I first came to this donut shop about 11 years ago and the cinnamon roll was great. The guy behind the counter was very helpful. However, I had stopped going for sometime but recently returned there. Since my first visit, it has changed names and ownership. Lisa, the current owner, is like a friendly ray of sunshine. She is always very happy and friendly. Wow, they close at 2:30. I went in at 1:59pm and she says their closed and everything is gone, down to the smoothies (she said they have no ice) idk but i would hate to think she was being racist. I loved the breakfast burrito, drove 15 minutes home and it was still very hot. Also got two donuts and they were perfect. Service was good, wait time was around 10 minutes for two burritos, but was expected, I was in no rush. The place feels very cozy. I will definitely be back!! read more

06/25/2023 This is one of those hidden gems, hole in the wall type of places. You can definitely order through doordash if you are just being too lazy to actually hop in the car to drive here. My food order was made to order so there is more than just donuts. There are burgers and sandwiches but I wanted the teriyaki bowl or plate. I got the combo chicken and beef teriyaki. I waited as my order is being prepared. The sauce is not too sweet and it was perfect for dipping the broccoli and meat. Such a deal for my order, $11 even. Decided to stop by for lunch. This place is a 5 min walk from my friend's house, and I'm surprised I haven't had the craving earlier. It was late when I got here, ~2:30 so there were only two donuts left. Luckily, one was a maple bar which was what I was craving anyway lol. It's a cute little shop, right next to a convenience store. I've probably driven past it countless times before. Inside, it was clean and simple. Felt like a mom & pop donut shop. The lady at the counter was really nice. She showed me their menu, with pictures of all the breakfast and lunch sandwiches they had. I decided on the ham, bacon, egg and cheese croissant with a thai tea (and the last two donuts cuz why not). The thai tea was pretty good! I'm usually super picky about thai tea, and it's always watered down at milk tea places. But here, it was perfect. The croissant was good as well, it definitely satisfied the breakfast craving I was having too. I'm saving the maple donut for later, cuz just the sandwich still has me stuffed. Not only that, but my wife's grandparents lived a few streets away, so I figured, why not drop off a few donuts?  First off, once your Apple or Google Maps shows you're nearby, slow down, or you might drive past it. I am quite fond of ham and cheese croissants, as my dad would sometimes get them for me and my family, and I still remember how good they were. They are still one of my go-to snacks when I visit a donut shop. Well, this Ham and Cheese Croissant did not disappoint! New year & trying out a new donut shop. We dropped by Lisa's Donut Alley on our way to an outing. We've passed by for years but had never stepped foot inside until recently. Service is friendly (daughter and mother duo). They were already sold out of my favorite (chocolate old fashion) but had other yummy donuts. Their Apple fritter was delicious and crispy and worth the sugar overload. We also got a bagel sandwich which was very delicious and a good alternative to much eating donuts for breakfast. I came in for a quick stop to pick up half a dozen donuts and donut holes, and ham & cheese sandwich. Everything was around $13 and the lady threw in a free donut was well! How sweet! Donuts were placed in brown bags and into a plastic bag. Donuts was fluffy and huge! Its soft and sweet. It is located right next to a small mart, there are only a handful of parking right outside the shop, but there are also street parking. I came in on a late morning on a Saturday and it was pretty empty. They have other things on the menu for breakfast and some drinks. They even have plenty of seating inside for you to enjoy them. Hands down the worst doughnut shop in the San Gabriel Valley. I don't have a clue how the manage to convince people to give them the reviews they have. I went in there early early morning to try it out on my way to work. I got the apple fritter and that thing was a hockey puck. It wasn't a day old it was probably 2 or 3 days old and the glaze doughnut was also like that. So if you probably want a fresh pastry don't go early on your way to work. I'm glad I got there when I did (late morning I think) bc it was the last of those 2 donuts!! And they were BOMB!! But the star was the croissant sandwich- it totally rocked - I'll definitely be back for more of those! The croissant wasn't greasy at all - light and flaky! With a generous amount of ham and gooey cheese - but I think maybe it had some Mayo on it too and that's why it was so awesome lol! The apple fritter had a nice crispy shell sort of, and was fluffy on the inside with just enough apple bits scattered around. The cream filled was good - but I'm funny about those - they never taste how I expect so I won't get it again (but that's just me - not speaking to the quality - it was good for what it is). Staff are very kind and quick too - and I'm not sure if all the sandwiches come with chips or what - but they gave me an unexpected bag of Doritos! Winning!! And I highly recommend you get here early - looked like they got wiped out of donuts by the time I got there lol! And their prices are very reasonable! Best donuts we have right next to us! We love this shop! Every time we stop in we are always greeted with a friendly smile and great service! Everything is very clean! Been there 3 times over the last year and it's consistently a good experience. Small shop with quality donuts. We also get the ham cheese and egg croissant . It is so nice and freshly baked. Their coffee is also nice and strong. I usually ask for it "less sweet." The service is always attentive and quick. Each time they have given me additional free donuts as well.
