    $3 5oz pours and $8 12 oz cider

Great place to have a beer. First time here on our way back to the bay from SoCal and just randomly stopped here. Small town feel. Eddy is awesome! Not really into beer so asking if they had cider options and before I could even settle into the booth he was already bringing me tastes of the sours because they don't have cider but wanted me to taste the closest thing they had. They have a great variety. They don't have flights but have $3 pours. The pineapple sour is so good. Definitely worth a try if you are in the central coast. Very friendly staff, great price, various selections.

    Kettle Sour, my fave!

We happened to go get some pizza in Orcutt and noticed Liquid Gravity Brewing Company! We stopped in for a drink and the ambiance is a vibe! The staff is super welcoming and the sour kettle and lager we had was absolutely delicious! This is the perfect spot for a date but is also family friendly! I was pleasantly surprised to see you can bring food in while having a quality class of craft brew! We will definitely be back again

My favorite from my testers, that I brought home.

We stopped here on our way to Avila Beach, around 12:30pm on a Friday. I specifically chose it because of their selection of IPAs. It was our first time visiting Orcutt and my family and I enjoyed the homey, "small town feel" that it gave off. They don't offer "flights" per se so I just ordered four 5oz. tasters of pretty much all the IPAs they had on tap. Meet the Flockers is a hazy IPA, so not surprising it came in first for me, given that hazies (hazys/plural?) are a current favorite of mine. The Art of Quiet came in second. I would not order the other two again so I will not rank them lol. Service was fine, just one guy from what we could see. It wasn't busy when we arrived but it was by the time we left. They don't offer food but they are attached by an inside door, to a pizza shop. However, we saw others that brought and ate their lunches from other places, so that's cool. Overall, I would stop here again just for the town it's in and its charm. The good beer is a plus!

I only came to naughty oak to get my daughter a root beer yesterday afternoon and the older blonde lady yelled at us to get out because I happened to be holding a beer from the place next door. Their sign says do not bring wine from next door. They should make it say do not bring beer OR wine from next door, especially if their staff is rudely yelling at paying customers to leave over it. I also recommend they train their staff how to properly handle a dispute with a customer. I spent alot of money at this place over the years, but thanks to the older blonde lady with the attitude problem, they will not be getting any business from me or my people anymore.

They don't serve food, but they welcome you to bring your own, and there's a food truck plus restaurants right across the street, so you're covered. The real highlight was the bartender. My husband described what he looks for in a beer and without missing a beat, he recommended two perfect picks -- Peaches and The Able. Both were spot on. That kind of attentive, knowledgeable service is rare and it made the whole experience. My husband loved it so much that we stopped back on our way home to grab a growler and a 4-pack to bring to his dad. That says it all. We'll absolutely be back.

We ordered a BBQ chicken pizza which was surprisingly delicious and the wife ordered a beer. We sat in the bar area and I decided to go with the self pour option where they give you a card to tap a sensor and select any beer on tap to pour yourself. Me and a buddy of mine had some issues with a few of the self pour taps where we just believed they were out of beer and it also over charged us. I told a server about my single issue where it over charged me and he said he would take care of it but my friend had the worst of luck. 2/3 beers he attempted to pour were simply out. This was when Jess, our savior came to the rescue. When it was time to pay the tab, she comped both of our orders. Mind you, I had 4 beers. Guess what the total was? Yeah, $28. Paid for my wife's beer and our pizza and because I had a single complication with the beer self pour station, she comped the 4 beers I had as well as my friend's order. This is Grade A customer service and a reason why I'd return to Blast 825 Brewery, so shoutout to Jess! We all appreciate you.

We live within easy walking distance so we took a nice little walk. As we entered there was music playing on a record player which was great and the shop was set up nice and neat with a welcoming bar or tables to take a seat. We were instantly greeted by Mark and asked what brought us in today. We let him know we wanted to do a tasting and he let us know that his selection today was from Thatcher. There was a rose and a few red blends and a Syrah. All very tasty. Mark was educated and well informed in the blender and his styles and profiles as well as the offerings and gave us notes with each pour and answered any questions. Wine isn't all available there was beers on tap as well as some non-alcohol options. We ordered a small charcuterie plate which for the price at a small wine bar was good and above what I expected. We through conversations with Mark mentioned we wanted to have our ballroom dance instructor at Allure Ballroom to do a wine and dance social cause the businesses are so close and Mark said oh I could easily host it here and move some tables we've done events before. So... That being said stay tuned I have Marks card and will be talking to Yvette at Allure Ballroom to see if we can arrange a local ball room and wine social. The music played was great easy light classic rock and the clientele was friendly and good to converse with as we shared a few drinks and snacks. This will definitely be a normal outing for us and hopefully we can get a great local old Orcutt business co-op event going. If you haven't stopped in and seen Mark Steller who lives up to his name. Do it sooner than later. Great business and great wines and beer... Oh they even had a cider on tap.

The building is from 1917 and you can feel it everywhere.... dark wood, stained glass, a ship model in a glass case, an old house telephone booth, a hand-painted figurehead hanging from the ceiling holding lanterns. It's not trying to be charming, it just is. The tri-tip sliders and pretzel bites were so good I forgot to take a picture before they were gone (especiallythe tri tip sliders). Happy hour pricing made the whole thing even better. Seriously, if you're anywhere near Santa Maria, make the drive. I'll definitely be back and I'm a little annoyed it took me this long to find it! Almost didn't come here as thought we'd end up with the same... Upon walking in we were greeted by hostess right away asking if we wanted to dine in bar, dinning room or patio. It was a nice night and contemplated patio but the bar lounge area looked inviting and chose the space with hair on hide backed booth and comfy chair. I settled in the corner booth, it was so comfy. Such a nice treat from the night before on hard wooden chairs at that other place... Our waitress was so nice and friendly. She was slammed but very attentive. Sitting back and watching the very busy bar, you saw locals coming and going and staff knowing them all. So encouraging. We settled in on the Bullseye, the largest version aka Ribeye and shared it. I went ahead and added an extra salad for me and just shared the rest of sides. Comes with a shrimp cocktail with the babiest shrimp, I've never seen them that tiny. I don't rate sea food so I just watched. The hubs likes sea food but prefers fried shrimp. He ate a few bites but again it's not really his thing. I got the side salad with ranch and he got clam chowder. He loved his clam chowder. I was pleasantly surprised at the mixed green salad. Everything was great! Steak cooked perfectly with great taste and tender. Baked potato was so good. The beans had a great taste, I'm not a huge bean person but something was up and I enjoyed a few bites and two slices of bread drenched in the bean gravy juice, so good! I asked for a side of chimichurri sauce (saw it on the menu), I used that for my steak and it was a great flavor adder; it didn't need it I'm just a sauce condiment person. We were stuffed but I decided to get dessert to go. Settled on the flourless chocolate mousse cake. Before leaving notice a couple tables over had what looked like a chocolate cake square with ice cream on top. I was hoping that wasn't what I ordered... because I was expecting more torte/mousse. Upon arrival at our RV I checked and yes I got what I was expecting! Even stuffed I just had to have a bite, OMG! So amazing. The slice of mousse cake/kinda like a soft torte came with fresh raspberries, strawberries and mint. A bite of that chocolate with a berry was heaven! The restaurant has such a great feel, think decor you'd find at ranches in Texas, plush seating, cattle pictures. We felt at home and can't wait to come back. Planning on the hubs getting his chowder us sharing beef skewers and a twice baked potato. He might just get two bowls of chowder! Then more dessert as they have a pastry chef on staff who likes to change up offerings.
