Then we made the salad with from scratch burrata cheese, marry me chicken and homemade fresh pasta. It was truly the best experience. The dessert was a layered red velvet cup with mascarpone cheese. It was heaven! The class was hands on and the staff were all so friendly. The space was clean and welcoming. Two bathrooms were inside the kitchen area. The menu can change per class so be sure to book what you like best. They offer a variety of classes and is not just for couples if you do the classic cooking class. Worth the price, hands down. So glad we came here and got to experience this. We will be back for sure!

We had wine, cheese, meat, and focaccia when we got there and made our dessert, burrata, and pasta before assembling the whole meal. There was plenty of food to take home and we left stuffed! Our class happened at the start of a snow storm so only about 14-16 out of 20 people came which helped create a more intimate setting.

Given constant traveling and life overall, we did not get to partake in a class of this type until Labor Day weekend in Boston. My companion set this up all by himself with the lovely Beth. Beth was very communicative, even giving us directions to her place, as well as to many of the attractions that the city of Boston has to offer. It was just us two, along with Beth and her husband Steve. They were so nice, making us feel very welcome in their home (because shockingly this is at their house!). Beth is a master at her craft. She's been making chocolate for years and it really shows. Her chocolate was so pretty and yummy. As for the actual chocolate-making class, we began with tasting chocolates from all around the world to then attempting to make our own. Have to say the chocolate was delicious and rich. Definitely not the type of thing you can eat all in one go unless you are a true chocolate lover. That said, this was quite fun and we took many goodies back home to Florida. Definitely something I would want to do again, and more so, Beth and Steve are such kind folk that you want to invite them out to lunch or something along those lines. Terrible company. They had canceled on me when I was in a foreign country at the last minute…read morebecause the chef was sick. I scheduled something with them in Boston and had an emergency and had to fly home early. I contacted them in advance and they would not refund or give a credit or anything. I guess it's OK for them to leave you stranded and cancel on you, but if you have an emergency, they don't care. They had plenty of notice and could have gotten someone to fill our places or offered a credit, but they chose to do nothing. Awful people. I also contacted the chef who wasn't very nice either. I kept getting reminders about the dinner after I canceled as well. I will never use cozy meal again after these two experiences. Save your money.

Chef Harold was extremely informative and a great instructor. We really appreciated his time and attention to all of our questions. The only downside was initially. The music was pretty loud in the venue and it was hard to hear what the chef was saying. Eventually it was turned down and everything was so fun. I would recommend this to anyone. The venue was also very good with service at the counter. Their selection of brews was quite delightful!
