Two minor issues, yes, but I have had been in the hospital, was still recovering, so it was a lot for me. When I called to make the appointment for service, I advised the service department that I had a warranty covering the two damaged tires. It wasn't noted, unbeknownst to me, so when they were updating me on the length of time before completion, and cost, I realized they were charging me for the tires. I told them about the warranty and was told I should have said something about when I dropped it off. They put the blame on me, which I will take part of it, but they should be talking to service for not making note of it. I just won't be back for service.

If I could give it less than a one star rating I would. The previous management has left and they have not filled the shoes properly. I originally purchased my Mitsubishi lancer in 2014 and I've had it worked on there for service ever since. Today they lost my key to my vehicle when it was there for one full day. Not only did they lose it, it's completely gone. They don't know if it was stolen, so I had to have a family member go get my personal spare so they could program both keys so that I wouldn't only be down to one key. Luckily they still have the quality technicians at hand to take care and program the keys so that nobody could break into my vehicle with the original key that they lost. The same can't be said for their service staff. Throughout the day while I was waiting for my vehicle while I'm working I only received one phone call from them. Their service advisor couldn't even tell me an estimate for my repairs let alone give me an estimate for additional things that I wanted done besides what the labor cost be would for an hour of work. I then proceeded to wait 10 minutes on the phone while he tried to plug in the information needed for the rest of my vehicles repairs. By that time I had to return to work and couldn't speak with him any further. The new management was more worried about leaving for the day and already had his coat on and decided to not even address the issue at all with the missing key. Instead he left cause he doesn't want to deal with the problem. The previous manager Jakub wouldn't have let this happen, let alone have such poor handling of service from there advisors. Such a shame to have a great dealership go to waste. For the good people that are still there working, trying to save the sinking ship, I'm sorry that the place is turning into a nightmare. You guys shouldn't be wasting your time working there any longer!!!

Sales - Good (See end of review) Finance - Bad (Scam alert)…read more INTEREST SCAM ALERT - People, check the BANK OF AMERICA site for their current auto loan rates before going into this dealership. BOA is consistently among the lowest and a good base-point to use. After running my credit and knowing by buying power (both very strong), I was provided a rate (6.99) that was nearly TWO full points over what BOA was advertising. I inquired with Alex Moore (finance manager) and was told "The rate and payments I sent over are from bank of America. The 5.04 rate on their website is advertised rates as low as. There is a lot that goes into what rate the bank gives you. Examples money down, amount finance, etc." That quote is in writing via text and complete BS. I inquired with BOA directly and applied for a loan, and was instantly approved for the full amount to be financed and their advertised rate. I CALLED BOA to ask why the dealer rate was so high, and was told THE DEALER SHOULD BE SEEING THE SAME RATE that I was approved for on their side, but they were likely adding onto it to receive more money for the dealership. I called out this and was given a rate that was still 1/2 a point higher than BOA. I said I would use BOA and was told they don't accept outside financing ... which is because the dealership is making ridiculous money off customers on the financing side by selecting rates with higher kick-backs to the dealership. THIS SHOULD BE CRIMINAL! Sales side - Good experience. Michelle worked diligently to make sure the vehicle I selected was quickly outfitted with the accessories I wanted to add on. I flew in from out of state and she made sure the final sales portion was quick; I was in and out in 30 minutes, which was wonderful.

*Service Center* We brought a vehicle in for repairs and was given a quote. 30-40 minutes later…read morethey called back and was told the technician began to take the car apart and found broken part and added more to the cost of the repairs. When I questioned how you could give a quote without fully taking the car apart, they said that's normal and they just normally add it to the "insurance" bill, even though we were paying out of pocket. I questioned that maybe the technician could have broken it and why would we be responsible for it. Long story, horrible customer service and unwilling to bend on any pricing or offer any coupons/discounts. They ever push the 3% surcharge for using a credit card back on the customer. If a zero star could have been given, I would have done that.

