    Mock Tuna Salad Sandwich

Vegetarians and vegans rejoice! For you have Liquid Earth to satisfy your hunger! The sandwiches were delicious and I can testify to this fact as I had the liquid earth club and the fake tuna salad sandwich. Both were of considerable size for the money. The service was great as the server had some great suggestions for the mood my wife and daughter were in. The smoothie was delicious and if that's your thing, being healthy with fruits and the like, you should get one too. Lastly, this establishment passed the test and truly displayed how fantastic they are. In addition to toilet paper, is the option to use the three shells. For in the future, everybody will be using three shells instead of the barbaric toilet paper of today.

The Sacred Submarine Sandwich. Its tastes sacred and it is as big as a submarine

This place deserves 10 stars Before I walked into Liquid Earth, I did not think I would be having a life changing meal. I had the best sandwich in my entire lifeeee I came into Liquid Earth expecting a basic, regular meal and was left blown away. I didn't think vegetarian food could get this good. The submarine sandwich was stacked and full of flavor. It was so big I had to take most of it to go :) We were helped by a super friendly guy that made the experience even better. He recommended the wings, which I didn't see on the menu, but I'm so glad we tried them. They were crispy and delicious and something I'd definitely come back for. Also had one of their fresh juices and it was bomb. Super refreshing and clearly made with care :) You don't have to be vegan or vegetarian to enjoy Liquid Earth. The flavors, the creativity, the atmosphere -- it all works :) I wish I could try everything on the menu. Totally recommend. Don't sleep on this gem in Baltimore.

I ordered a carrot juice, green juice and a vegan chocolate chip cookie, came out to about $21. The people who tended on us were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products, they were able to modify our drinks perfectly. The cookie was a bit soft for my taste, I prefer crunchy, harder cookies, but the juices were great! I definitely recommend this restaurant, I will try some of their food another time.

    The Cabbage Soup special

If you want to step back in time to the Baltimore/Fells Point of late 1990s or early 2000s for quirky atmosphere when "natural" drinks and food were rare--Liquid Earth is where you want to hang out to read your newspaper (or scroll your iPhone), share confidences with your journal or talk with your bestie. Strolling this early fall afternoon of misty, overcast, breezy Fells, I felt some sniffles and hurried to Liquid Earth for the Cabbage Soup special and the Ginger Cold Snap Cure juice. I was not disappointed, and feel all the better for it! Note: Across the street is the equally retro and usually busy Blue Moon Cafe know for classic brunches. Nearby Broadway beckons for more window shopping, eating or day drinking.

Incredible meal! Had the raw pizza and vegan ruben, so so good. Wish this was located in Philly! The staff is really sweet as well.

All very delicious. Oleum is one of Baltimore's , fully plant-based restaurants, serving creative, internationally inspired vegan cuisine. Located in the historic Fells Point neighborhood (with previous operations near the Inner Harbor), the independent, locally owned eatery is famous for scratch-made dishes that appeal to both vegans and meat-eaters alike Location & HoursAddress: 701 S. Bond St, Baltimore, MD 21231 (Fells Point)Vibe: An intimate, rustic dining space with a bar, exposed brick, and cozy sidewalk seating. Open for lunch, dinner, and a popular weekend brunch. Operating hours can vary, so check Oleum Vegan Kitchen for the current schedule. The MenuCreated by chef-owner Alisha Adibe, the menu avoids highly processed meat substitutes in favor of fresh, global flavors and scratch-made vegan cheeses and meats. Popular highlights include:Miso Mushroom Bucatini: A fan-favorite pasta fusing Mediterranean flavors with inspiration from the chef's time living in Japan.Artisanal Pizzas: House-made dough topped with ingredients like harissa-marinated mushrooms, tahini, and hummus.Brunch: Highlights include their "strawberries and cream" or cinnamon pancakes, as well as hearty breakfast burritos.Desserts: The tofu-based tiramisu and carrot cake are highly rated . While walk-ins are welcome at the bar, the main dining room is highly sought-after so make a reservation . The menu is 100% dairy-free and meat-free, with various gluten-free options available.

Non-vegan here! I feel like my expectations for the food were set by only vegans, which gave me a…read moreskewed perspective going in, so to my non-vegans out there, here's how I'd approach Oleum: It's incredibly impressive what they come up with in terms of recreating non-vegan dishes using plant-based-only ingredients. Creative, complex, and unexpected--and incredibly thoughtful. I definitely see why this is considered vegan fine dining: I'd think you'd have to be nothing short of a master chef to craft some of these dishes using only plant-based ingredients. It was fun to try a few of their 'how on earth did they make this vegan' menu items, but I also wish we'd ordered some dishes that are naturally closer to vegan, as I think that's where I'd be really blown away (beyond the novelty value, as a non-vegan diner). Highly recommend ordering a bunch of dishes and sharing them across the table so you get to sample lots of different foods and preparations. We ordered: SMALL PLATES Ravioli bravas Maryland style crab cakes Shrimp scampi ENTREES Blackened alfredo Mushroom miso bucatini Meat lovers pizza I went in with unrealistic expectations because I'd been told 'it tastes just as good as the non-vegan version--SERIOUSLY!' and because of the caliber of the restaurant, I didn't think to manage those expectations. So I hit a bit of an uncanny valley with pretty much all of the dishes: it tastes a lot LIKE a crab cake, but something's off about it...this is the FLAVOR profile of shrimp scampi, but the texture isn't right...etc. (except for the pastas, which I'll say none of us were very impressed by). I think that's a lot of their branding, though, because even their menu design is setting you up with that (wrong, imo) expectation: I actually had to confirm with the bartender that this was a vegan restaurant, because they list bacon, sausage, parmesan, provolone, and beef in their dishes! It's very confusing, haha. I think if I didn't have those expectations going in, and went in more with the curiosity of 'wow, how do they make a mushroom-based crab cake? or tofu that tastes like shrimp?!' that would have been a much better dining experience for me. After coming to the above realizations, I'm looking forward to returning and trying the dishes with a different lens. And I want to order some that are naturally plant-based, as I imagine those are really going to shine--no uncanny valley to be seen!
