the small numbers. The drink selections was good. The other servers seemed preoccupied with their phones and the preferred customers. It seemed like they didn't divvy their services evenly with the rest of the patrons. If your looking for the Buffalo Wild Wing taste and experience this is not a place. You'll jinx your team coming to Linx. For a restaurant attached to a hotel, this was actually really good compared to many I've tried. I started with the crab balls which were done crispy and had crab you could see when biting into them. I then had the wings weren't bad, they should have been left in the fryer a bit longer and I prefer blue cheese over ranch which they charge extra for, which I strongly disagree with. About 6 beers on tap, a few bottle selections, mostly domestic. I had the bartender make me a bloody Mary, it was one of the best I've ever had( good and spicy w/o asking for it). The patio looked like a descent place to hang, always a sucker for a place that puts a bean bag toss on there patio. Certain areas looked like they needed a little cleaning TLC but where we sat at the bar was fine. read more

Been here many times as I stayed at the hotel attached to it for travel about every 6 weeks or so. It's is a bar that serves food! So expect bar grub. It is not the worst, nice little bar sometimes under staffed so it can take a bit for a refill but they try. Food is usually ok, again not a restaurant per say but it hits the spot after long day of traveling and don't have to go far. Wings are good, burgers, and steak and cheese. Usually only get these. So......we were here last year and it was awesome. This year it was terrible. Understaffed and false advertising. There was "breakfast after midnight" advertised on the ticket and we went to the front desk to ask about it and the receptionist(nicole) said that it was a separate entity between the bar/club and the hotel???? But the hotel sells the package and she said that we need to take it up with the bar manager(jimmy), For not providing the breakfast after midnight! Well she had a crappy attitude and all we were doing was trying to get clarification on what was printed on the ticket. We recommended this place to our friends and family last year but after this new year this place is garbage. They dont care about their customers and they pawn off responsibility on someone else so there was no resolve and i or my family will never come back here ever again. Yet again we had to leave because of the absolutely depressing music that the same guy from months ago was playing... it was pretty obvious by the way everyone there said "thank god" everytime the awkward, sad songs were done and the radio went back on that no one was enjoying it. My wife and I had a light dinner here and it was good. I had a delicious club sandwich which I could not finish and my wife had a burger which was also well prepared. We ate at the bar and our server, Brandy, was attentive and competent. We were staying at the Comfort Inn and based on posted reviews here, almost passed.
