I was informed of a price scanner in the back and was excited about using it for the first time in the Dollar Tree. Overall, I was impressed by the items I selected in this store.

I like that it is located in a shopping center with different stores and food places to browse through. The store was different in that they had a certain way of displaying items. They have a clear window cabinet to get beauty products from through large holes. I never saw that before in a Dollar Tree store. I think it keeps the items more neat & orderly. This is the place to find items you wouldn't usually see in other Dollar Tree stores. I found a selection of pantyhose & tights. I got an Elle brand for $1.25. I , also, found purse size sanitizer spray in Apple scent - very fragrant & cheaper than a fraction of the price of other stores at $1.25. They were in the middle of stocking Christmas items and some products were not priced. I selected premium Christmas wrapping paper that was more than 50% less or more than drugstore or Walmart prices - not realizing they were $3 each. They had cheaper gift wrapping paper for $1.50. I wish I still had gotten the hello kitty gift wrapper for $1.50. Items that were usually priced $1.25 like calendars & calendar journals were $1.50. My favorite finds of the day there were Marie Claire beauty product: brow liner (excellent in use & lower priced than higher end brands), two calendars together for $1.50, premium Christmas wrapping & tape, and double tape. Staff were busy yet I found one helpful person, who helped me find an item. Overall, I liked this Dollar Tree.

The store is always clean, well-organized, and well-stocked, making every shopping trip enjoyable. What truly sets this location apart is its outstanding customer service. Mr. Yam, the store manager, the assistant managers, and all of the associated workers are consistently professional, friendly, and helpful. Ms. Helen always go the extra mile to help customers, and the other associate workers are amazing as well. Every customer is greeted with a warm smile and a sincere "Welcome to Gabe's" when they enter the store. Even when the checkout lines are long, the associates remain patient and courteous. They often apologize for the wait and ask, "How can I help you?" Their positive attitudes and willingness to assist customers make a lasting impression. The positive energy throughout the store starts with the management team and extends to every member of the staff. The king size sheets we found were of a brown color to which I despise. (Possibly due to my father and mother's liking of this color..., oh!, and seeing this color all over the house didn't help) Nevertheless, we did not find anything to replace the sheets we bought. So my wife just returned the item quickly and easily. There might be a number of things to buy here, but on today's experience, we bought nothing else.

Oh, and more than ONE stressed out/overworked/annoyed associate on ONE register at a time too. Majority of the store + the shelving is white so it looks super bright. The associates are friendly and engaging....and *gasps & pearl clutch*.... Even helpful and willing to check back stock if you're looking for something in particular. No grocery store I go to has store employees monitoring you for carts. When I finished shopping and wanted to take the cart to my car to unload, they stopped me as if I am not allowed to do that. There are no cart storage lanes in the parking lot so you have to bring the carts back. I was only in the area so I stopped by, but unlikely to return here.
