They told me I could pay off the phone balance after the first payment. That was true, but what they didn't tell me is that I would have to pay the full retail price if I did so. So, no discount. Lie #1. They told me that I could add a micro SD card to upgrade the memory. So, I bought a 1 TB card, opened the card tray, and discovered it had no provision for the card - only two Sims. Lie #2. I have been carrying my stepmother in Ohio on my account and needed to switch her line as well. She was unable to get to T-Mobile there to get a new Sim. Somehow, she managed to get a new phone and account from at&t. T-Mobile charged me ~$150.00 for the transfer that never happened. And, they won't back that out. My first bill was ~$136.00. My second vill was ~$425.00. I was told that this included charges from the beginning of the account. What happened to the first payment? I was told that the store would take this up with the management and they would be in touch. Four times they told me that. Lies 3, 4, 5, and 6. I called customer service and had a long conversation with them. Among other things, they were supposed to cancel anything related to my stepmother line. Weeks later, thus had not been done. Lie #8. The store told me that it had been canceled too. Lie #9. Yesterday I stopped to talk to them. When I walked in, no response. Both agents were helping other customers. I left and went to the store on 620. Working with them was a positive experience. I'll see how that goes. In the mean time, DO NOT GO TO OR TRUST THIS STORE. They do not know what they are doing and have no issue lying.

I did as they stated and the lady working at this store said they don't accept them and to mail it back. I showed her the text message from T-Mobile stating to return it to any of their stores for a return. She rudely refused. I got home and called T-Mobile and, as I thought, I was correct. She was supposed to accept the phone and the representative said they were having trouble with uncooperative stores like this not following corporate rules. He kindly apologized for her incorrect information. Stay away from this store if you want quality customer service. The lady here obviously was unconcerned with helping me and following corporate rules.

They seem to be well-trained, familiar with the store layout, and they know where to find things. The store is also kept well-stocked with commonly used items. I usually look online first for whatever I need, and that enables me to see if it's in stock, and also where it's located in the store. This is a big time-saver. If they don't have what I need in-store, it's easy to order for home delivery, and it almost always arrives the next day. Checking online first also enables me to see sales and promotions that might save me money on whatever I need from there. Their return process is quick and painless, and I appreciate that they have a dedicated register for returns so that customers with things they want to purchase don't have to wait behind those making returns, and vice versa. By the way, they will also allow you to check out at the Returns register if there's no one making a return there. I also occasionally use their online order/pickup in store option. This gives me the choice of curbside pickup, which is handy when I'm ordering heavy items and need help loading. They bring it right out to the car and load it, and I don't even have to go inside. The other option is to pickup my online order from one of the lockers just inside the entrance. I buy all of my appliances here. They have helpful salespeople, and their delivery service and installation is excellent. They show up at the scheduled time, and they bring the right item, which isn't always the case with some of their competitors. The employees are usually smiling, and they appear to like working there which makes me think this Home Depot management treats them well. That makes me want to continue to do business with them.

Great help finding what I needed. The assistance from employees is great. Super friendly too!read more
