Reasonably quick service around the lunch rush. It's a favorite with my coworkers. I've gotten various tacos from here, my favorite are the brisket and quesabirria tacos. The asada can be hit or miss, if you come late in the day it may be more dry. Make sure to get at least three quesabirria tacos if you want consommé on the side. The green salsa is nice and spicy. I hope to try more things, especially the tortas which look big from seeing others order them.

These were some of the best tacos I've ever had. I had just gone to Mexico City a month ago and these were right up there with my favorites there, at Tacos El Betin. The most-orders: cabeza, tripas, and buche. The proteins were perfectly cooked, crunchy on the outside, fatty on the inside. The green salsa was fantastic like other reviewers have mentioned. Be sure to get there earlier if you can because there's a bit of a line. But don't let it throw you off if there's a line because they move quickly. There's a table and some shade next to the truck as well. You can't go wrong coming here.

Ordered 6 tacos, 3 Pastor & 3 Asada, topped it with red salsa. Had a good flavor which complimented the tacos and was spicy. Also order Torta Mexicana but added Sausage to it was really good 5/5

Rating 5.0 TLDR: Yes. Great tacos. Give it a try. Equal balance of tenderness and crispiness with tons of flavor. I had the cabeza, suadero, and al pastor. Some of the best cabeza I've ever had! I will definitely be coming back Not TLDR: I've been coming to see my best friend for years and I can't believe I haven't hit this place up since it's only 5 minutes away. Very satisfied. Great flavor/taste in their tacos. They do theirs different from what I've had in that their meats are more crispy but still juicy and flavorful. No regrets stopping by whatsoever. They are closed on the weekends so if you get the chance, make time to stop by. Overall, very good. I will be coming back

Luckily came when it wasn't busy.

I've been going here for years and this place is one of my favorites. I increased the demand so much that they had to raise the prices!

Was looking for something quick and local and this taco truck was near by. The majority of the tacos were around $2, I like the variety of meats that they had. Tried the: Al Pastor - Good but tasted a bit dry, probably cooked too long and sit out Lengua - Boiled tongue, nothing that special Campechanos - Good a couple of different meats combined together Complimentary chips with a salsa bar. The picked onions and lime were good but the radish looked like they were from the previous day because it was dry and wilted. Dock a star for not fresh condiments and another star because the tacos were on two corn tortillas. A good taco I think should be on a single freshly pressed tortilla. If there's two there's something wrong. WARNING: Green sauce they have at the bar is spicy.

Decent tacos for a decent price. Only here Thursday-Sunday 6-10PM which is kinda lame and they leave early for the nights they are here. Very nice people who run the truck. Four different types of salsa to choose from and they have little plastic containers so you can take your own to go. I have only tried the asada so I can't speak for any other types of meat, but if the other meats are as good as the asada then I'm sure they're tasty

Got the cabeza and carne asada burritos a few times, very flavorful and a lot of food for the price. Closes early around 3pm though.

After waiting over an hour, we noticed another large party that arrived after us being seated first. Only after we spoke up did staff realize they had entirely forgotten about our group because they were preparing to close. A very disappointing first impression before we even stepped foot inside the restaurant. Once seated, we ordered drinks and experienced the buffet, but service after that was almost nonexistent. The entire experience felt rushed, as if we were no longer welcome because we ended up being among the last guests there -- something that could have easily been avoided had we been seated when we were supposed to. What makes this even more upsetting is the cost. Our bill was over $630 before gratuity and additional tip. For that price, I expected attentive service and a memorable Mother's Day experience, not to feel forgotten and rushed out. I've honestly received far better service at restaurants costing a fraction of the price. The only thing I truly enjoyed were the waffles, but even then, I can easily find restaurants with similar or better food quality and significantly better service. Will I return? No. Would I recommend coming here for holidays or special occasions? Absolutely not. There are many restaurants in the area that provide far better food, service, and overall value for a fraction of this cost. Unfortunately, Pedro's was not one of them. Pedro's, do better. Customers should never feel overlooked, rushed, or exploited -- especially on occasions meant to celebrate family and mothers.

My first impression of the place was that it looked very instagram photo worthy. Beautiful restaurant and I loved the mirrors going towards the bathroom. I also liked the way the bar was set up. Drinks were my favorite thing about this experience. Super tasty and I loved the creativity behind the drinks. The food was delicious as well. My boyfriend and I got the Mexican sashimi and the bone marrow. The bone marrow didn't have much marrow in it but I loved how crunchy the toast was that came with it. The Mexican sashimi was great and I loved the spice kick that it had with it. The service was not worth the 20% auto gratuity but I understand that's what you have to pay with a large party. He might've been training because he had someone following him so maybe that was the case but it also seemed like we were his only table. It wasn't super busy since the World Cup games were going on and people are at other places. One of my friends drink didn't come with the usual cotton candy that her first one did so we asked for some to add on and we watched him walk over to the service well and stand there chatting. I thought he was waiting on the bartender to get him the cotton candy but after a while I realized he wasn't getting the cotton candy. So 3 stars because I really did enjoy the atmosphere, drinks and food but that's about it. Not sure if I would come back again.

I'll preface this by saying I'm not a fan of tequila but when presented with the cold clay mug rimmed with salt and topped with orange and grapefruit, I was impressed. It was delicious, so refreshing, fragrant, and cold! A nice counterbalance to my meal. Chilaquiles was a dish I wanted to try. They had delicious chips again cooked in salsa verde. Covered with eggs (any style) fresh crema, avocado, and onions the chilaquiles exceeded my expectations. So simple yet so flavorful. Mixing up quantities of ingredients in each bite made for a delicious experience. My favorite element being the sharpness of the onions which cut the richness of the dish. I'm generally not a fan of refried beans but these ones had such a unique and satisfying flavor which complimented the dish well. My server, Luis was very helpful and quick to check in and make sure I was doing okay! I cannot wait to try out their fish tacos and various drinks from the menus next time!
