I've heard that he has his stand set up here for years. Portions were a good amount and prices were reasonable. The Kumamoto and Miyagi oysters were very clean from debris and you can taste the sweetness from them. They also offered a variety of condiments which includes their own homemade sauce. The fish ceviche had a nice sour kick to it and it was pretty loaded. I finished everything I ordered at a nearby table fairly quickly. That's to tell you that you should come stop by and try some.