I came into do a test drive and…read morewas immediately hit with a condescending toned line of questioning about whether I already had financing (it was implied that a credit check would have to be done before test driving which is absurd because the car was among the cheapest on the lot) once he couldn't get off barring me from test driving he started asking if I had insurance (I do) then it became a question of what kind of insurance I had (let's keep in mind that dealerships are supposed to have casualty on all their vehicles and this one apparently doesn't). At this point I've already made up my mind that I don't want to do business with this haughty "salesmen" and inform him that my insurance is through progressive (I've been to five car dealerships today and not one of them required full coverage to test drive a car - they all had dealership insurance specific for test drives). He then stated I couldn't drive it because of my insurance. I would've been irritated regardless of all of this because of the outcome but I would've understood it because of the reasoning- they don't have the insurance policy on their cars that most reputable ones do- okay fine. But I was being spoken to like a homeless person off the street who was looking to buy above my means when I am the furthest thing from it. The appropriate thing to do would've been to say "thanks for coming in, let's sit down and talk" and asked for those credentials in a respectful manner. Not immediately bombard me with rude questions in the lobby of the business. No wonder it was empty. Just be wary before coming here that if you don't meet the physical description of their ideal customer you'll be asked for NASA Space shuttle insurance, tax returns spanning five decades, and the blood of your first born. Instead of helping me, I was told I needed to continue using the dealership where I purchased the vehicle because they would know what services had been performed and what parts had been used. That explanation made no sense, especially since both dealerships are GM dealerships and service records are generally accessible within the GM network. After asking for further clarification, I was told there is nothing more they can do. I felt completely dismissed and pushed away.

USED CAR BUYER BEWARE!…read more My experience with Classic BMW was ultimately frustrating and disappointing, especially given the high standards and quality that BMW sets for themselves. I reached out regarding a used X5 that had just been listed. I was connected with Shaun Dubecky, who explained the vehicle had only been taken in on trade the night before and had not yet completed the inspection process. From the outset, Shaun was responsive and helpful. Providing videos of the exterior and interior, along with additional requests. I made it clear that I would be making a 3 hour trip to see the car and that I was a serious interested buyer. I specifically asked for an undercarriage video which I received one from the technician noting a check engine light that was being addressed due to the emissions. I was told there were no leaks or other concerns, and that the undercarriage condition was typical for a vehicle from the region. By Friday evening, I was told the necessary part would arrive and the problem would likely be resolved by midday Saturday. Based on that communication, I committed to making the drive with intention to purchase the vehicle. I was brought directly into the service bay to view the vehicle while it was finishing inspection after asking if I could see the vehicle up in the air. Once the car was lifted, I instantly notice fresh oil coming from the rear differential. A quick swipe coated my finger, and the technician immediately identified it as a rear differential pinion seal leak and would need to be repaired. This was clearly not something that had just developed in that moment and Shaun right there and knew it was on the top of my concern list and would notify his boss. We proceeded with a test drive, and I reiterated my concerns. However, when it came time to discuss the deal, the tone switched and the issue was reframed as a "seep," and I was told it would not be repaired because it did not trigger a warning light. To me a seep and a leak not much different. My offer was dismissed without being taken to management. When I asked if they could at least verify fluid levels or inspect for metal shavings so I could feel comfortable driving the vehicle home, I was told, "If it's leaking, it means there is fluid in there." That statement alone was enough to raise serious concerns about the standard of the dealership. There was also a noticeable shift in tone throughout the visit. At one point it was mentioned that the dealership did not need to sell the vehicle and could simply send it to auction, despite the fact that I had already traveled a significant distance based on prior assurances. I was also told that this type of issue is common for the model year, which did little to justify leaving it unaddressed. Troy, the used car sales manager, came out to speak with me. He was professional, listened carefully, and appeared to understand the situation from a customer's perspective. He made an effort to recover the absolute fumble of a sale Shuan lost, but by that point the combination of time lost, travel, and the handling of a clear mechanical issue had already undermined any confidence in moving forward. The vehicle sold itself. What ultimately ended the deal was not the existence of a problem confirmed by both parties, but the unwillingness to address it and the dismissive approach taken when it was brought to light. For a dealership representing a premium brand, I expected a higher level of accountability, transparency, and pride in the brand they wear on their chest. Based on this experience, I would advise others to approach with caution, particularly when considering a used vehicle and relying on the dealership's assessment of its condition. Troy followed up once. But once they washed their hands from the interested car, my experience and concern vanished with that sale as well. I'll leave with this, would you want your loved one to buy a car from a place that dismisses a mechanical "seep" and tells them its common and not a concern since there is no light on the dash?
